T-Hub is like Shopify but built for B2B. A SaaS platform that provides our customers with a fully Whitelabel branded e-commerce or marketplace site. At its heart, it is designed as a deal negotiation platform. Even the logistics layer is a negotiation so that B2B needs are met. Unlike B2C where the seller ships, payment is always on a PSP & the price is set by the seller, in B2B these don't necessarily work. M-Hub is a full ecosystem built for food and beverage manufacturers. This includes supply chain management, ERP, Inventory management & CRM. What we like most is that not too many of us at the conference are highly educated, but the Souqbox conference is definitely highly educated. This continues to save us tons of time as we feel truly responsible for our own business cycles and business direction. The stage allows us to do what we have hands-on experience: organize and sell. What we like best is that none of us in the team is very tech savvy, but the team at Souqbox definitely is. That saves us a ton of time each month, while we still feel in charge of our own sales process and marketplace. The platform allows us to do what we do best: negotiate and sell. The platform is intuitive and user friendly, and delivers on our ecommerce strategy. **What do you dislike about SouqBox?** There's nothing to dislike really. Our team needed to familiarise itself with Souqbox which took us some time (again: we're not very tech savvy!). But the support and service we received was great and most helpful. **What problems is SouqBox solving and how is that benefiting you?** Product information and updates, new products, pricing strategy, direct B2B communications. It has the ability to have both fixed price selling and negotiable selling. It understands and supports a logistics negotiation which is often more complex than the actual deal! there are direct and PSP payment routes and lots of controls over what the user can and can't do. best of all if I want to allow a buyer to also sell, I just flick a switch and they can. eCommerce to multi-vendor market in a second. **What do you dislike about SouqBox?** The product is still evolving fast and some features arent launched yet but will be soon like multi product basket selling **What problems is SouqBox solving and how is that benefiting you?** B2B online - especially post pandemic ### 8.
