SKT WordPress Themes Reviews & Product Details

I am not a programmer, and for me SKT Themes is the perfect choice for managing my company's website. Being a employee in an education institute, we want our website to look good and easily accessible to everyone.

SKT lets me configure color scheme, logo, site identity, and variou other things. I can add custom CSS as well. The themes are designed specifically for certain use cases, I choose the one that best fit our use case as a education institute.

The premium themes are actually quite good. I have tried themes like Astra and Themisle's Hestia, the paid version don't give much, but I really like SKT. Being a smaller brand, it gives a better value for my money as well.

Customer support is a delight to talk to. I am not technical so I often struggle to understand there texts, but still I love there responsive communication. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

SKT was the perfect choice for an inexoetienced website owner like me. They have a ton of themes for a variety of use cases. My site has multiple blogs for multiple niches. SKT Themes offers variety of niche specific blogs that I can use to my advantage. Since all the sites run on the same codebase of SKT, the coding is also easier. The overall design language and the file organization is consistent making the backend really easily manageable. The loading times are really good and it works well with Autoptinize plugin for me. Even on my cheap GoDaddy hosting, I was able to extract quite good performance with it.I love their customizer settings that allow me to set fonts, colors, and more easily. Cost. The themes are actually quite costly with barely any free plans or quality testing tools before purchase. Though they rarely disappoint. I observe that they bring the updates a bit too frequently. As a precautionary measure we have to test every functionality with each update. Quite annoying. I have worked with many WordPress theme providers inlcuding themes like Astra. But, I have never seen variety of themes for specific use cases like SKT. They have over 300 themes, and I could easily find 2-3 themes for any intent and purpose.

All themes work right out of the box, and are easy to setup. I love that they work well with Elementor, WooCommerce and various other plugins.

Paid themes are a bit to expense. Going from Free to $50+ is a bit overkill, I'd really appreciate if they had few themes at the $10-20 price point along with their expensive themes Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love how they have so many themes for every imaginable use case and industry. There site organises themes across various industries and niches but features catered to their needs.

After payment, the downloading and installation process is quite easy and straightforward as well.

I like how majority of tools are complete WYSIWYG meaning no coding required to alter them.

I hate their pricing. I am NOT comfortable buying a theme without first trying it. Most WordPress Theme Providers (like Themeisle that I currently use) offer a free version with various restrictions. Once I get a hang of it and consider it a right fit, I can pay to get their paid version.

For SKT its all one shot and that's not the kind of bet I am willing to make. In addition, I found it to be unreasonably heavy and slow.

On my VPS hosting it takes a toll, I can only imagine what it does to shared hosting.

In addition, while Integrations and specific tools like Elementor make it beginner-friendly, it acts more like a dead-weight for a site of our scale where lot of things are hard-coded. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The things i like with WordPress Themes are the designs are responsive and without code, the website can be built easily by drag and drop with a theme builder Like Elementor i can make changes and add the features and the website can be done so faulty and easily. The cost of the WordPress Premium themes are little bit expensive but we can easily build our websites of the highest quality and it assures instant clasp in the themes without having to edit the inbuilt original code Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
