The system handles undelivered orders by initiating calls, sending messages, or reattempting deliveries based on priority. The AI-based carrier allocation system selects the best courier for each shipment, optimizing costs and reducing return-to-origin occurrences. Spero provides AI-estimated delivery dates, factoring in courier history and weather conditions to set accurate delivery expectations. The platform includes a branded tracking page and automated notifications. Spero integrates with ecommerce platforms like Shopify for order fulfillment.
