I've used the basic suit pricing plan and compared to other services found it best if you have basic website and looking to pay least. -> customer support is also good won't say the best. but overall good. -> also the simply dashboard is very simple and can be used by beginners also. -> has good features like unlimited traffic, 10 GB server storage (which is okay for me), etc. **What do you dislike about Simply.com?** -> the pricing changes after 1st year. -> few missing features like SSH access. -> phone support is missing in base pricing plan. but still I would say good option to go for. **What problems is Simply.com solving and how is that benefiting you?** -> able to host my wordpress PHP MySql website with ease. -> No need to worry about server down (which happens when hosted on my own servers) as simply.com is always almost 100% up. -> helped my brother to make his business online. ### 2. Their customer support is also good. I use simply.com frequently. And it have many features. Also very easy to use interface. **What do you dislike about Simply.com?** Sometimes it will take time to show the website once integrate with simply.com. **What problems is Simply.com solving and how is that benefiting you?** Simply.com solves my biggest problem of buying hosting services and their rates for domain purchase is also very cheap. ### 3. This means that the scalability is also quite good. The interface of the control panel is very easy to figure out and this means that as a user, you are never in doubt of where to find which options. There are some good 1-click install options e.g. for WordPress and other website building tools. This also makes it easier to get started with building your website, if you have little experience with it. **What do you dislike about Simply.com?** We have experienced some downtime for our website and this is of course not good for our business. Furthermore it took some time after we renewed our agreement, to get the website running again. Downtime in general is very problematic for a business, because it is proved that it has an effect on the customers and sales. This however, is the only problems we had so far. **Recommendations to others considering Simply.com:** We went with the basic package, which is suitable right now for our small website, but if you plan on using UnoEuro, you should definitely be aware of what is included in the package you pick. For building and hosting larger websites, you should go with a more expensive package or find a different provider. **What problems is Simply.com solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are able to host our website for a cheap price and at the same time we have access to a control panel, which enables us to build our website. We have access to add/edit/delete company email accounts, but also to store data. All of this happens in a very easygoing way, which is possible for most people to understand. ### 4. For 2 euros, you can host your dream website and have it be seen. That's hard to beat. It also integrates with WordPress. **What do you dislike about Simply.com?** The thing I dislike is that it doesn't offer much more than any other hosting website. But you get what you pay for. **Recommendations to others considering Simply.com:** Give it time and the results will soon follow. Good price even just to try it. **What problems is Simply.com solving and how is that benefiting you?** It solves the issue of overspending on advertising and marketing. You do the legwork, but this gets you out there in the open. We are seeing more web traffic than we had when we originally hosted our own site, which is beneficial for business. ### 5.
