## SOFTSWISS Reviews
 ### 1. Rock Solid Infrastructure, but the initial launch took time

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tiffany B. | Client Success Manager, Financial Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2026

**What do you like best about SOFTSWISS?**

The infrastructure stability is unmatched. Since we migrated our brands to the Softswiss Casino Platform, we haven`t experienced any noticeable downtime during peak traffic, and their 99.99% uptime guarantee has help up perfectly. The built in anti fraud and risk control teams are also highly proactive, taking a significant amount of the operational burden off our shoulders.

**What do you dislike about SOFTSWISS?**

We deduct one star because the initial onboarding and custom feature deployment took longer than our internal roadmap anticipated. Navigating some complex manual procedures during the technical setup was a bit frustrating.

**What problems is SOFTSWISS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a reliable ecosystem that wouldn`t crash during major affiliate marketing pushes. They solved our scalability issues completely while providing a ready to go payment infrastructure that handles high volume effortlessly. Once live, the day to day operations are exceptionally smooth.

 ### 2. Innovative Betting Features, but Frontend Customization needs work

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hunter H. | Customer Success Manager, Real Estate, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 23, 2026

**What do you like best about SOFTSWISS?**

We recently started exploring their new prediction markets functionality alongside the standard Sportsbook. Running a fixed odds model on non traditional events gives us a unique edge in a very saturated market. The core sports betting infrastructure handles high loads effortlessly, and being able to manage these new prediction markets through the same back office makes our trading team`s life much easier.

**What do you dislike about SOFTSWISS?**

Because the prediction market tools are relatively new innovations, the frontend user interface requires a bit more manual tweaking than we would prefer. We had to rely on their support team to adjust some of the visual components to match our brand perfectly. It is not a major issue, but a bit more out of the box UI flexibility would easily make this a 5 star product.

**What problems is SOFTSWISS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Differentiation. Standard sports betting is highly competitive, so having the flexibility to offer custom intellectual prediction markets allows us to attract a completely new demographic of players who aren`t necessarily hardcore sports fans. It is a great tool for diversifying our revenue streams.

 ### 3. Flexible, Platform Agnostic Sportsbook that Handles High Load Flawlessly

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amy B. | Marketing Manager, Higher Education, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 29, 2026

**What do you like best about SOFTSWISS?**

We needed to add s sports betting vertical to our proprietary casino platform, and the SOFTSWISS Sportbook integrated flawlessly via API without forcing us into their broader ecosystem. They cover over 2,000 unique markets and 100,000 live events monthly. Our players absolutely love the built in gamification features, such as Hunting Tournaments and Freebet Boosters.

**What do you dislike about SOFTSWISS?**

Initially, we wanted more control over the selection of the custom odds without relying heavily on their trading team. However, their risk management experts proved to be very sharp, so we eventually found a great hybrid working model.

**What problems is SOFTSWISS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allowed us to launch a premium sports betting in less than a month. Their advanced risk management tools help us strike the perfect balance between margin protection and a great player experience.

 ### 4. Stable Platform with Excellent Support and Built-In Tools

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Oleg G. | CEO and Founder, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026

**What do you like best about SOFTSWISS?**

I use SOFTSWISS as it provides a stable betting platform with risk management already included, which saved my team months of expensive technical work. I appreciate that I can focus more on marketing and player acquisition without needing an in-house development team. The adaptability during setup is a strong point, allowing me to configure specific risk limits with ease thanks to practical advice from my account manager. Their quick and solution-oriented responses are valuable. I also find the built-in bonus tools particularly helpful, as they make keeping players engaged much simpler. Setting up was very easy, and I'm so satisfied with SOFTSWISS that I'm likely to recommend it to a friend or colleague with a rating of 10.

**What do you dislike about SOFTSWISS?**

To be fair, while the core engine is flexible, getting certain frontend changes live takes longer than it should. If I need to make a routine tweak to the UI, I usually have to submit a ticket to their support team and wait for them to push the update, rather than just handling it myself directly in the back office.

**What problems is SOFTSWISS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SOFTSWISS provides a stable betting platform with built-in risk management, saving our team from needing a dedicated development team, allowing us to focus on marketing and acquiring players. It's adaptable during setup, and their quick support and bonus tools enhance our operations.

 ### 5. Streamlined Game Integration, Reliable Performance

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Liam C. | Affiliate Manager, Gambling & Casinos, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2026

**What do you like best about SOFTSWISS?**

I find SOFTSWISS very beneficial for integrating a wide range of casino games into our platform through a single API. It saves a lot of development time by eliminating the need for separate integrations for each provider. The system's stability and reliable performance, even during peak hours, is impressive. This ensures smooth operations with excellent uptime. The manageable and well-structured initial setup, with clearly guided core integration steps, helped our team move forward without confusion.

**What do you dislike about SOFTSWISS?**

A lot of the back-office tasks, like configuring new providers or updating certain game settings, require us to go through their support team to do it manually. Having a self-service panel for these routine changes would save us some waiting time and back-and-forth emails.

**What problems is SOFTSWISS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use SOFTSWISS to integrate various casino games through a single API, saving development time and simplifying operations. It streamlines launching new markets like Brazil by reducing technical setups and contract management, providing wide game access for our catalog through one connection.

 ### 6. Robust Game Aggregation, Slight Learning Curve

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexander G. | Founder & CEO, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 24, 2026

**What do you like best about SOFTSWISS?**

I find that integrating the Game Aggregator with SOFTSWISS gave us access to most of the game studios we were looking for, which really helped us enter new markets. I also like using the built-in tournament and jackpot tools to help with retention. Server uptime has been very steady, which I appreciate. Additionally, the initial setup was moderately straightforward, considering the platform provides a well-structured onboarding process and extensive documentation.

**What do you dislike about SOFTSWISS?**

There's a lot to navigate in the back office. It took our operations team some time to get fully comfortable with the reporting tools and data layers. The setup still requires technical understanding, particularly around API integrations and configuration of gaming modules.

**What problems is SOFTSWISS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SOFTSWISS saves us from signing individual contracts and handling technical setups with each game developer. Integrating their Game Aggregator grants us access to many game studios, aiding in market entry and user retention. Their platform's stability with steady server uptime is a plus.

 ### 7. Streamlined Game Integration with Robust Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mikael S. | Co-founder and COO, Financial Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 04, 2026

**What do you like best about SOFTSWISS?**

I like that SOFTSWISS supports many providers at once, which allows us to launch new games quickly and monitor performance in one dashboard. The interface clearly shows important stats, making management easier. It keeps our casino organized and reduces the chance of mistakes. Integrating games used to be a slow process with delays and technical issues, but now having everything in one place with automatic updates saves time and reduces errors, keeping players happy and engaged.

**What do you dislike about SOFTSWISS?**

Some games take extra steps to set up, and the dashboard can feel a bit complex at first. There's a learning curve, especially for new team members.

**What problems is SOFTSWISS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SOFTSWISS connects multiple game providers on one platform, saving us time and reducing errors. It keeps our offerings up to date and improves player engagement. We can launch new games quickly and manage everything with a clear dashboard, reducing mistakes.

 ### 8. Easy API Connection and Good Features.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gene G. | Director of Marketing, Medical Devices, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 23, 2026

**What do you like best about SOFTSWISS?**

I use SOFTSWISS for its easy API connection and good features. It handles traffic well, which is crucial during busy matches, allowing us to offer sports betting without building a system from scratch. I appreciate that connecting their sportsbook via API went better than expected, with a quick setup. The social features and jackpot system are great, as they encourage a lot of player interaction and keep users more engaged. I also find the initial setup to be very easy.

**What do you dislike about SOFTSWISS?**

Navigating the API documentation and figuring out how to adjust the frontend and CMS took our developers a few days to figure out.

**What problems is SOFTSWISS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use SOFTSWISS for its Easy API connection, handling traffic during busy matches, and offering sports betting. The jackpot system and social features keep users engaged, increasing activity during peak events without building the system from scratch.

 ### 9. Great Retention Booster, Slightly Steep Learning Curve

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2026

**What do you like best about SOFTSWISS?**

Running campaigns on their prime network has been fantastic for player retention. Being able to pool jackpots across multiple brands without massively increasing our own marketing spend is a huge advantage. We have seen a very noticeable uplift in average turnover per user since we plugged it into our existing setup.

**What do you dislike about SOFTSWISS?**

It requires a bit of an operational shift to use properly, and the integration took some back and forth with their technical team, which keeps this from being a perfect 5. You really need to invest time in understanding how to set up the templates to get the best ROI.

**What problems is SOFTSWISS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were struggling with late stage player churn, and standard bonuses were getting far too expensive to maintain. This system gave us a fresh, scalable way to re-engage VIPs and regular players alike through network driven jackpot drops.

 ### 10. Massive Content Library and Seamless API Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Games | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2026

**What do you like best about SOFTSWISS?**

Through a single API, we got access to over 40,000 games from more than 300 different game providers. What really surprised our operations team was their tournament tool, it is fully customizable and we actually saw our daily bets jump by over 20% once we rolled it out. Additionally, having 24/7 dedicated account managers who actually understand the iGaming business makes troubleshooting painless.

**What do you dislike about SOFTSWISS?**

We don`t yet have a self service admin panel for some configurations, so we occasionally have to ping our AM to adjust specific game vendor settings. It is not a dealbreaker because they reply fast, but more autonomy would be nice.

**What problems is SOFTSWISS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It entirely eliminated the nightmare of signing individual contracts with dozens of game studios. We are able to enter a newly regulated Latin American market much faster because their compliance and certification package was already sorted out for us.
