"Signifyd Continues to Evolve with the Times"

What do you like best about Signifyd?

Signifyd has continued to evolve since my last review, there's no complacency down there. The recent UI updates added additional intelligence points that enable us to quickly, and most important, accurately, screen for fraud. The new Power Search is a powerful tool and we've barely scratched the surface of what it is capable of. With Signifyd we haven't sent out a single fraudulent order in over 2 years now. What do you dislike about Signifyd?

There is a feature I've wanted for years but I'm not sure it's even possible. Signifyd notes when an individual is associated with previous chargebacks, which is fantastic, but it would be nice to have additional intelligence in regards to whether it was a fraudulent chargeback or for a legitimate reason. What problems is Signifyd solving and how is that benefiting you?

Signifyd has helped us prevent tens (perhaps even hundreds) of thousands of dollars in fraud. We're in an industry that isn't targeted by fraud very often ,and even with that they've saved us incredible amounts of revenue and product that would have otherwise been lost. Their guarantee means when we're pressed for time, we can guarantee an order and not have to spend a second worrying if it was fraud. When we're not pressed for time, Signifyd gives us all the information needed to make a manual review decision, and that information doesn't cost us anything. What do you like best about Signifyd?

Signifyd is legitimately in a core sweet spot of rapidly approving those highly complex, high value orders that used to stall our fulfillment process. Our department is now able to confidently pass through custom product orders which would have been occurred through lengthy manual examination processes. This will radically decrease our lead times on bespoke set-ups, increasing our value unique customer experience straight away. What do you dislike about Signifyd?

I would like to see more customizable views not only in fraud metrics but more customization around the operational impact to our internal teams. In some cases, very specific shipping address or excessively large first time order may be flagged, in which case immediate internal verification is necessary. What problems is Signifyd solving and how is that benefiting you?

The largest burden and time suck that we were experiencing was having our most skilled fulfillment experts manually review every shipment that was large and complex. They also lived in a state of constant worry as to whether they would be making the right or wrong decision approving fraud or turning away an important new client. Those specialists are no longer burdened with this activity but can dedicate their activities to the supply chain logistics and customer retention programs since they have implemented Signifyd. We are confident sending our custom industrial components to the knowledge that the risk has been cleverly engineered out allowing us to perform order to delivery quicker.
