Save time, reduce repetitive typing, and boost productivity, whether you’re in support, sales, freelancer or just writing a lot. If you write replies, fill forms, or send emails all day, this is for you. Slashit helps you: • Create dynamic templates with placeholders • Turn short text into full messages with Snippets (like typing “tks” to get “Thank you so much!”) • Use AI in your template to auto write parts for you • Set your own magic hotkeys (select text → press key → text changes based on your prompt) • See and reuse anything you copied with Clipboard History It works anywhere you can type, web, apps, tools, wherever you have input field. It feels outdated, and there were a few things that really bothered me. That’s why, when I discovered the Slashit app, I decided to give it a try, and so far, so good. The design makes the app really easy to understand and get started with. One area for improvement would be to clarify the difference between templates and shortcuts. Once you’ve used the app for a while, it becomes obvious, but at the beginning, it took me some time to understand the difference. The text replacement for shortcuts is fast and satisfactory, everything’s good on that front. However, the templates feature needs some development to be fully usable. But the team is very active on their Discord channel, which gives me confidence that the platform is under active development and issues like these will be fixed soon. I haven’t tested the AI capabilities yet, so I can’t comment on them—but I didn’t purchase this product for those features anyway. **What do you dislike about Slashit App?** It still feels like a product that’s in development, and there are a few issues they need to address before it can really be great. **What problems is Slashit App solving and how is that benefiting you?** It makes it much more efficient for me to reuse the pieces of text I rely on often across different apps, by expanding that text through shortcuts and templates. ### 2. I used to repeatedly type the same phrases and paragraphs when communicating with clients and colleagues, but now I can just enter a short code and the complete text is automatically inserted. User interface is great. It integrates with all tools and can be used within every app. I appreciate that Slashit also allows for placeholders, making it quick and easy to tailor responses for my emails. Additionally, commenting on LinkedIn has become much simpler. Very fast too. The AI analyses the content of posts and generates appropriate replies, including the author's name. Pay once and use forever. Great support too.
