Smile CX Reviews & Product Details

Smile is a customer experience platform built for Latin American enterprises. It helps companies listen to their customers across every channel, understand what drives satisfaction and loyalty, and act on those insights with measurable business impact. At its core, Smile is a Voice of the Customer (VoC) platform: multichannel surveys (email, SMS, WhatsApp, web, kiosks and QR), real-time dashboards, NPS, CSAT and CES tracking, alerts and closed-loop case management so teams can follow up with unhappy customers before they churn. Smile goes beyond surveys. The platform also covers customer journey orchestration, usability analysis and UX/UI measurement, in-person and digital mystery shopping, and queue and appointment management for branches and service centers, all connected in one place. Smile’s new agentic layer puts AI agents to work across the CX program. Agents create surveys, build dashboards, map the customer journey, analyze open-ended and structured data, write reports and follow up with customers to dig deeper into their answers. The result is a CX team that spends less time operating tools and more time improving the experience, with a clear line between CX actions and ROI. Smile has implemented more than 100 Voice of the Customer programs across 10+ Latin American markets, working with companies in banking, insurance, airlines, retail and utilities. Every implementation includes local consulting and support, in Spanish and Portuguese, from a team that understands the region’s customers, channels and regulations.
