## Sophos Fusion Reviews
  ### 1. Synchronized Security That Saves Time: Real-Time Endpoint-to-Firewall Protection

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Sophos Fusion?**

The Standout feature for me is Synchronized Security / security Heartbeat functionality across our endpoints and firewalls . Having Intercept X talking directly to the Sophos XGS firewall in real -time has saved out team multiple times . if users laptop pick something suspicious or triggers an alert, the firewall immediately isolates that host from the rest of the VLAN without requiring us to jump in manually out of hours .

from a management standpoint :

Centralized Policy Deployment : Pushing global polices or overriding settings for specific user groups (like developers vs general staff) is straightforward once you understand policy inheritance.

Live Discover(XDR): Being able to execute quick sql queries across our entire fleet to look for specific IOCs or missing KB updates saves us from running separate PowerShell scripts via RMM.

BitLocker Recovery: Helpdesk agents can grab BitLocker recovery keys in under 10 seconds straight from the users object page, which trimmed down our lock out ticket times significantly .

Threat Graphs : The root cause analysis visualization (Showing process parentage , modified files , and network connections) makes post-incident write-ups fast and easy to explain to non technical managers .

**What do you dislike about Sophos Fusion?**

While the core detection and cloud UI work well overall, there are definitely areas where it feels unpolished :

Local Resource Usage : On older machines or developer workstations, the deep learning files scanning and memory protection can lead to noticeable CPU/disk usage spikes.
Developers compiling local code or running Docker containers frequently hit false positives or slowdowns until we set up granular folder exclusions .

Support Turnaround : Opening a ticket directly through the portal of technical glitch or false positive reviews can feel like a black hole. Standard tier support takes too long to escalate beyond initial "have you restart the agent" scripts.

Deep Navigation & Reporting Constraints : Basic dashboard are great, but custom scheduled reporting feels clunky . Finding specific nested setting like Tamper Protection overrides or specific web control sb categories often takes 3 to 4 clicks deeper than it should.

**What problems is Sophos Fusion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tool Consolidation : Prior to Sophos Central , we managed standalone endpoint protection, a separate web filter , and legacy BitLocker tools. Bringing endpoint , server security , device encryption ,and firewall monitoring into one dashboard reduced our daily administration overhead significantly.

Automated Containment : Because we operate with a small IT/Security team , automated Endpoint isolation gives us critical breathing room. If malware attempts to run on a remote worker's laptop on a Friday night, Central isolates the machine from local network resources while leaving management communication open .

Simplified Off-Network Security : Remote and hybrid workers receive policy updates and push telemetry back to the cloud console seamlessly without needing an active VPN connection back to our head office

  ### 2. Unified Sophos Central Management with Top-Tier Intercept X and Security Heartbeat

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Sophos Fusion?**

Unified Management (Single Pane of glass) Managing endpoint protection server defense email filtering and firewall policies from one central console significantly cuts down on context switching pushing global policies setting up exclusions and pushing agent updates across device groups is straightforward once the tenant structure is established.
Intercept X & Crypto guard feature are top tier in instances halts the process and automatically rolls back targeted files from local shadow copies before damage occurs.
Synchronized security (Security Heartbeat) If you run Sophos Firewall alongside Sophos Central endpoint the security Heartbeat Features is an operational game changer If a device drops to a Red Helt status due to a threat the firewall automatically restricts its lateral network access until remediated.

**What do you dislike about Sophos Fusion?**

Minor Resource Impact on older Hardware

On legacy or budget-tier client machines (especially those with spinning HDDs) background deep scans can cause occasional CPU spikes modern machines with standard SSDs and 16 GB RAM run the agent without any noticeable lag.

Reporting Customization limits

The built-in Executive summaries and compliance reporting dashboards requires upgrading complex Highly customized reporting Dashboards requires upgrading to full XDR or Exporting logs to an external SIEM.

**What problems is Sophos Fusion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reduced Incident Response Time: Automated Network isolation and threat rollback mean minor malware alerts rarely require manual re-imaging or onsite intervention.
Consistent policy Enforcement: Remote laptops stay protected and updated directly through the cloud regardless of whether end users are connected to the corporate VPN.
Leverage the full Ecosystem: Sophos Central delivers the most value when you pair Intercept X on endpoints with Sophos firewalls to take advantage of Synchronized security.

  ### 3. Powerful security management with fantastic RCA, but watch out for system resource usage

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Sophos Fusion?**

Th biggest selling point for our team is heaving the firewall (XGS series)and our endpoint protection living in the exact same dashboard. The "Synchronized Security" Feature specifically the security heartbeat is incredibly useful If an endpoint gets infected or starts showing suspicious behavior, it automatically drops its heartbeat, and the Sophos firewall Isolates it from the rest of the VLAN instantly without me having to LOG in manually after hours to kill the switch port.
From an Admin perspective managing global policies is straightforward. If i need to create a peripheral control policy to block rogue USB drives or add a global threat exclusion for a quirky legacy line-of-business app I can push it out to the entire tenant in a few clicks. tamper protection is also robust: they know IT can't easily kill the service or tamper with the registry to disable it.

**What do you dislike about Sophos Fusion?**

My main complaint is the resource footprint of the endpoint agent on our older endpoint if you have users running older laptops or developer machines doing heavy compiles, they will absolutely notice a slowdown during a full scheduled scan when or when Sophos is processing deep learning malware analysis on localized files. CPU spikes are a common helpdesk ticket item for us on those specific machines.

**What problems is Sophos Fusion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it to centralize security operation across our corporate office and our fully remote workspace before migration to Sophos central we were managing a disjointed stack one vendor for antivirus another for the firewall and a separate tool for full disk encryption keys.

Sophos central allowed us to consolidate Everything now when a remote user loses their BitLocker PIN, they don't lock themselves out forever the helpdesk can grab the recovery key straight from the Central console in seconds it has significantly streamlined our incident response times and stopped us from wasting hours trying to correlate separate logs across three different security platforms during a suspected event.

  ### 4. Sophos Central: centralized security, robust integrations, and intuitive UI

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Sophos Fusion?**

In my experience, using Sophos has been a very good decision. It has allowed me to have everything centralized in Sophos Central, which makes it much easier for me to control and manage security.

Additionally, I greatly value its product integrations, because everything works together and improves incident response. The performance is quite stable and does not significantly affect the devices. As for the price, I consider it competitive for everything it offers. I have also had good experiences with technical support, which usually responds efficiently. And something that adds a lot is the use of artificial intelligence to detect threats more quickly and accurately.

in addition to its interactive and efficient UI.

**What do you dislike about Sophos Fusion?**

they could improve the sections on reporting and the generation of more up-to-date reports.

**What problems is Sophos Fusion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Synchronized security, a feature of Sophos, allows devices and the firewall to work together to automatically detect and contain threats.

Additionally, many highlight:

Good performance (it usually doesn't slow down devices).
Automatic threat response.
Integrations between products.
And technical support, which is usually reliable.

It solves many security situations because it combines solid protection with simplicity, something not always found in cybersecurity tools.

  ### 5. Easy-to-Use Portal, Reliable Endpoint Protection, and Responsive Support

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Sophos Fusion?**

The portal is easy to use, and each module is explained with clear, specific details. Integration with the endpoints is straightforward and accessible whenever needed.

Sophos installed on each endpoint receives updates at regular intervals, and the same status is visible in the admin console as well. Overall, the performance has been consistently reliable and never disappoints.

The pricing has gone down, which is a positive change, and it now meets all the expectations we had.

The vendor NetNxt, which we collaborate with for Sophos, has been helpful and responsive, and they answer whenever we need support.

I haven’t used the AI feature in the console yet, so I don’t have much to say about it.

The protection it gives for the endpoints is magnificent along with the tune able policies as per our needs.

**What do you dislike about Sophos Fusion?**

Few time there is a lag between the policy which are pushed to the endpoints and have to wait a long time to get it reflected.

IF this could be Improved that would be a great help.

**What problems is Sophos Fusion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In our organization, it protects around 250+ endpoints from all kinds of malware and other threats and keeps the org data safe.

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Sophos Fusion?**

What I like most about Sophos Central is its unified management platform, which gives me full visibility and control across all security layers from a single console. It streamlines day-to-day operations by bringing firewall, endpoint, MDR, and email protection together in one place. The real-time alerts, synchronized security, and detailed reporting also make a noticeable difference in incident response and threat detection. On top of that, the cloud-based management makes it easy to deploy, manage policies, and troubleshoot remotely, which saves time and improves overall efficiency.

**What do you dislike about Sophos Fusion?**

Some advanced configurations require switching to the local firewall, and reporting/customization options could be improved. There can also be occasional sync delays between devices and Sophos Central.

**What problems is Sophos Fusion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sophos Central helps cut through the complexity of managing multiple security solutions by offering a single, unified platform for visibility and control. Rather than juggling separate tools for the firewall, endpoints, email, and threat detection, everything is centralized in one place, which reduces operational overhead and makes day-to-day management simpler. For me, this translates into faster incident response, better threat correlation through synchronized security, and quicker deployment of policies across the organization. Overall, it strengthens our security posture while saving time on routine operations and troubleshooting.

**What do you like best about Sophos Fusion?**

One of the best aspects is the single dashboard view, where I can monitor firewall, endpoint, and user security status in real time. I frequently use the Alerts & Events section to quickly identify critical threats and take immediate action.

The Device Management panel is very helpful for checking endpoint health, applying policies, and isolating compromised systems remotely. I also rely on the Threat Analysis Center to investigate malware detections and review root cause analysis.

The policy management feature allows me to modify web control, application control, and threat protection policies easily without logging into multiple systems. Additionally, the reporting section helps me generate scheduled reports for management and customers.

Overall, the centralized control, real-time visibility, easy policy deployment, and detailed reporting are the features I use the most, and they significantly reduce administrative workload.

**What do you dislike about Sophos Fusion?**

All good, full fill my all requirements.

**What problems is Sophos Fusion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Unified Dashboard
2. Faster Threat Detection & Response
3. Better Reporting & Compliance

  ### 8. Clean, Single-Pane Control and Reporting for the Sophos Ecosystem

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brian D. | Free, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Validated Reviewer:** Validated through LinkedIn

**Source: Organic:** Organic review. This review was written entirely without invitation or incentive from G2, a seller, or an affiliate.

**Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Sophos Fusion?**

Enables a very clean oversight and configuration and control of the entire Sophos hardware and Software ecosystem. Also provides an easy reporting interface that helps with creating a report from"C" level reports to detailed technician styles reports.

**What do you dislike about Sophos Fusion?**

Only downside is the fact that in order to perform some admin level tasks requires a complex set of steps to get down far enough to perform those actions. Not always intuitive on how to get to where you need to be. If the interface could be customized in some fashion to make it any unneeded menus this would be an almost perfect single pane of glass interface.

**What problems is Sophos Fusion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Full cybersecurity protection from end to end. Very easy hardware control as well. Everything from endpoints to access points and firewalls to MFP and ZTNA functions.

**Reviewed Date:** September 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Sophos Fusion?**

What I like best about Sophos Central is the way it unifies everything into a single, cloud-based console. Instead of juggling multiple dashboards for firewall, endpoint, email, and mobile, I can manage it all from one place. The interface is clean, policies are easy to deploy, and reporting is clear and detailed.

**What do you dislike about Sophos Fusion?**

Initially, the wide range of features can feel a little overwhelming, especially for someone new to the Sophos ecosystem. However, this quickly becomes a positive because it means you don’t need multiple vendors or platforms — everything you need for protection and response is consolidated into one tool.

**What problems is Sophos Fusion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sophos Central is solving the problem of fragmented security management. Traditionally, endpoint, firewall, and email security all required different tools and consoles, which slowed down detection and response. With Sophos Central, everything is consolidated, giving me end-to-end visibility and control.

**What do you like best about Sophos Fusion?**

The ease of installation is notable. Once you have access to the central dashboard, you just need to download the appropriate .exe file for your operating system and install it on the server with just a few clicks. The rest is handled automatically by the software.

**What do you dislike about Sophos Fusion?**

Sometimes, it does not uninstall properly. In such cases, we need to start the Windows server in Safe Mode and make certain changes to the Sophos service. However, customers often hesitate to proceed with this step, as it requires significant downtime

**What problems is Sophos Fusion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For me and my environment, it solves a key problem: a developer or IT personnel managing the client’s server cannot uninstall the software without informing us, as uninstalling or disabling the product requires a tamper protection password. I also appreciate the Sophos Lockdown feature—once enabled, only whitelisted programs can run or open, and no other software can be installed on the server without prior approval from us.

Sophos Central is the best cloud-based cybersecurity platform for unified management, providing various products in a single dashboard and advanced threat protection capabilities, including machine learning-based detection and response to detect against cyber threats. Its implementation is also very easy.

**What do you dislike about Sophos Fusion?**

Sophos Central is good but lags in a few areas. Some of them include its customer assistance, which is hard to access, occasional difficulties in integrating with third-party tools, and its dependency on the internet. Without internet access, we cannot onboard devices to Sophos Central or manage them.

**What problems is Sophos Fusion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With the help of Sophos Central, I can centrally manage and monitor all Sophos devices such as Firewall, Endpoint, MDR, etc., and its alerting system against all threats becomes easy.

**What problems is Sophos Fusion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solves the ability to see a full line of security features in a single location

**What do you like best about Sophos Fusion?**

I like that I can add emails to a safe senders list so they don't go into a spam folder- it is great for managing all emails and making decisions on how to store

**What do you dislike about Sophos Fusion?**

Sometimes it will not remember that I have authorized a sender and will hold it. I would like to see them make a change to this so when I add an approval it sticks.

**What problems is Sophos Fusion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has helped with the amount of spam/junk email coming into my mail email account. Having emails that are uncertain going into Sophos Central gives me the opportunity to add approved senders and block those I don't want/need to see.

  ### 32. G2 for Sophos

**What do you like best about Sophos Fusion?**

centralised control for switch, firewall, wifi, cloud optics, and server and endpoint protection. Support the integration of 2nd factor authentication with Azure identity. Encourage the use of sub-estates, which enable division of licence usage and management based on sub-organization. Rich dashboard and status reporting. Support message relay servers and endpoint third-party integration for non-internet exposed servers and Office 365 customers.

**What do you dislike about Sophos Fusion?**

There is no on-premises version of it; it is exclusively a cloud service. Strict security regulations, limited customisation options in some policies. It is incompatible with AIX Unix Server Protection. Arabic language is not supported by the interface.

**What problems is Sophos Fusion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The user interface is excellent, and Pro services setup was simple and quick. Comparatively quickly to our prior vendor, we were able to set up DKIM, DMARC, and end-to-end encryption. Furthermore, banners are now included in our email messages to inform us that an email is external and to display trusted and dubious emails. Furthermore, because of our smart hosting through Sophos, the advertisements are removed when sending a reply. Having the ability to recognise when links in emails have been altered and scanned when clicked is also a major value addition.

A convergent solution with serious options to protect your company end to end, you have the opportunity to bring network devices or use cloud solutions to be safe with your communications and information across devices.

**What do you dislike about Sophos Fusion?**

In some cases, low-performance machines require more resources. Recently they are working to enhance the compatibility with the updates across operative systems.

**What problems is Sophos Fusion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Maintain secure the operation between offices in our company with network devices and also the endpoint solutions including the encryption option to maintain information secure.

  ### 34. Fully secure, easy to manage and deploy

**What do you like best about Sophos Fusion?**

It is a tool that provides total security, in addition to the fact that in the client stations they are only manulable with a unique code taken from the administrator

**What do you dislike about Sophos Fusion?**

There are modules that you can add and they are very useful but you must pay for each one

**What problems is Sophos Fusion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The security to the company's machines is covered with Sophos, DLP issues among others

  ### 35. Sophos for your Business

**What do you like best about Sophos Fusion?**

Sophos is by far the most in depth software that I have used. Very little learning curve so you can hit the ground running after deployment. Alerts generated have tons of information.

**What do you dislike about Sophos Fusion?**

We had an issue where the computers fell out of touch, and required us to reinstall the client on them. Sadly, we lost some of the tamper protection codes so we had to reformat those computers.

**What problems is Sophos Fusion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to have a more in depth view of our network as well as quarantine and respond to alerts in a timely manner. You can see both past and present issues with a user or a desktop.

  ### 36. Sophos Intercept X - Impressed!

**What do you like best about Sophos Fusion?**

Sophos is easy to manage from Central console. Any updates that Sophos has to push out are done through Central and they have not caused any of my customers downtime. My Sales rep is amazing as he is always there for whatever I need.

**What do you dislike about Sophos Fusion?**

Sophos AV for Windows has all of the features while Linux does not. When Sophos requires a reboot, the console doesn't flag you and the report for this is not valid. When I reach out to support, I spend a lot of my time explaining the product to support and how it should work.

**What problems is Sophos Fusion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sophos Central allows me to manage all the AV for my 1200+ cloud-hosted customers in one central location. When alerts on my servers happen, I also receive an email. If I haven't logged in to Sophos Central to check the warnings, I can ensure that I do by seeing the emails.

**What do you like best about Sophos Fusion?**

The architecture and the ML is up to the mark. This is one of the great solutions to work and secure the endpoints.

**What do you dislike about Sophos Fusion?**

The documentation and less video tutorials and resources available on the internet.

**What problems is Sophos Fusion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sophos is helping us to implement multiple policies to take most of the control in our end instead of end user. With multiple pre-added policies it is easy to implement security policy on endpoints.

  ### 38. Easy to use, just needs a mobile app.

**What do you like best about Sophos Fusion?**

Centralized platform that is easily accessible to both end users and partners managing on behalf of end users. I like the ability to quickly switch between platforms/products (i.e., ZTNA to Firewall to MDM).

**What do you dislike about Sophos Fusion?**

A little bit clunky to switch from product to product. Takes its time getting from one page to the next. Would really like the ability to manage multiple firewall clients/groups at the same time without needing to close down one end user's firewall platform just to open up another end user's firewall platform.

**What problems is Sophos Fusion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Centralized management platform for all things Sophos. No need to log in to individual devices and no need to be on-site, complete visibility and remote access to all devices without the need for cumbersome/slow VPNs, etc.

  ### 39. Sophos is a Great AntiVirus for VMware vCenter, ESXi, and Horizon

**What do you like best about Sophos Fusion?**

I like the options that Sophos has available. You can install it at the hypervisor level or on each server and desktop. You can also choose to do a combination of the two. Everything is then monitored from a single location in the Sophos Central web portal. The notifications are also well done in the portal and sending emails.

**What do you dislike about Sophos Fusion?**

There have been times when updates did not install correctly, which leaves a device unprotected. The device update is usually easily fixed, and a notification is sent that a device has an issue. It would still be nice to have an automated process.

**What problems is Sophos Fusion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Sophos to protect our network's Windows devices, servers and desktops. There are lots of policies that can be set to help keep everything safe that goes beyond just daily or real-time scanning. You can block websites, email address, and most importantly, applications.

**What do you like best about Sophos Fusion?**

With Windows 11 requirement for TPM we found that we needed better security. Sophos provided that security with endpoint encryption and a more robust antivirus than webroot

**What do you dislike about Sophos Fusion?**

I don't have much to say about Sophos that could be considered unhelpful. I guess some of the false positives for endpoint protection was annoying but it was also expected with any new system

**What problems is Sophos Fusion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sophos is solving the device encryption that we have needed. In the Mental Healthcare industry we have to adhere to HIPAA compliance and this easily meets those needs

Sophos has a great number of modules. With Sophos Central, you can see all of them in a single place. They are constantly releasing new modules, and they integrate seamlessly with the portal. You can do just about any administrative action with ease.

**What do you dislike about Sophos Fusion?**

Some of the modules aren't integrated as seamlessly as others. The style changes and some of the options get buried. In addition, the fact that some options you have to visit other panes to see.

**What problems is Sophos Fusion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing multiple types of security products in a single place thus allowing for there to be only a single login to see the security posture of the entire organization.

**What do you dislike about Sophos Fusion?**

My biggest issues have been lengthy support ticket response time and unknowledgeable/scripted support responses, where resolution isn't discovered until escalated to the highest level and the solution should've been simple to spot from the lowest level. Email security also has many issues. The search filters in

**What problems is Sophos Fusion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Support can be very slow, the product can be costly, the dashboard doesn't provide as much info as desired

**What do you like best about Sophos Fusion?**

Decent protection on our systems when we had it

**What do you dislike about Sophos Fusion?**

It ate up a lot of memory when we were using it

**What problems is Sophos Fusion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not currently using but it was fairly good at monitoring

  ### 45. Great Software; but the world's worst support

**What do you like best about Sophos Fusion?**

Most of the time the software works very well for endpoint protection and A/V use

**What do you dislike about Sophos Fusion?**

If something goes wrong, it is virtually impossible to get support immediately when you need it. If they would simply allow direct telephone connection to a qualified support agent.

**What problems is Sophos Fusion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When you need help, you can't get it. All they supply is a series of nearly useless KB articles that are often wrong.

  ### 46. Centralized security

**What do you like best about Sophos Fusion?**

Great tool, with a simple UI, and a great number of features. You can manage different tools from the same panel: antivirus, firewall, switches. No onprem installation needed.

**What do you dislike about Sophos Fusion?**

Really I don't see downsides, it is a good tool. Maybe, xdr may be difficult to understand, and in some screens, I find an excess of information. Always, it could be cheaper.

**What problems is Sophos Fusion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Consolidate the management of security tools in only one panel. Good alerting and reporting tools. No installations, and easy updates. Sophos is giving more and more features.

  ### 47. Excellent cloud based admin console

**What do you like best about Sophos Fusion?**

The cloud console is easy to navigate, and reports are available in a few simple clicks. Keeping an eye on the overall health of our endpoint protection is easy. The best part is all of our other Sophos products are administered from the same dashboard

**What do you dislike about Sophos Fusion?**

I would like a master password to disable the tamper protection on endpoints, it can be cumbersome to have to login to the cloud console to disable it or retrieve the key.

**What problems is Sophos Fusion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The way in which the Sophos products work together to provide the best possible defense and tie that into a great admin console where you can administer all of your products is a wonder!

  ### 48. Sophos is good but could be better

**What do you like best about Sophos Fusion?**

Central location for all endpoints and somewhat easy product changes

**What do you dislike about Sophos Fusion?**

The interface sometimes errors out for no reason. When contacting support about it they seem to "run a sync" and it still doesn't fix it most times.

**What problems is Sophos Fusion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Central location for all of our AV management.

  ### 49. Great tool but costly and resource hungry

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tejomon J. | Systems Administrator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 28, 2022

**What do you like best about Sophos Fusion?**

Easy deployment by simple automation. Great visibility from a console. Its admin console is one of the best features of Sophos. GUI is fast but not user friendly

**What do you dislike about Sophos Fusion?**

Not very user-friendly. Scans sometimes take too much memory that you are unable to work. Need improvements for Linux nodes. A hardware appliance would be a great benefit for a larger organization.

**What problems is Sophos Fusion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Centralised management makes it easy to pool all endpoints in different networks. Its licensing model is simple. It improved from previous onsite manager to install it in nodes.

  ### 50. Cost effective and user friendly

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sudhir T. | Network security specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Sophos Fusion?**

Deployment of Sophos-Central is very easy. One who has a basic knowledge of device management can deploy it with the manual or with the help of customer support executives.

**What do you dislike about Sophos Fusion?**

Sometimes it got blanked in case of services which need to be corrected on a priority basis this occurs frequently. It can be great if it will get improved or fixed this issue.

**Recommendations to others considering Sophos Fusion:**

Its a central console to manage all the firewall of sophos.

**What problems is Sophos Fusion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using it like antivirus for the purpose of data security to prevent the data from malicious files or getting corrupted. It's good to use as it is very user friendly.
