I'm able to speak with an actual human and get help when I need it, they're quick to response, too. #1 upside of Spocket is being able to source US products! It makes a huge difference when it comes to marketing the products and having them delivered way faster than from China. **What do you dislike about Spocket?** I hope they get more electronics soon.
