It helps is development saves time as well. **What do you dislike about Speedment?** It provides a lot of features which saves time but it might be difficult for people who is new to this the approch and concepts may be challenging for them.I think it need good understanding of CURD operation and database undesrtanding. **What problems is Speedment solving and how is that benefiting you?** It works well in mapping the database with code reduce error of mapping java code with database mapping.Reduce writing of manual queries which saves a lot of time and developer ca focus of main business logic instead of writing boiler plate code.this help in faster developmement cycle. ### 2. It was very easy for speedment to be integrated with the MySQL DB and also having it run on cloud helped tremendously for our teams based out of remote locations. **What do you dislike about Speedment?** the support for handling issues while deploying builts initially took some time to get used to. There was not enough documentation available to understand certain areas and the queries our team had were required to be explained thoroughly to the support team. **Recommendations to others considering Speedment:** Do look out for better pricing options with speedment consultants. **What problems is Speedment solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had a legacy CMS platform which managed interactive content for our clients. It was monolithic application with tight coupling between the DB and the downstream apps. whenever there was an enhancement to be done or maintenance activity, it would consume a lot of time and our get the features out of the door to the market time was literally huge.
