"Effortless Mass Texting and Smart Keyword Campaigns with SlickText"

What do you like best about SlickText?

We use SlickText mainly for internal team updates, and the mass texting feature makes it really easy to send messages to the whole team at once. The keyword campaigns are pretty clever too—team members can simply text a keyword and they’re automatically added to the right group. The automations also save a lot of time; once you set everything up, it runs on its own with little to no manual work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SlickText?

The analytics dashboard is a bit basic. It shows open rates and clicks, but it doesn’t really go very deep into the data. Also, the pricing feels a bit high when your text volume increases, and the jump between plans is quite steep. What do you like best about SlickText?

Ease of use is a major factor for me, followed closely by a robust repertoire of tools (forms, tap-to-join, embed, integration with other services, easy-to-setup custom fields) that always produce things that look extremely polished. The UX/UI of the new platform is extremely easy to use, to navigate, and even to customize to your liking for your needs. Perhaps the greatest feature, however, is the fact that SlickText has an incredibly responsive support team. I try not to take advantage of it too much, but it is the best support experience I've ever had with a platform like this. Our account manager was also highly proactive (but not pushy) and very helpful--he was very understanding that businesses have different goals and users need different levels of training. What do you dislike about SlickText?

What do you like best about SlickText?

I have had a great experience using SlickText. It is user friendly & I am not tech savvy. Their customer service is great! You can easily connect with someone on chat and they are very helpful. I also had a wonderful onboarding experience. Everyone on the team is supportive & friendly. And, it is usually really hard to get in touch with a "real" person with an online service, so I appreciate that I have been able to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SlickText?

No complaints at this time. They only challenge I had originally was figuring out how to create what I wanted, but, support assisted and I learned that you have a Youtube channel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SlickText?

Help getting through the registration process is gold. At times, it's a convoluted mess, and SlickText provides the support to navigate through it where, otherwise, you would need a crystal ball. Their team doesn't just point you to a help doc; they actually help you translate your business needs into the specific language the carriers demand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SlickText?

The villains in a texting story are CTIA and TSR because the regulatory landscape they created is a mess. They ignore established law to create their own arbitrary rules as they go, valuing 'deliverability' and 'consumer acceptance' metrics rather than rewarding true legal compliance. An effort that has backfired into the least legally compliant channel I have encountered. The best part about SlickText is how well they help navigate this nonsense, and my only minor hope is that it could be done better or more often so as to avoid the nonsensical pitfalls. What do you like best about SlickText?

What do you dislike about SlickText?

The only thing I dislike is that there isn't a pay to text option. It's going to take me awhile to build my list so the monthly fee does not make sense for me. Form what I understand SlickText is incredibly easy to use and makes communicating with large groups simple and efficient, which I can't wait to try. Very easy to set up, importing contacts features is great!

Managing text responses is also a really useful feature - being able to mark texts as closed or needing to follow up on them.
