Ability to combine and normalize 3 discrete spend datasets into one spendcube that can be sliced and diced using standard and custom dashboards. One limit we ran into with Simfoni was not be able to include more than the last 2 years of data. This will limit our ability to trend in the near term. I also would like to the ability to create and run adhoc reports. Having raw material unit data (e.g. lbs or resin, number of boxes, lyd of liner, etc.) would also be very helpful, but we are some what limited due to our data sources.

Simfoni provided us with a crystal-clear view of our spend data and we like how the data is updated regularly. The reports are beautiful and we use the custom reports daily. The Simfoni tool used twice now in two years for our global tender was extremely helpful. Easy to understand and intuitive tender tool. However, the most important part of two tenders is the expertise that was provided by Ricardo Ashitaka. He undwerstands the tool and understand a good part of ocean transportation, as such he was most hepful and great to work with. Ricardo was available whenever we needed his input or help. A 5 hour time difference was not a problem at all. Every task was performed timely and in great detail. Ricardo had some good ideas as to how to analyse the data that was in the system in order to get the best results and outcome for our ocean freight needs.
