I like that in Simcenter Femap, I can manually import, edit, and manipulate meshes directly. It's great for cleaning up geometry from SolidWorks, CATIA, or NX. I find it frustrating that I'm unable to make any major modifications in CAD without having to switch to a separate CAD software. The lack of direct CAD editing in Simcenter Femap makes the workflow less seamless than it could be.
