Solvedesk Reviews & Product Details

Solvedesk brings help desk, RMM and remote access together in a single platform, so IT teams and managed service providers (MSPs) stop paying for and juggling three separate tools. Every request — from email, portal or WhatsApp — becomes a ticket with an owner, an SLA and a deadline. When technicians open a ticket, they already see the user's device: hardware, software, patches and vulnerabilities, collected automatically by a lightweight agent for Windows, Linux and macOS. One click starts a remote session straight from the ticket, and every session is logged. Built for MSPs: clients, contracts and assets are kept separate per customer, and monthly reports show each client exactly what was delivered. Internal IT teams use the same platform with SLAs per department and reports for leadership. Simple pricing: one license per technician with 250 devices included, WhatsApp included, no hidden fees. Free 30-day trial, and the Solvedesk team migrates your data from GLPI, Milvus, Tiflux or spreadsheets at no cost.
