"Signifyd Continues to Evolve with the Times"

What do you like best about Signifyd?

Signifyd has continued to evolve since my last review, there's no complacency down there. The recent UI updates added additional intelligence points that enable us to quickly, and most important, accurately, screen for fraud. The new Power Search is a powerful tool and we've barely scratched the surface of what it is capable of. With Signifyd we haven't sent out a single fraudulent order in over 2 years now. What do you dislike about Signifyd?

There is a feature I've wanted for years but I'm not sure it's even possible. Signifyd notes when an individual is associated with previous chargebacks, which is fantastic, but it would be nice to have additional intelligence in regards to whether it was a fraudulent chargeback or for a legitimate reason. What problems is Signifyd solving and how is that benefiting you?

Signifyd has helped us prevent tens (perhaps even hundreds) of thousands of dollars in fraud. We're in an industry that isn't targeted by fraud very often ,and even with that they've saved us incredible amounts of revenue and product that would have otherwise been lost. Their guarantee means when we're pressed for time, we can guarantee an order and not have to spend a second worrying if it was fraud. When we're not pressed for time, Signifyd gives us all the information needed to make a manual review decision, and that information doesn't cost us anything. What do you like best about Signifyd?

My favourite is that Signifyd automates my e commerce platform. It goes so smoothly with it integrating with our payment gateway and order management system. An area of machine learning pointedly squeezing the accuracy of it in fraud protection spares us of precious user time and effort on manual reviews. Secondly, it also is very good to know that it is like a cover to fraudulent transactions, which has taken away the most of our financial risk. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Signifyd?

While Signifyd works well, particularly at high order volume times, slowing it down will lead to delayed order processing. It is frustrating on both our team and our customers. For smaller businesses or newer ones, the price is too high for the pricing and, therefore, becomes less viable for companies on a smaller budget. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Signifyd solving and how is that benefiting you?

The problem of fraud detection being managed manually can be time consuming and prone to errors as Signifyd solves this problem. Every order is reviewed automatically to make sure that no fraudulent transactions fall through the cracks. It has been serving our team with saving a lot of hours of manual work and reducing the chargebacks a lot.
