Skytap seamlessly integrates with Azure platform services such as Azure Data Share, Azure Data Factory & Azure Synapse for data ingestion, retention and ETL procurements. Skytap ensures sophisticated operational resiliency & high availability once we successfully deploy our on-prem workloads into the cloud platform. **What do you dislike about Skytap?** We recently started using Skytap services for a few of our customer requirements. It saves up time & effort in reprovisioning our on-premise infrastucture for cost optimization. Its auto-scalability feature ensures support fluctuations & workload capacity can be managed to coexist with our customer demands. Overall, we are satisfied with Skytap's infrastructure provisions for our procurements. **What problems is Skytap solving and how is that benefiting you?** Skytap significantly eliminates data center costs, license renewals, periodic upgrades & maintenance activities since it's a fully-managed cloud platform. Its pay-as-you-go pricing model is beneficial to regulate our client budget allocations. Skytap also prevents application failovers & outages thanks to its auto-replica environments. In addition , sharing portals provide simple ways to share environments with customers to evaluate software. **What do you dislike about Skytap?** Better delegated administration and reporting would be helpful. Currently only the super administrator can get reportts. **What problems is Skytap solving and how is that benefiting you?** This allows us to host evaluation environments. An iterative approach is the best way to handle that. By establishing an environment of continuous learning, learning about the product, learning about the process we use, and learn about the environment we are working in. That is the best way to be able to meet the customer needs. **What do you dislike about Skytap?** Teams don’t work enough in terms of Outcomes, but rather activities. Team need to pivot to Outcome based development, basing their work on why they are doing activities, not just the activities themselves. **What problems is Skytap solving and how is that benefiting you?** Being able to deliver a produc the customer is actually able to use and our company can sell and improve upon is the primarly problem we are trying to solve. ### 4. Where more and more requirements are added to the projects. **Recommendations to others considering Skytap:** Agile is extremely advantageous over the traditional methods of development and encourages teamwork and communication throughout the project. **What problems is Skytap solving and how is that benefiting you?** We solve a multitude of problems from payroll solutions to cloud enablement.
