Staffed by seasoned cyber experts, the SonicSentry SOC delivers proactive threat hunting and rapid response to stop attacks in progress. Our a la carte services come with no long-term contracts or minimums, giving you the flexibility to scale as needed. MDR - Managed Detection and Response provides protection and SOC monitoring at the endpoint, using EDR and next-generation antivirus tools. MDR for Cloud - SonicSentry MDR for Cloud consists of two different offerings – Cloud Email Security (CES) and Cloud Threat Analytics (CTA). Each of these offerings provides incredible value individually, but the real magic happens when they’re paired. MDR for Network - MDR for Network provides monitoring of perimeter devices such as firewalls. Data from these devices can add additional context to data from other security layers. An embedded cyber warranty is available when customers have certain combinations of security products and services. This warranty can help cover cyber incident-related expenses in the event of a breach or attack, and gives your customers additional peace of mind. It doesn't require you to be an engineer to manage the firewall, and security patches and updates are straightforward to install. Additionally, I find the product to be quite reliable and solid. The admin interface allows easy management of the firewall, including the ability to put in block lists, blacklists, and whitelists. It's all very simple and intuitive. These are the standout features for me. **What do you dislike about SonicWall SonicSentry MXDR?** I think the endpoint protection could be a little bit better within the network and on the other side of the firewall. Also, the ability to support other hardware platforms, like other Wi-Fi access points, would be great. Having a built-in Wi-Fi manager that's native to SonicWall would be useful, so one firewall can manage Wi-Fi access points as well as serve as a firewall. **What problems is SonicWall SonicSentry MXDR solving and how is that benefiting you?** SonicWall SonicSentry MXDR protects our network from intrusion, spam, and phishing attacks, offering reliable edge protection. The biggest value for me is that the 24x7 SOC monitoring and incident response ensure threats are detected and addressed quickly, even after business hours. Their threat hunting and cross-platform visibility across identity, cloud, endpoints, and network help reduce alert fatigue and focus on high-value incident investigations. **What do you dislike about SonicWall SonicSentry MXDR?** I think SonicWall SonicSentry MXDR could improve by adding deeper customization and reporting capabilities, especially for executive leadership.
