It requires step by step instructions on how to move the record i.e. audit or deviation to the next step and if an error is made, it requires an admin to re-open the record or move it to a previous state. We utilize them for the change control process mostly here and it helps with traceability as well as ease to review, look at previous edited version of the document. The system allows approvers to independently approve a certain document or in a sequence as needed. **What do you dislike about TrackWise?** Trackwise has a pretty friendly interface but the functionality is very broad and not very intuitive for first time users. We've encountered a few glitches in the system before where it doesn't allow us to upload documents or not notifying the right personnels for review and approval.
