"Fantastic Product"

What do you like best about Siteimprove?

What we appreciate best is: Alerts when our sites go down & then come up again. The ease of checking for broken links and misspelled words.

What do you dislike about Siteimprove?

We use Siteimprove in a large organization. It would be nice if user management was easier.

I don't always know when users leave the organization. I'd like to be able to set account expirations, to limit their access.

What problems is Siteimprove solving and how is that benefiting you?

Since we manage a couple of dozen of websites, we've realized that older sites don't always get the proper attention.

Unfortunately, word usage or spelling errors need to be addressed - Siteimprove helps with that.

Moreover, our sites had numerous broken links - Siteimprove consistently helps address those issues.

"Using Siteimprove for Accessibility reviews has been wonderful and a huge time saver!"

What do you like best about Siteimprove?

My job is to work with content creators across campus to ensure accessibility and the ability to quickly view accessibility issues has sped up my site assessments two fold. The accessibility tool is very intuitive and easy to use. The feedback it gives about WHY things are issues and best practices to resolve them is invaluable.

What do you dislike about Siteimprove?

The scoring system is both good and bad. I like that users can "gamify" their work by trying to fix issues and raise the score. However, some users are also prone to look at the score as a "passing grade" to just get it "good enough" instead of striving to fix all issues.

Recommendations to others considering Siteimprove:

Try it out and see if you like the features.

What problems is Siteimprove solving and how is that benefiting you?

My job is focused around digital accessibility so that is the tools we use the most. Other than it being a major time saver for me, the biggest benefit I have seen is giving users the tools to check their own sites without having to be accessibility experts. A side bonus of this is that the documentation about accessibility issues also teachers the users WHY things are issues and the best practices for fixing them.
