**What do you like best about Bannersnack?**

I personally loved how easy everything was. The creative builder is super intuitive, you can jump in and start building right away without a big learning curve. The template library is solid too, which makes getting started fast and gives you plenty of creative direction if you need it (I did).

I also really liked the export options. Being able to choose from a wide range of ad networks and formats like (HTML5, video, static images, etc.) Not just ad tags makes it really flexible and saves time when prepping assets for reviews.

But to top off my experience with Bannersnack was the customer support. Quick, friendly and helpful responses.

**What do you dislike about Bannersnack?**

Honestly, we haven’t run into any major issues. The platform does exactly what we need it to do, and it’s been meeting our expectations so far.

**What problems is Bannersnack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bannersnack solves the challenge of creating ads at scale without turning it into a complicated production process. Instead of juggling multiple tools or relying heavily on developers, I can design, build, and export creatives all in one place.

Overall, it simplifies the creative workflow and makes scaling campaigns much more efficient which is a big win when you’re managing multiple deliverables.

**What do you like best about Bannersnack?**

The UI is clean and intuitive, with drag-and-drop and a true animation timeline, so there’s basically no learning curve even if you’re not a designer. Performance has been solid too: the HTML5 exports are lightweight, load quickly, and I can generate 20+ ad sizes in minutes instead of hours. On the integration side, the Google Ads and social exports save us a ton of clicks, and the brand kit syncing helps keep everyone consistently on-brand.

Pricing feels fair for the ROI we’re getting. Our animated banners doubled our CTR compared with static JPGs, so the tool essentially pays for itself in a single campaign. Onboarding only took about 15 minutes, and the support docs are strong; chat replies were fast when we ran into a font issue. The AI features, like Magic Resizer and the text suggestions, are pretty basic but still useful for speeding up variants. My only gripe is that I wish reporting and analytics were built in, instead of having to rely on the ad platform.

**What do you dislike about Bannersnack?**

The UI can get laggy when I’m working with complex animations or 20+ artboards in a single set. It slows down enough that I sometimes have to refresh to keep going. On the integrations side, I really wish it connected directly to Meta Ads Manager or Google Ads, rather than only exporting files that I then have to upload manually.

Performance is generally fine for display ads, but video exports take a long time, and the MP4 output doesn’t look as crisp as what I get from After Effects. Pricing also feels steep if you only need around five banner sizes a month—the ROI seems to kick in more at higher volume, so smaller teams may not feel the value as much.

Onboarding was straightforward, but support on the lower plans is email-only and can take up to 24 hours to respond. The AI tools are also fairly basic: Magic Resizer does the job, but the AI copy and image generation feel weaker than dedicated tools like Canva or Midjourney. Overall, nothing is deal-breaking, but there’s definitely room to improve speed and integrations.

**What problems is Bannersnack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem this solves for us is the time wasted on resizing and versioning ads. Before, producing 25 banner sizes for Google Display meant hours in Photoshop, and we’d still end up with inconsistent fonts and CTAs across versions. Now the UI makes it genuinely drag-and-drop simple, and the responsive set generator outputs all sizes at once, which is a huge performance win.

On the integration side, direct exports to Google Ads and common social formats remove a lot of handoff steps, so campaigns can launch days faster. That speed shows up in ROI: our animated HTML5 banners doubled CTR compared with static images, so the tool effectively paid for itself in two campaigns.

Onboarding was basically instant and didn’t require any IT help. Support has also been solid—when we ran into export bugs, they answered our two tickets within a day. The AI tools like Magic Resizer and the smart layout suggestions aren’t mind-blowing, but they consistently save us about 10–15 minutes per design by automatically adjusting elements. Overall, it eliminated our design bottleneck, and marketing can ship on-brand ads without waiting on a designer.

**What do you like best about Bannersnack?**

I use Bannersnack for animated small banners that are published on the internet. Everything needed for professional GIF banners is provided by Bannersnack. It is clear and quick to learn. Additionally, it is constantly being improved, and you are promptly informed about it. We previously created many ads in Photoshop, but Bannersnack is easier and faster. The initial setup was kept very simple, which I find good.

**What do you dislike about Bannersnack?**

Font management. Custom fonts that are uploaded cannot always be actively used in an uploaded folder.

I use Bannersnack because it offers everything for professional GIF banners. It is easier and faster than Photoshop and also clear and quick to learn.

The best is the easy interface  and many resources to make small advertising, animated gif, html5 and mp4 marketing videos. I used this since BANNERSNACK app.

The animation interface can be more powerful, more choices of movement, eyedroper for choose colors, capable of edit text animations.

I like the fact that I can easily do creative next to my clients or do "spec" creative and bring it in for their revision that they can change on the spot.

I wish I could create one ad and the other sizes would generate without having to do major editing in the platform.

I like that it's Inexpensive vs. Adobe Creative Cloud. That's good for a lot of freelancers
Love that it's a time saver
Peace of mind that I have this product to use when designers flake out or we need an ad campaign ASAP.  For PR companies, this could be useful for Crisis Control. 


**What do you dislike about Bannersnack?**

The designs are aesthetically a generation behind. I dislike how the formatting can get sticky.  Then, you have to do each ad iteration individually.  I recommend some kind of forced walk through about the ROI, Return On Investment, about design theory.  I also recommend ROI of Design for the ad placements and per platform.  Why does this display ad work very well on Google Ad Words, but not Facebook or Instagram?

I wish it would integrate with more apps: Slack, Evernote, TapClicks, SpyFu, etc

**Recommendations to others considering Bannersnack:**

It's a great time saver for ad campaign managers or social media marketers.  I recommend learning the software from the beginning because some of the URL tracking options and other features are pretty decent. 

**What problems is Bannersnack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

If Adobe didn't push Export For Screens, it saved a lot of time making iterations.  I liked the brand consistency for a lot of my clients.  I loved that I could take a quick screen grab of each ad iteration to illustrate what the ads will look like in one snapshot.   I realized it's great for coverage.  I can bring a non-designer in, and teach them.

**What do you like best about Bannersnack?**

At Admad we use this powerful solution to create, collect, manage and share hundreds of assets for multiple markets across several team members. These are not only ad banners but also native product photographs localised to specific language, digital brand assets such as logos, claims, tag lines, flyers, mech cards etc. What we love first and fore most in Bannersnack is stability of whole system, intuitive interface, banner creation wizard, format resizing tool and translation features that we use all the time. I would highly recommend for any team that needs to create simple ads and require a team sharing/managing tool for more efficient.

**What do you dislike about Bannersnack?**

Would like to see improvements in browsing interface. When having hundreds of items in several categories, and language subcategories - it's quite hard to navigate in, but you have to learn and find your way to make it more efficient. Also, naming convention might be  improved, so it's quicker to make "batch" changes for banners names. But I think bannersnack's team doing a great job and work on the product day by day to deliver those improvements.

**What do you like best about Bannersnack?**

The ability to create an entire ad campaign with multiple sizes and with animation is an incredible resource! We love the ability to to take an initial design and see how it would be auto-populated to the different ad size requirements. Being able to easily download the ad assets in there specified sizes is so easy and straightforward. We are a huge fan of this tool and really enjoy using it.

**What do you dislike about Bannersnack?**

The ability to share ad assets/designs between users is not easy nor straightforward. I want the ability to start working on an ad set and then send it over to a senior designer to review and tweak as necessary. Currently, I am not tracking that this exists. If it does, it is not easily visible to me.

Great tool for easily designing and sizing ads/creative for an advertising campaign.

We are able to save a lot of time when designing out ads because different platforms require specific sizes but it is all the same design and the creative is generally the same.

Working with BannerSnack really is a pleasure. Why do I say this? I say this because we can create excellent banners quickly and easily, but with an incredible quality because their templates help a lot in this aspect, another aspect that we love is that anyone can work with it and create an excellent design so imagination is the limit, of course as you become familiar with the program and know their potential in that same measure you will feel more confident to work with it.

As any other software, as time has passed, BannerSnack has been maturing, adapting and correcting errors, but I don't like that there are still aspects that have not been improved or corrected completely, this is said by the image editor I still feel that it is not completely good is not completely reliable so I think they should still improve it making it more intuitive, more versatile and dynamic.

I recommend BannerSnack to all the interested ones very specially to all those people or agencies that work in the area of publicity and marketing since it is an excellent alternative to create Banners of all type without any type of complication and with a professional finished and all this really to a very accessible price what makes it even more attractive.

Among the things I like about BannerSnack is the amount of resources it has with which we can work as they are: an excellent catalog of images that help us create professional banners of high quality and all in a very easy and simple way, another thing I like very much is its learning curve, it's very easy to learn how to work with this program nothing to worry about just starting some project and with a few steps everything will be ready just our imagination and what we want to do is the limit.

**What do you dislike about Bannersnack?**

I think that BannerSnack is a software that has matured over time but still has details that need to be corrected or perfected as is the case of the image generator still has some deficiencies that even though they have been corrected or improved with new versions, still presents some problems that are a little annoying because these usually occur precisely when these in the middle of editing ie are presented at the time less indicated and this causes delay and discomfort.

This excellent software is great to make banners of any kind, logos among other works but the ideal would be that first know it to try in different jobs so they will be familiar with it and above all will know better what are their shortcomings and limitations which will lead them to know exactly what they can and can not do with it, once they know this I assure you that it will be a software which can be fully trusted to achieve professional work and high quality.

It is an excellent Banner editor easy and simple to operate in addition to generating very rich and diamond banners with an excellent quality all this thanks to the amount of resources which are available when working, this tool is an excellent partner when performing the daily activities and this has had a positive impact on our customer base because our work has shone, obtaining great success among our customers and therefore economically has been a great success to include this tool in our catalog work.

  ### 13. Easy HTML5 builder with no coding required!

**What do you like best about Bannersnack?**

I really enjoy how Bannersnack's functions are straightforward and easy to learn. If you've ever used any kind of photo editing software before, it's really easy to pick up. Being able to hide elements and edit multiple at a time is super helpful and saves a lot of time. Being able to have different workspaces in a game-changer for organization and collaborating as a team. The Bannersnack team is always open to suggestions and often will implement different ideas or requests we have if we think of a feature we would like to see. One of my new favorite features is all the new illustrations and shapes they've added! I can make much more interactive and impressive designs more quickly thanks to having these. Overall, I really appreciate the services Bannersnack offers and can't wait to see more of what they do in the future.

**What do you dislike about Bannersnack?**

On occasion, there are bugs in Bannersnack that cause trouble in our day-to-day work. Customer service can be more or less helpful depending on the issue. We also have problems with custom fonts that we upload glitching out or causing error sin the preview. Another thing I really dislike and hope to see changed is that you cannot edit the placement of the text in buttons. I don't know how, but the text gets off center from the button and there is no way to change this. This is frustrating because as a designer I want to make sure everything is centered and evenly aligned. Lastly, if they added the ability to upload .mp4 files we would really be competitive in making HTML5 banner ads!

**Recommendations to others considering Bannersnack:**

I recommend to definitely try Bannersnack out to see if it fits your needs. I have been extremely impressed with their updates. It seems like almost every time I log in, they have updated a feature or added something new that is extremely helpful for my work. For example, now being able to copy and paste transitions is a lifesaver! It saves a lot of time in my workload.

**What problems is Bannersnack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bannersnack mainly allows us to creative HTML5 ads without being required to know how to code. This saves time and resources as we can get more projects completed in a shorter amount of time. We impress a lot of customers with the ability to provide high quality HTML5 ads in relatively short amount of time. Having customized preview links is also a huge bonus for our company's brand.

Basic intuitive tool, for those who know the minimum of design, does not suffer work / creation with bannersnack. In addition to the practicality in the creations, making everything faster and easier to do, without losing quality at work.

**What do you dislike about Bannersnack?**

Well, they are superficial things, but it is worth saying, I think the photo bank is not much use for my creations. I can hardly find anything exactly as I am looking for it, so I use other software, but other than that I have nothing to declare.

I believe that right away, when you open Bannersnack it seems difficult to understand. But it all takes practice. As you use it, you will understand the tools, the placements and everything. Because everything is very intuitive, you know what you need to do, find where and how to do it. In addition, it is by using it that you discover all its practicality on a daily basis.

**What problems is Bannersnack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

So far, my biggest benefit has been optimizing times on high demand. I can handle many parts in a short time. In addition to the practicality of animating and producing effects in which I use different software for this, Bannersnack provides me with everything in one place. I highlight the variety of icons, illustrations, and brand logos that already help me TOO much in the children of my work. I like how the library allows me to organize my uploads, so I can separate everything by theme, subject, etc.

I like the visual editor. I find it intuitive, even for those without a design background. I also think they do a great job responding to feedback, fixing bugs and always implementing new features to the platform. The customer service/chat system is great, and I always receive timely feedback.

**What do you dislike about Bannersnack?**

In the past, I've found that bannersnack will develop a bug or two when doing updates. For instance, one update caused my screen to go blank half-way through editing a 20+ set of banners. In this case, the support team were great with their communication and support. We were in constant contact with both their support team and IT to determine the bug. My only issue is that when these bugs happen, the changes and edits made to the banners sometimes get lost.

If you are a small team that requires quick graphics to be made for Google Ads, PPC, or social media, its a great tool. I would say it does not replace a Graphic Designer, as the freedom with the layouts could result in poor design choices.

We are currently solving time-sensitive issues with bannersnack. As a designer, creating 20+ PPC and display ads in Photoshop and illustrator take double the amount of time. With bannersnack, you are able to upload your assets and place them to the different all at once. This also saves up space on our drives and keeps our promotional work in one place for the rest of the marketing team.

The possibility to change several graphics at the same time, download files in different formats, because the product is on the web and does not consume RAM machine memory, which further speeds up the process of creating graphics, the possibility of editing videos directly from tool, ease of work integrated with the user team and the support requested.

Using bannersnack is a great advantage, as it allows for much faster tasks to be performed. Since conventional software consumes a lot of raw memory, they do not have a mass production system and at the same time they consume storage on the machine because you need to keep creating projects that are usually very heavy.

**What problems is Bannersnack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I notice that some files sometimes get very bad quality when saving them, even when uploading high definition images. I also found it difficult to export HTML, it is a bit complex to export banners to Google Ads within the file size specifications required by the platform. Another issue is the lack of integration with Google drive. Within the process of my company I need to download the banners and store them inside Google Drive, however I have to do all this manually. For me, this integration would be valuable.

Most of the templates I've used have been spot on when it comes to being sized properly for specific using in social media. The designs are often laid out in an effective way that captures text and images in their best light. I think the ads and banner graphics are usually appealing and can fit many project and publishing needs.

A tools that's easy to use and available on line can often produce graphics from many companies that are all similar. Even though Bannersnack gives users the ability to change the style of the templates, many people often don't change enough about the graphics to make them unrecognizable from the original.

The program has a very attractive and intuitive graphical interface, we only select the way we want the banner and create it, as easy as that, without complicated or ambiguous steps. The ability to insert videos, images, GIF and all kinds of multimedia files inside the banner is really great, thus giving the user the freedom to create dynamic and attractive content. Also available is a function that i found very entertaining is that you can add actions to objects that are in the banner, as well as configure the time that this action lasted, something very useful to have.

There are some issues that i didn't like to have experienced them, one of the things were the appearance of some glitches when it came to editing a banner, things like image manipulation suddenly inserted them in a different position than i had indicated , as well as changing the background of the template when i wanted to export the banner. There is also a problem if you want to save space and therefore save and export your banner in zip format, it will not import it properly. Of the rest, i didn't have many more problems with this software.

The tool is not only easy to use, but extremely powerful with regards to content management and digital ad creation. As a result, our Programmatic B2B audiences are now aligned with various creative assets and delivery fantastic results. My DSP approved all of the ads in 24 hours and my client loved them as well. I even have a couple of proposals out there that are getting more attention as a result of this. This decision has enabled me to upgrade our UVP for B2B clients --- and not just SMBs.

Haven't found any yet. If I need help, then the online chat service gets me connected in about 2 minutes or less. They are competent 'behind the scenes'.

Banner-snack is providing one more interesting feature is that if you want to use our own advertisement on your own website then you can simply make a script to embed your advertisement on your website.

**What do you like best about Bannersnack?**

One of the things that I liked most about Bannersnack was how easy it is to use it and understand it in its entirety, it has a number of functionalities that make this software a unique experience. It has good content editing capabilities for banners, things like different fonts, backgrounds, colors as well as the possibility to insert images, videos, animations which are attractive for anyone who will see the banner. The fluidity of navigating the windows, as well as using the different features is very pleasant, which generates a feeling of being using a very well made software.

**What do you dislike about Bannersnack?**

There are times when the manipulation of different media contents within the banner did not execute it in the best way, sometimes overlapping different fields or photos which became a little frustrating to organize everything in the way that i wanted. Since it is a tool of creating banners such problems can not exist since the customization process must be done in an almost perfect way, without any problems of edition, overlapping of objects, among other issues that remove productivity to your work.

**Recommendations to others considering Bannersnack:**

One of the things I would have liked to know before using the program is that they only have the possibility to communicate with customer support by email and chat. This is somewhat limiting since today there are several alternative and more dynamic communication channels which help to improve the user experience in solving the problems that may arise along the way, on top of this the service is not 24/7 which requires you to contact them only during business hours whether you contact them by phone or other means available to them.

I work for a company that is responsible for the creation of online marketing content, since the incorporation of Bannersnack we have advanced in the process of designing and distribution of content, making ourselves more efficient when it comes to creating advertisements for our different customers. The gap between the design process and the creation process has been significantly reduced, giving us the opportunity to go directly to make the banner without wasting time on things without much importance and increasing our productivity.

After realizing the little difficulty of this professional banner editor, it would be the amount of resources offered by Banner Snack when working one of its biggest attractions. More than 100 templates available, the stock of images of real people, compatibility with all major social networks such as Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, YouTube, and the possibility of downloading formats (HTML5, JPG, GIF , PNG or MP4).

**What do you dislike about Bannersnack?**

While the imager is improving, there are still errors to be classified. Temporary service interruption is one of these, as are certain errors when copying a set of banners. Although I have gotten used to these circumstantial inconveniences, I trust that they are details that will be solved over time. It also takes more options to change the text, and I would like even more templates, both for design and animation but, in general, I am satisfied with what I have achieved with Banner Snack.

I always recommend, when it comes to a good platform, such as Banner Snack, to explore before anything else. A good platform must be intuitive, and Banner Snack fulfills this characteristic. Take a simple test to familiarize yourself with the functions and tools. After that, let's go through the training offered by the platform, to achieve, in a couple of attempts, the professional level result you expect.

I work in online advertising and had to resort to external designers whom I had to wait for days to finish with unsatisfactory work. Now I can make the announcements myself and in a very short time, with results that our customers love. With Banner Snack we were able to give life and a fresh style to our product, in addition to saving much of the money that was previously spent on designers. As far as I'm concerned, in terms of savings, Banner Snack is the best option in the market.
In addition to a professional and easy-to-use banner editor, the possibility of immediate results. Banner Snack can generate complete series of banners, fixed or dynamic, at once, if you prefer not to do it yourself. On the other hand, if the user has more time, the platform offers support and training in order to get the most out of its rich catalog of resources. I like that Bannersnack has been in the ad and banner design field for many years and has a large base of users. They have many different designs and just about all of them are professional in quality. Many of the graphics we create are suitable for advertising and social media posts. Using Bannersnack is a great way to get new ideas about how to present our advertising content. The cost is not so bad for the premium services and we can get a lot of mileage out of our plan.

I like most of the ads and banners that Bannersnack has to offer, but there isn't as much variety as I would like in terms of graphic design materials in general. So I think Bannersnack could expand the types of media that they provide and maybe provide more types of file extensions that I think could be more valuable for more business purposes.

I think that Bannersnack is a great website to design standard ads and banners for social media and common digital marketing campaigns. You'll be able to upload your own images and also have a vast array of stock images that you can use, which is a great money saver in itself.

Bannersnack is a very cost-effective way for us to design and publish high quality advertising and web graphics in a very short amount of time. We don't have to focus so much on getting the right dimensions and other specifications since many of those elements are already configured by Bannersnack. We can also save to different web-optimized image file formats to minimize loading times when we upload them to social media or place them in our website.

I like many functions that the platform has integrated since I can create my banners from scratch or simply edit the templates that I already have by default and add details on my account, besides that it is very easy to use it, you do not need knowledge about editing and that the functions are clearly specified and it would only be a matter of trying out the different tools that are available to achieve the desired designs, I am quite pleased with what was received on this page and the price is quite reasonable

The ability to create multiple sizes at once is huge. Even if you have to go back in to tweak a thing or two, it's a massive timesaver. The ability to download animated HTML5 templates without the use of coding is also fantastic, we can create much nicer ads in way less time.

**What do you dislike about Bannersnack?**

HTML5 ads tend to require you to shrink the background picture to an annoyingly small size in order to get them to be under 150KB, which is typically the maximum upload size on most display ad networks.

More templates would be nice too.

It's truly the best software for display ad creation - trust me. 

**What problems is Bannersnack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating 8 display ads used to take a couple of hours of time in Canva, it now takes half the time and 1/10th of the frustration.

Everything. The way it is designed is clearly the result of minds that know very well how an advertising campaign must be done.

**What do you dislike about Bannersnack?**

There is a lot of space for improvements:
1) When applying animations from the Magic Animator, while it is an amazing feature itself, it should be possible to choose at least the duration of the single animation. Some of the pre-made animations, in fact, last too much for a 15sec Banner. The possibility to specify a custom duration for the Magic Animation you are applying should be considered.
2) In every banner I've designed in my long experience (15 years) there are ALWAYS some elements that live in multiple scenes, image footers or headers containing logos and disclaimers, placed over some shape. It should be possible to have a way to tell the system that some elements should be in the next scenes as well, without manually copying them, because copying things almost always duplicates elements, creating many useless duplicates all along the scenes, and when this duplicates contain texts, you have to manually change each one of them if your text changes later. Moreover, even following all your best practices, like building a fully finalized first Master Banner, does not prevent you from having to manually copy and modify each recurring element (shapes and texts) between scenes FOR EACH SIZE later generated, with a lot of effort and time loss, and DOZENS OF DUPLICATED shapes and texts.
The unique working solution, right now, is to keep your entire banner in one scene, loosing all the advantages of subdividing it in multiple scenes to fully use the transition between scenes.

My suggested solution could be a flag on each layer, similar to the "lock animation" one, to tell the system that the flagged layer should be kept in any scene as it is.

Regarding the first issue with the magic animator, I can see how adding a time control for Magic Animator would improve Bannersnack in terms of banner design flow. Our product team received the feedback and found it a good idea. 
Regarding the second one we do have a feature that will have elements shown on all slides. If you select a layer/element and click on the layer button from the toolbox that comes up, there is an option that will show the element on all slides, a check box reading “Show on all slides”
We built Bannersnack with our users in mind and therefore any improvement suggestions are greatly appreciated, analyzed and often end up being implemented.

As a marketing company who creates digital ads for multiple clients, we love how Bannersnack saves us time with pre-made templates and the ability to create multiple ads at the same time. Using the layered and dynamic settings to create ads that not only look great but also move to catch the eye of online shoppers is really easy with Bannersnack.

**What do you dislike about Bannersnack?**

The ads with images usually end up being to large sometimes to use on display networks. Adroll has 20+different sizes they display ads at but they can only be 150kb in size.

Try it and buy it.

Creating 20 ads at one time with the ad generator saves us hours every week when making new ads. Branding unity and AB testing of what ads say and the calls to action is easy. If you find a combination of words and colors that work best you can also go back and make edits to a group of ads at one time which saves a ton of time as well. The licensed images library is also huge and full of great pictures.

The builder is geared towards building good looking banners quickly. It works well for designers and non-designers alike. Ability to animate in HTML5 quickly. Lots of export options. Good organization of creatives. Smart resize function is a big time saver. Game changer for our team.

**What do you dislike about Bannersnack?**

A few tool options are missing in some places. No way to add new components in individual ads in a set, unless you paste them in. The search function works well, but once you go back out of a banner or set, it kicks you back out to the main workspace - no way to go up a folder hierarchy once you go to a search result. MP4 and animated gif options will not export in bulk. No option to export animated gif with transitions an animation turned off for the slides. No option to pick which slide to use when exporting to a static format. No way to make one single preview link from a folder of individual banners. No way to add new shapes to the library for reuse.

Would highly recommend for needing designs that look professional and are fast to build.

The value of bannersnack is unmatched. Our designers are able to create ad sets for marketing that we can then tweak a/b test etc. to increase conversions without having to have full new sets designed each and every time.

The quality of the product and support help Bannersnack stand out. Every time we have had an issue their team has responded via live chat right away. I have also been alerted by product managers to new featuers that I have requested personally. This is a great touch.

The tool is a little clunky in some browsers. Also, I'm not a huge fan of some of the UX around editing individual elements. The main feature we use us banner set generator. This helps us create multiple banners quickly. This is also somewhat limiting as the features available for editing individual ads are not the same as working on individual ads.

Bannersnack is a quality tool for marketers and designers. If you are looking to create quality static or animated ads this is an incredible tool for the price. You don't need a developer to hand code HTML5 or AMP ads. The SVG support and custom fonts allow you to stay on brand for every client.

We are able to have multiple teams work on assets and increase conversions. Also, the animated AMP ads are performing well for us. As an agency, we are able to keep all of our clients organized in the tool.

From what I can understand, you are encountering some issues related to the size of our final exports, and I feel like I must clarify a few things that might help you out in solving this. Our sizes are determined by a lot of external factors such as the size of the uploaded assets, custom fonts, number of slides, or even our new retina display feature, which has a significant impact. To keep the file size low, we recommend you always use the “convert custom font to SVG” option if you are using custom fonts, along with making sure that all of your files are optimized before uploading them onto Bannersnack. We recommend having images somewhere in the range of 100-200 KB, but that depends on the actual dimension of the banner on which you are working. My best advice here is to get in contact with our support team and share your banner with one of our representatives. This will allow them to conduct a thorough analysis of the design and advise solutions as the situation requires. I've used the product for several years and found it a lifesaver for creating multiple banner sizes of the same template. Lot's of good starter templates and ideas to start with that help get the creative juices flowing. It is much faster than working with a designer and less expensive as well.

**What do you dislike about Bannersnack?**

The resizing is sometimes not very accurate. When adding new sizes images get moved around and don't resize to fit the banners in the best way. Would also like more high resolution options for print as inevitably, I have to create matching flyers and other material for banners.

**Recommendations to others considering Bannersnack:**

None. The pricing makes it cost effective even if it does not have everything you need.

**What problems is Bannersnack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cost and speed have both been dramatically affected. I'm able to create quick, lower cost banners for clients without using a designer.

BannerSnack is an all in one banner creator. 
Unlike other software and apps that handle specific parts of the banner creation process, BannerSnack truly has you covered from graphics, to animation, to social media ad formatting, serving the ads if need be, to converting the ad file to any format you require.  This would normally require 5 different apps.

**What do you dislike about Bannersnack?**

While there is indeed a free version, it is only useful for testing purposes as they leave a little watermark on the ad.  My main issue is not this, but rather their that minimum usable plan requires an annual plan and has no monthly options.

Bannersnack's interface is simple enough that I can create templates that are easily edited by non-designers. That way we can realize efficiencies in testing messaging and imagery without adding extra design resources.

I wish there was an easy way to crop images to a circle. Also I can't figure out how to move banner sets between workspaces.

**What do you like best about Bannersnack?**

Among the points in favor of this wonderful tool is the amount of modifications that can be done in the images and designs, where you can modify aspects such as the size of the color and the font of them. It also seems very useful for you to easily create banners for Place on our website and Facebook posts among other social networks.

**What do you dislike about Bannersnack?**

The only observation I have is that the plans are a bit expensive, in my opinion they should put a basic plan more economical for people who are not going to give an extensive use to the tool

I recommend it for people who want to start personal online businesses and want to style their websites in a simple way, it is also recommended for companies for the amount of resources available if an advanced plan is acquired that has more functions available

Generally I consider that bannersnack has helped me to achieve various progresses with my line of work. We were able to give new life to an advertising product that looked a bit old and needed a new image and with the recent software changes in our advertising networks, we will depend even more on this service for the quality of the tools and their usefulness in the design

-So easy to drag and drop images, texts and backgrounds and to animate. I use it everyday.

-Templates and premade you can modify to make your own. Easy adjust banner sizes, add text and images.

Very positive. Whenever an issue comes up like image compression or exporting issues, their team is quick to find a solution and keep me informed on the process. **What do you like best about Bannersnack?**

That i can create static and animated ads in a fraction of the time. I really love the banner sets. It helps me create the ads faster and when i need to download them, they come in one bundle. Thats rad. I also like how you can use the animation timeline in a visual way. super easy. 

**What do you dislike about Bannersnack?**

The gradient tool orientation has errors sometimes. Makes it hard to control which direction you want it to go.  Also, if you keep hidden layers on the animations, it tends to show up on the finished product. I also dont like how the background images are handled. I like to have more control over the crop. i tend to make background images as a general image so i can control it. Also dont like that i cant download with one click. there is a error on the first click to download. so i have to wait for it to download then click again. 

**Recommendations to others considering Bannersnack:**

if your creating banners in Photoshop, you are missing out on producing more adds at a faster rate.

Efficient & easy to use production for banner adds. We have traditionally used  photoshop for years, this new product has been amazing. We realized we can produce more banners and a lower cost if we use this tool over photoshop.

**What do you like best about Bannersnack?**

When we first signed up to Bannersnack I couldn't say enough nice things about it. We love it's fast responsive builder, the ease of creating animated components, the design of the actual product and their responsive support team. We have created hundreds of banners in bannersnack now, and think it is great for creating basic, but engaging banners for our business.

**What do you dislike about Bannersnack?**

With all that said, over time as we started to create a full catalog of banners, we started to hit some bottle necks in the management of folders, duplication of assets etc. For example, right now we have about 8 value propositions that we have ad sets for. We created the first set and wanted to duplicate the ads *into another folder* for some quick edits to the text and otherwise leave the components alone.

The only way I have been able to do this is by opening the original folder, selecting all and clicking Duplicate. My issue is that these assets get duplicated in the same folder, and so I have to go through and manually select each banner which was duplicated, then manually move them over to the new VP folder. It might sound like a small issue, but when you've got ~100 banners per set, manually going through, analysing the file name to decipher if it's a duplicate or not, then selecting and moving is a real pain.

If you're looking for a fast, easy way to take your ads to the next level, then Bannersnack is the way to go

**What problems is Bannersnack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted to create more engaging adverts than we had been creating previously in Photoshop. These were static PNG's and some very very poor quality GIF's (due to file size restrictions). My previous company had used HMTL5 ads to create really engaging clean content, and so a quick google search of "HTML5 banner creator" brought Bannersnack to the top of the list. We tried it and were so happy for the first few weeks. We're still happy, but I guess after a few months of usage, we now know it's shortcomings.

**What do you like best about Bannersnack?**

Our favourite part of Bannersnack is the preview environment. Our clients love to be able to see the ads in action before publish. The preview environment really helps them visualize and understand what the ads are going to do. Not only that, but you can brand the preview page and the url so that your clients don't even know you are using Bannersnack. 

**What do you dislike about Bannersnack?**

It would be nice if Bannersnack had an autosave feature. A few times my designers forgot to save their work and lost a lot of time. If after the first time you save your workspace, the program would auto save whenever changes were made that would be ideal. 

**Recommendations to others considering Bannersnack:**

If you have a lot of banner ads work and you're designers are bogged down with resizes, Bannersnack is the way to go!

**What problems is Bannersnack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All our designers were creating banner ads differently with indesign or photoshop in the office and Bannersnack helped us standardize the way we build out ads. We could also easily export and test ad variations to ensure we are delivering the right message and achieving the best CTR's. The AMP export feature has significantly improved our file sizes and load times in Google Ads.
