However, I would expect more enhancements and features in the coming times where I can connect or discuss with my people **What problems is SparrowIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?** Solving a lot of things in terms of all the monitoring issues that we were not able to track previously, and this has been such a time saver for me, where I have almost whatever I need ### 2. The interface is very interactive. Everything is in one screen, I can find everything easily. Overall a very good tool. **What do you dislike about SparrowIQ?** Nothing much as I only started using the tool. Expecting more integrations in the future. Like teams and freshdesk and looking forward to more feature updates in the future. **What problems is SparrowIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have multiple networks for our on premise solution customers and we have been searching for a network monitoring tool for a really long time.
