SoftWear Reviews & Product Details

SCJ SoftWear is a Sales Force Automation (SFA) and B2B E-commerce solution that helps fashion wholesalers and manufacturers manage omnichannel order taking, visual merchandising, and inventory synchronization. Developed by SCJ Informatique, this platform is engineered specifically for the ready-to-wear, footwear, lingerie, and accessory sectors to address the unique logistical complexities of the fashion industry, such as seasonal collections and variant management. The software functions as a unified commercial ecosystem that connects field sales representatives, professional buyers, and administrative teams. It is designed to replace disjointed manual processes with a digitized workflow that centralizes data from physical showrooms, trade shows, field visits, and online B2B interactions. By accommodating the specific data structures required for textile distribution, SCJ SoftWear allows users to maintain accurate stock levels and pricing across multiple sales channels simultaneously. SCJ SoftWear provides a suite of tools designed to streamline the wholesale process: Offline Mobile Order Taking: The tablet application enables sales representatives to present high-definition digital catalogs and capture orders without an internet connection, ensuring continuity during travel or at trade shows. Native Matrix Management: The system offers specialized functionality to handle multi-dimensional product variants—such as size, color, cup, and inseam combinations—simplifying the entry of complex apparel orders. Integrated B2B Showroom: A private web portal allows professional buyers to browse collections, view "shop the look" suggestions, and place restocking or pre-orders autonomously, 24 hours a day. ERP Synchronization: The platform utilizes automated connectors to link directly with major management systems (including Sage, Cegid, and Microsoft Dynamics), ensuring that commercial data, inventory, and customer financial status are updated in real-time. Sales Intelligence: It provides sales directors with a centralized back-office dashboard to monitor performance indicators, manage customer portfolios, and oversee the activity of the sales force. By integrating these features, SCJ SoftWear aims to reduce administrative data entry errors and shorten the sales cycle. It supports mid-market and enterprise companies in digitizing their commercial operations while adhering to the specific operational rhythms of the fashion and textile markets.
