"Effortless Writing Enhancement with Practical Suggestions"
3.5/5
What do you like best about SoftSpell?

I really like how straightforward SoftSpell is to use, as it doesn't add extra steps to my day and fits naturally into my workflow. The suggestions are practical and not overwhelming, which means I can quickly spot what needs attention, make changes, and continue with my tasks. This is especially helpful on busy days when I move between emails and other written tasks. The minimal effort required to understand and decide on suggestions without interrupting my workflow is valuable when handling multiple emails, responses, or updates throughout the day. Setup was simple, which was a plus for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SoftSpell?

One area that could be improved is how well SoftSpell understands context. Sometimes a suggestion may be technically correct, but it doesn't quite fit the tone or meaning I'm trying to get across, especially with more specific or professional wording. I'd also like a little more control over the types of suggestions I receive. Being able to easily adjust preferences for things like tone, formality, or writing style would make the recommendations feel more relevant and reduce the number of suggestions I end up ignoring.
