## SolarVis Reviews
  ### 1. Smarter project management with solarVis

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hazar Y. | Company Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 12, 2026

**What do you like best about SolarVis?**

We use solarVis across our sales process, including Design & Proposal Software, Solar Lead Generation, and the AI sales agent. It helps us manage customer acquisition, project design, proposal preparation, and sales follow-up in one place. One of the most useful features is that we can see how much time customers spend reviewing the proposals we send. This helps our sales team identify interested customers faster and avoid missing high-potential sales opportunities.

**What do you dislike about SolarVis?**

Some advanced settings may take a little time to fully understand at the beginning, especially when using multiple modules together. However, once the setup is completed and the team gets used to the workflow, it becomes much easier to manage everything from a single system.

**What problems is SolarVis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SolarVis helps us create more professional and project-specific proposals for our customers. We can customize each proposal according to the project and decide which sections we want to show to each customer, which gives us more flexibility in the sales process. Before using Solar Lead Generation and AI Sales Agent, we were collecting leads through a simple ad form, but many of them were not properly qualified. After implementing these modules, we started receiving more relevant leads and saw a %36 improvement in our conversion rate.

  ### 2. Clearer proposals for better customer decisions

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Semih G. | Renewable Energy Site Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 11, 2026

**What do you like best about SolarVis?**

What we like best about solarVis is that it helps us turn technical project details into a clear and understandable proposal for the customer. We use the Design & Proposal Software to prepare the system design, review the project outputs, and present the offer in a professional format. It makes it easier to explain the project to the customer without relying on too many separate files or manual calculations.

**What do you dislike about SolarVis?**

The roof drawing step can be a little challenging for us, especially when the roof structure is not simple or has multiple surfaces. It sometimes takes extra attention to draw the roof correctly before moving forward with the rest of the project.

**What problems is SolarVis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SolarVis helps us make our proposal process clearer and more reliable. In solar projects, customers usually want to understand both the technical aspects and the system's expected value in a simple way. Other solar softwares usually give out engineering grade feasibilities and proposals that only engineers can understand, but solarVis helps our customers understand the offer better because it has a client-facing output and gives our team more confidence when presenting the project.

  ### 3. A practical solution for proposal preparation and lead management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Raşit B. | Project Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2026

**What do you like best about SolarVis?**

SolarVis helps us manage both proposal preparation and incoming potential customers in one place. We can prepare offers quickly for our own customers while also following the leads coming through the AI sales agent. Since each lead source is clearly visible in the solarVis account, our sales team can easily understand where the customer came from and prioritize the ones with higher sales potential.

**What do you dislike about SolarVis?**

Previously, we could not export projects in DWG format, which was a limitation for sending the project design to the field team. However, the solarVis team took our feedback into consideration and added this feature to the product quickly.

**What problems is SolarVis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The AI sales agent, one of the solarVis modules, helps us turn website visitors into more qualified sales opportunities. People who interact with it receive a pre-feasibility report, which means they already have a clear interest before we contact them. This makes customer acquisition and follow-up easier for us, helps us focus on the right audience, and saves time in our sales process.

  ### 4. Finally, a platform that keeps up with how we actually operate

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** NİHAN B. | Dijital Pazarlama ve Satış, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about SolarVis?**

We have both office and field teams using the CRM & Designer Module on a daily basis, and the fact that everyone works on the same platform makes a real difference. Our office staff handles the proposals and customer follow-ups, while our field teams track project progress on their end; it all stays in sync. The Organization Management structure also fits well for a company like ours; managing our internal teams and dealer network from one place saves a lot of back and forth.

**What do you dislike about SolarVis?**

In the early days, some of the data on the heat pump side wasn't accurate. But the solarVis team picked it up quickly and sorted it out without much delay, so it didn't stay an issue for long.

**What problems is SolarVis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a manufacturer with a wide dealer network, keeping track of projects across different teams and locations was always a challenge. SolarVis gave us a structured way to manage that. Projects don't get lost, proposals go out faster, and we have visibility over what our dealers are working on. For a company running operations at our scale, that kind of oversight really matters.

  ### 5. The same structure on every project means we move faster and close more deals

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** İrem A. | Energy Systems Engineer Intern, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about SolarVis?**

We do a lot of projects, so speed and consistency matter. With solarVis, every project follows the same steps and the same structure. New people on the team pick it up fast, and we make fewer mistakes. And because the whole process is faster, we close deals quicker, too.

**What do you dislike about SolarVis?**

In C&I projects, we used to have to add panels to the roof design all at once; we couldn’t place or remove them one by one as we could in residential projects. It was a bit limiting. However, the solarVis team rolled out an update a while ago, so now it works the same way across every project type.

**What problems is SolarVis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before presets, onboarding a new team member meant sitting down and walking them through our entire pricing structure, component choices, and standard costs. It was time-consuming, and honestly, mistakes happened. Someone would enter the wrong figure or miss a cost item entirely.

With solarVis presets, we set everything up once, and the whole team works from the same foundation. New people get up to speed much faster because the structure is already there. It's removed a lot of the room for error in that early stage.

  ### 6. More leads are coming in, and we actually keep track of all of them

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emrecan Y. | Stajyer Mühendis, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about SolarVis?**

The Lead Generator Module has been great for growing our customer base. People we direct to the Lead Generator page complete the steps themselves and are added to our solarVis account as leads. Then, if they're ready for installation, we create and send the proposal straight from the CRM & Designer Module. Everything stays in one place.

**What do you dislike about SolarVis?**

The initial setup took a bit of time to figure out, especially configuring the Lead Generator Module the way we needed it. But thankfully, the solarVis team is super detail-oriented, and they helped us every step of the way through the configuration.

**What problems is SolarVis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to have a generic contact form on our website, and we would get irrelevant inquiries or lose qualified leads along the way. Now they go through the Lead Generator Module themselves, and by the time they reach us, they already have some idea of what they want. The number of incoming leads has gone up, and the CRM & Designer Module helps us stay on top of each one. From first contact to sending a proposal, it all happens within solarVis.

  ### 7. One platform that actually covers the full sales process

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** ARİF . | Proje ve Satınalma Müdürü, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2026

**What do you like best about SolarVis?**

The biggest thing for me is how fast we can put together a proposal now. Everything is in one place: the 3D design, the financial calculations, and the customer information. We used to switch between multiple tools just to get one offer ready. Now it takes a few minutes. The solar-specific CRM is also something we didn't know we needed until we had it.

**What do you dislike about SolarVis?**

It takes a little time to get used to it when you first start. Nothing too serious, but a few more how-to guides inside the platform would help new team members get up to speed faster.

**What problems is SolarVis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were using different tools for design, quoting, and tracking; it was messy; it would take us hours to prepare a final proposal, and things kept slipping through. Solarvis put everything in one place. We follow up with leads better, our proposals look more professional, and the whole team is on the same page now.
