It provides analysis, auditing and keeping every record of data that is required for effective Auditing **What do you dislike about Smart Audit?** There is nothing I dislike about smart audit as of yet, the only thing which I observed is that it's quite difficult to edit any data which we already saved and the user interface needs to be improved. **What problems is Smart Audit solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps me and my team in simplifying and concluding the audit procedure and it also reduces the cost of the audit. It also helps new join employees in our Audit department to understand a better clarity of audit. ### 2. Additionally Smart Audit tool provide comparative monthly, quarterly, Half yearly and Yearly Data **What do you dislike about Smart Audit?** There is nothing to dislike as it audits the data with comparative period that can highlight any material variance for the suggested period and any material event can be traced. **What problems is Smart Audit solving and how is that benefiting you?** Analysis of Finacials viz comparative analysis of Profit & Loss account and Balance sheet and tracking of material data that should highlight to enterprenur for decision making. ### 3. You can then expand the section you need. For example we never use the pending from client section. If this can be dragged to the end that will be great! **What problems is Smart Audit solving and how is that benefiting you?** Smart audit team respond to every query and email and takes suggestions to heart and makes them once possible. I would like to be able to add staff to the prior year file as read only especially if they did not work on it before. ### 4. It doesn't let you forget about anything. **What do you dislike about Smart Audit?** I do not like that it can be a pain to modify the program, and sometimes things can get screwed up when you change something in the program. **Recommendations to others considering Smart Audit:** Take advantage of their customer service. They are very helpful if you have any questions/issues. **What problems is Smart Audit solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are performing financial audits and need guidance in the process, so nothing is left not thought of. Benefits have included more thorough audits and fewer penalties paid. It also helps younger staff understand the audit process better. ### 5. Page is colourful. Link feature can be used easily and upload of documents are quick and simple. Software is reliable and updates from ISCA, ACRA are reflected frequently. **What do you dislike about Smart Audit?** Does not work that well on hp. The alignment and display for each page cant be seen all at once and hard to manoeuvre. Financial statements feature still has room for improvements (However, i have not use this feature fully and frequently, thus cant comment in detail). **Recommendations to others considering Smart Audit:** Its a great software and easy to use. Smart audit team are quick to respond when there are doubts or issues. Colours on the software does not tire the eyes quickly. **What problems is Smart Audit solving and how is that benefiting you?** Smart audit has helped to increase efficiency and allow me to review on the go. Besides, any staff can pick up the engagement at any time, anywhere and will be able to understand the progress and status of engagement quickly. ### 10. Because it is cloud base, one can work anywhere so long as there is internet access. **What do you dislike about Smart Audit?** While much has improved over time, there could still be further improvement to make it a true work processing audit software instead of just being a document holder. **What problems is Smart Audit solving and how is that benefiting you?** The main reasons for using Smart Audit is the desire to automate the audit process as well as to reduce reliance on paper and hence, storage. As mentioned above, the reliance on paper is achieved and to some extend the automation. ### 11.
