Rather than sending large documents back and forth during the creation process, we add all the necessary files and assets to SimpleSharePoint so multiple people can work on the same document without running the risk of several different versions existing. The tool also allows us to easily push out new marketing collateral to the rest of the company. We are able to ensure that all the content on our SimpleSharePoint is accurate and up-to-date so no employee is using dated materials. **What do you like best about SimpleSharePoint?** I love being able to collaborate with several employees on projects.
