While I appreciate this, the design was done with limited knowledge of development and if all elements were possible, or if there would be a discrepancy in the final product. Occasionally things were completed in a manner that didn't work fluidly in practice. Perhaps this would have been avoided if the development team had a member in place that focused on UX during testing. **Recommendations to others considering Soluzione:** Have someone that is focused on UX during testing, or perhaps someone that can analyse design in a matter that flags elements before development begins. **What problems is Soluzione solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our organisation required a web portal developed that would connect with our Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Even with the big time zone difference, we were able to implement a communication system that allowed us to communicate effectively and now allow the time zone difference to slow the work down in any way. They do not over-promise and set realistic timelines for projects which helps a great deal in working with our customer's and setting proper expectations. I've also seen them immediately jump on anything urgent and work quickly to resolve things. They really are a fantastic group to work with. They have been very good at working around my schedule, especially when I have caused them to have to wait on information from me. **What do you dislike about Soluzione?** There really isn't anything. If I was forced to identify something it would be the time-zone difference, but even then they are always willing to work around times that were convenient for me. **Recommendations to others considering Soluzione:** Trust their advice and council.
