**What do you like best about Singlethread?**

VERY EASY TO COMMUNICATE WITH CUSTOMERS. WE CAN COLLECT PAYMENT, SEND DOCUMENTATION, AND COMMUNICATE VIA TEXT SO CUSTOMERS CAN RESPOND WHEN IT IS MOST CONVENIENT FOR THEM. IT IS STILL POSSIBLE TO USE FOR INTERNAL COMMUNICATION, BUT IT SEEMS TO BE OPTIMIZED MORE FOR COMMUNICATION BETWEEN CUSTOMERS AND SERVICE ADVISORS.

**What do you dislike about Singlethread?**

THE BACK-END SHOP COMMUNICATION IS STILL A LITTLE ROUGH. MOST OF THE STATUS UPDATES SEEM TO BE PLANNED OUT FOR SERVICE ADVISOR AND CUSTOMER COMMUNICATION. IT IS CLUNKY TO SEE IF A TECHNICIAN HAS PUT A PART ORDER FOR ONE OF THEIR REPAIR ORDERS. WE TRIED HAVING TECHNICIANS TRANSFER PARTS LISTS THROUGH SINGLETHREAD BUT IT ENDED UP BEING FAIRLY CLUNKY.

**What problems is Singlethread solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SINGLETHREAD HAS HELPED TO ELIMINATE CONFUSION AT THE CASHIER. IT ALSO SPEEDS UP CHECKOUT TIME. WE HAVE NOTICED AN INCREASE IN CUSTOMER SATISFACTION FROM INDIVIDUALS WHO OPT TO COMMUNICATE THROUGH SINGLETHREAD. OUR SERVICE ADVISORS FIND IT VERY HELPFUL AS A WAY TO KEEP CUSTOMERS UP TO DATE ON THE STATUS OF THEIR VEHICLE.

**What do you like best about Singlethread?**

VERY EASY TO COMMUNICATE DIRECTLY WITH CUSTOMERS AND MAINTAIN WORKFLOW STATUS THROUGHOUT THE SHOP. OUR SERVICE MANAGER MAKES GREAT USE OF THE APP. IT HAS REDUCED THE TIME CUSTOMERS NEED TO SPEND AT THE CASHIER PICKING UP THEIR VEHICLES.

**What do you dislike about Singlethread?**

MOST OF THE FUNCTIONALITY SEEMS TO BE SET UP FOR THE SERVICE ADVISORS AND TECHNICIANS. WE HAVE TRIED TO USE THIS SOFTWARE AS A METHOD OF COMMUNICATION BETWEEN OUR PARTS DEPARTMENT AND TECHNICIANS, BUT THE STATUS UPDATES AND METHODS TO TRANSFER PART ORDERS ARE STILL ROUGH AROUND THE EDGES.

**What problems is Singlethread solving and how is that benefiting you?**

IT HELPS PREVENT CONFUSION AT THE CASHIER. SINGLETHREAD ALLOWS US TO PROVIDE CUSTOMERS WITH DOCUMENTATION AND SEEK APPROVAL FOR REPAIRS REMOTELY. SOME CUSTOMERS STILL PREFER TO COMMUNICATE VERBALLY OR IN PERSON, BUT A LARGE MAJORITY OF OUR CUSTOMERS PREFER THE CONVENIENCE OF TEXT COMMUNICATIONS.
