I am Accessibility SME, and I found Siteimprove accessibility testing tool very helpful in my daily work routine. The tool helps me to identify issues and provides o good solution on how to fix these bugs. I also like Siteimprove customer support team, quick and very detailed responds.

I dont have any issues with this accessibility tool .

I use Siteimprove for Accessibility testing. The tool is very accurate and detailed. Also, I like that the tool is providing a proper fix for every issue in my accessibility report.

I like how easy it is to find broken links and how well it services accessibility issues. The interface is easy to move around and understand. I can log in and work on one element or many at one time, which is very helpful.

That it picks up every type of misspelling, including lorem ipsum language and there's not a way (that I've found) to discourage it from doing so. Using the accessibility checker is difficult as I'm learning, all the time, as to how it works. However, a lot of the code that it picks up on to fix I do not have access to, so it can be frustrating sometimes, as well. But in other areas such as color contrast, alt tags and things I can fix through content checks it has made it much easier.

It has helped with some aspects of accessibility checking and definitely with fixing broken links. I use it for misspellings, sometimes. I use it extensively for finding the broken links, however. I like how it shows me where to find them and I can easily click the page link to get to the page to edit it. I do like how it scores pages so that I can work towards raising that score.

Sometimes the dashboard can be a bit overwhelming to navigate with so many options.

I like how easily it is for the most part to find errors. I like to compete against my percentages each month to improve our site.

Sometimes the system does not recognize an outside link and it will show it as being broken, when in fact it is not, but it does not happen much.

The support has been great and it is very easy to use.

Nothing really. It is a great tool that helps me understand how my site is funcationing. The only thing I would like tourtoral videos that explain different parts of siteimprove. Many times my web master has to explain what a problem is and how to fix it. I would love to have videos about each section so that I can learn more about website design, SEO and accescilbity.

I would love if siteimprovve would have this own digital classroom with videos for beginner, notive and advance users. It would also be great if these videos went into each section of siteimprove. As a bonas it would be great that acter each section was finsihed you could download a certificate that way I could bring them to my yearly review and my boss could see something physical about trainings that I have taken.

I use this tool to make sure I am meeting all federal accessibility standards since I am a public entity. Also my campus parnters seem to change their links all the time so it is very helpful to have a tool that checks all links.

It gives an inventory of an infinitely complex site, boiling down literally thousands of pages to determine where the flaws are.

There is nothing I dislike about SiteImprove.

If you have multiple parties creating multiple sites in an umbrella arrangement, SiteImprove not only gives you the most concise overview, but lets you know where there is room to improve, and gives you the tools to address shortcomings.

I like the weekly review of the web page.

Sometimes the review has been sent after changes were made and therefore the review is not correct.

I can fix broken links and misspelled words.

I enjoy the QA section that identifies broken links on specific pages, I find that to be very helpful. I also use the misspelling section a lot to correct mispellings on our web pages. I have recently started using the site to help me identify where we have PDF's on our webpage to identify if they should be kept, removed, or updated.

I also find the webinar's that are sent out to users very helpful in helping me learn additional ways to use the site.

I am having difficulty understanding the what reports are presenting when I export the information for what PDF's are on out website, the report that pulls online is longer than the one that I export so it seems to be missing information.

It is very user friendly, especially for anyone coming into a position without any previous web experience. It is also very helpful in finding mistakes to help improve our website and user experience. I also enjoy being able to create policies that will search the website so that I can make specific updates.

Broken Links and Mispellings are what I am focusing on as we are getting ready to integrate our website.
