Sondu Reserve Reviews & Product Details

Sondu Reserve is room and space booking software for businesses that hire out physical space by the hour, the day or the month. It is built for wellbeing clinics, treatment rooms, studios, workspaces and desks in Spain, the United Kingdom and Ireland. The business defines each space, its availability and its pricing, and hirers book the time they need. Regular hirers can be set up as members with their own pricing, so the people who use the space every week are treated as the regulars they are. Reserve produces numbered invoices for the space owner, so hire income is documented properly rather than reconstructed from a diary at month end. Card payments are handled through Stripe, and booking emails can be switched on or off to match how formally the business runs. Pricing is a flat monthly fee, published openly, with no commission on hire. Reserve includes a thirty day free trial with no card required. Reserve works in English and Spanish throughout. A typical Reserve customer is a wellbeing clinic letting rooms to independent practitioners, a salon letting a treatment room, or a studio hiring space by the session, in markets where hirers may book in either language. Reserve is one of four Sondu products, sitting alongside Schedule for appointment booking, Connect for client messaging and Consult for video consultations. Each is sold separately, so a business only pays for what it actually uses.
