As the client, all I had to do was provide the datasets and review the normalized data for accuracy and completeness **What do you dislike about Simfoni?** One limit we ran into with Simfoni was not be able to include more than the last 2 years of data. This will limit our ability to trend in the near term. I also would like to the ability to create and run adhoc reports. Having raw material unit data (e.g. lbs or resin, number of boxes, lyd of liner, etc.) would also be very helpful, but we are some what limited due to our data sources. It would also be nice to have Simfoni be linked to our Corporate PowerBI dashboard to make it easier to access. **What problems is Simfoni solving and how is that benefiting you?** We run 3 difference ERP instances with 3 different part code nominclatures and chart of accounts. Simfoni was able to three discrete datasets combine it into one normalized spend cube so that I can look ath the entire corpoatation spend in one place. This helps with spend managment and sourcing of materials along with ensuring consistency (pricing, terms, etc.) across sites. ### 2. Easy to understand and intuitive tender tool. However, the most important part of two tenders is the expertise that was provided by Ricardo Ashitaka. He undwerstands the tool and understand a good part of ocean transportation, as such he was most hepful and great to work with. Ricardo was available whenever we needed his input or help. A 5 hour time difference was not a problem at all. Every task was performed timely and in great detail. Ricardo had some good ideas as to how to analyse the data that was in the system in order to get the best results and outcome for our ocean freight needs. Ricardo, the PLG team and I worked extremely well together and I say the great outcome of both tenders couldn't have been achieved without Ricardo being on th team. **What do you dislike about Simfoni?** As with every tender tool some of the data cleansing and get it right was cumbersome. But we got it right as a team within a reasonable time prior to launch of the global tender. **What problems is Simfoni solving and how is that benefiting you?** Simfoni provides a good way to collect freight data and other essential data related to an ocean freight global tender. Once all needed tender data was in the system it was fairly easy to develop scenarios how to look at the data, e.g. cheapest rates, incumbents etc. This way we were able to look at dollar spend for global ocean freight by carrier, region or specific lane which helps us decide which carrier to award the business observing certain criteria like lowest rates, incumbent freight forwarder vs. ocean carrier etc. ### 4.
