SMG Tools Reviews & Product Details

SMG Tools is field service and job costing software for contractors and service companies, from one truck to sixty people. It runs the whole job, from the first inquiry to the payment, then tells you what the job made, because your crew's hours, materials and purchases are already in it. Win the work. A public page with a request form, and online booking from your real availability. Proposals built from your Price Book, with good-better-best options, deposits and e-signatures. An AI assistant that drafts the scope from your description. Satellite measurements that become priced quantities. Run the day. Scheduling and dispatch that suggests who should take each job by skills, availability, drive time and what the job will keep. A Day Board, route planning and a tracking page for the customer. Checklists, photos and arrival proof from the crew's phones, and the forecast on every outdoor visit. Get paid. Invoices, milestone billing, change orders, online card payments through Stripe and automatic reminders. Service agreements with recurring visits and autopay. A Client Hub where each customer sees everything you've sent them. Know what you kept. Job costing with labor at its true cost, and alerts when a job's margin slips. Receipt scanning, and bank feeds matched to the job a purchase was for. Inventory, purchasing, commissions paid when the customer pays, and timesheets with a payroll export. Records sent to QuickBooks Online or Xero as they change. Built for teams. Roles for dispatchers, estimators, bookkeepers and crew leads that keep prices from people who shouldn't see them. Unlimited field workers on every team plan. A history of who changed what. Company sign-in through Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace. An open API and webhooks.
