Sondu Schedule is appointment booking software for salons, barbershops, clinics and other appointment based businesses in Spain, the United Kingdom and Ireland. It gives a business its own online booking page, a shared team diary and client records, in English and Spanish throughout. Clients book from the business's own page: they choose a service, see real availability and confirm in their own language. Bookings land in one calendar the whole team works from, so the day is visible at a glance and the phone stops interrupting the work. Services are set up with their own duration, price and colour, and availability stays under the business's control: working hours, breaks and time off are respected by the booking page automatically. Every booking builds the client list. A client record holds contact details and appointment history, so the business knows its regulars and its history with them. Card payments are handled through Stripe. Sondu Schedule charges a flat monthly fee, published openly, and takes no commission on bookings. Sondu Reserve is room and space booking software for businesses that hire out physical space by the hour, the day or the month. It is built for wellbeing clinics, treatment rooms, studios, workspaces and desks in Spain, the United Kingdom and Ireland. The business defines each space, its availability and its pricing, and hirers book the time they need. Regular hirers can be set up as members with their own pricing, so the people who use the space every week are treated as the regulars they are. Reserve produces numbered invoices for the space owner, so hire income is documented properly rather than reconstructed from a diary at month end. Card payments are handled through Stripe, and booking emails can be switched on or off to match how formally the business runs. Sondu Consult is video session and billing software for people who sell one to one time online: counsellors, psychotherapists, clinical supervisors, coaches and consultants in Spain, the United Kingdom and Ireland. Each practitioner gets a public booking page with their own session types, each with its own duration and price. Clients book real available slots, with minimum notice and a booking horizon under the practitioner's control, and a regular client can be given a standing weekly slot that repeats for up to a year. Sessions run in Consult's own built in video room, in the browser. It is not an embedded third party service: each side receives a separate private link, clients arrive in a waiting room and are admitted by the practitioner, and either link can be revoked. Room links and session reminders are emailed automatically, with reminders timed to arrive while there is still time to act. Consult treats getting paid as part of the session rather than an afterthought. The practitioner chooses how each booking is charged: the whole fee before, part before and the rest afterwards, or an invoice after the session, with different terms for new and returning clients. Invoices carry sequential numbers, a balance still owed after a session is raised and sent automatically, receipts go out when payment lands, and everything works in euros and sterling. Consult stores no clinical notes by design. The record never exists inside Sondu, and the practitioner's calendar feed never publishes the reason for a visit. Practitioners keep their clinical records wherever they already keep them. Client emails work in English and Spanish, following each client's own language.
