**What do you like best about SmartPa?**

The presence of SmartPa’s chatbot solution has been an innovative boost to our recruitment process.  Knowledge that allows screening applicants with the preliminary stage of interaction with the chatbot saves time and helps to deal with worthy contenders.

**What do you dislike about SmartPa?**

When transferring data from one site to another, there is need to go to the other platform, thus leading to constraints and irregularities.  This interrupts our working process and complicates the possibility to gather information about candidates in one place.

**What problems is SmartPa solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SmartPa helps to perform a part of our first stage of recruitment work; it saves our time.  I am impressed with the ability of the chatbots to filter the candidates as well as set interview times hence leaving us with more time to carry out thorough evaluation and selection.

**What do you like best about SmartPa?**

SmartPa offers limitless and successful support feature virtually, reaching to thousands of customers.
The hiring of staff is made easier using  SmartPa, where all the listing and sorting are done online.
The handling of customer issues is so brilliantly addressed, with authentic and intelligent responses.

**What do you dislike about SmartPa?**

I would be unjust if I list any dislike from  SmartPa. This is an outstanding virtual support trail, worth working with.

**What problems is SmartPa solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SmartPa makes it fun to interract with our customer, where in the process, we virtually offer support to them. 
Nevertheless, we constantly learn their worries and challenges, from the insights that we collect from them. 
There is a robust way of managing all administrative roles using  SmartPa.

**What do you like best about SmartPa?**

SmartPa provide a best feature of virtual PA which is 24*7 available which is the best thing about this PA because if we have a personal assistant which is physical then they need a break but this PA is working without any break which is I think the best thing about smartPa

**What do you dislike about SmartPa?**

sometimes it unables to do some things which physical PA can done like go with you on a meeting physically these are the small thing in which it is lacking so people does not use it frequently

**What problems is SmartPa solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can schedule any of work with the help of this virtual PA which is the best thing about SmartPa and I use it as a chatbot it solving the most of my problems on it

**What do you like best about SmartPa?**

The best part about using SmartPa is that it lowers the burden of routine tasks by assigning it to the virtual assistants. It is very reliable.

**What do you dislike about SmartPa?**

There's no such flaws encountered while using SmartPa. It works as expected.

**What problems is SmartPa solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SmartPa is provides virtual private assistants which are capable enough to perform tasks assigned to them. It helped me a lot while managing buisness mails.

SmartPa offers a wide range of services beyond basic administrative tasks. This includes marketing support, project management and customer services.

**What do you dislike about SmartPa?**

I personally don't dislike anything about SmartPa.

**What problems is SmartPa solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SmartPa solving many problems like , hiring full time administrative staff can be costly for business, especially startups.

SmartPa integrates chatbots to automate customer support tasks such as answering FAQs.

I like the smart service feature which tailors to each customer to make sure you're specifically what your business needs.

**What do you dislike about SmartPa?**

Don't like outsourcing to a company so far away. There was some disconnect that made me decide this wasn't the right company for me

**What problems is SmartPa solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solving many problems from payment processing, appointment scheduling, employee functions like HR and payroll and more.
