With Palette, you only pay for what you use. Pricing follows a consumption-based model, measured in kilocore hours (kCh), just like the kilowatt hours you pay on your electricity bill. This unit reflects the cumulative compute resources used by Kubernetes worker nodes under management.

We provide ransparency through detailed usage reporting, allowing you to monitor consumption over time. Unlike peak-capacity models that charge based on maximum potential usage, Palette ensures you’re billed only for actual usage.

For edge and bare metal clusters, we provide a simple per-device annual cost.

Additional one-off charges apply for dedicated and self-hosted Palette instances, and for premium support options.

Discounts are available for increasing volume and for multi-year commitments.

The handling of the Palette interface is standardized and easy to understand.

The support is very friendly and always tries to find a solution. The response is very quick and usually very effective.

During our monthly meetings, all problems and the need for new features are addressed. New features are often also implemented in the existing system.
