The depth of the out-of-the-box data model. Accounting, inventory, order management, purchasing, and CRM are all interconnected from day one with a coherent entity model underneath. For an integrator building vertical solutions, that foundation saves months of design work. TOFBiz gave us a production-ready foundation we could extend deeply without reinventing core modules like financials, inventory, or order management. The benefit is real: we deliver enterprise-grade implementations at a fraction of SAP or Oracle costs, which opens markets that those vendors price themselves out of. I like how it provides a simplified view of order details, and it's very easy to use. It's integrated with our website, and we use it to manage all our orders. It also helps us with refunds and returns. We are also using it for inventory management. It's great how we are getting all the necessary features and tools in one software.
