They don't try to be something they're not. Able to alter report based off numerous variables (I.e. usage, sales, manufacturing plant, customer , date, etc). Extremely easy to upload parts list from excel to search for data on. **What do you dislike about Showcase IDX?** This is not a very user friendly tool if you have limited knowledge on how to use or experience with basic coding. Plus, their support team has been great and always willing to hop on a call when we have a question. **What do you dislike about Showcase IDX?** Nothing. We've been using them for a few months and are beyond happy with the change. **Recommendations to others considering Showcase IDX:** Look at the cheaper options from others and you'll see that they are missing "must haves" for any agent or team. If you need a website designer or theme, they have a great approved list. If you're changing from another IDX provider, talk to them about how to easily make the change. The Showcase IDX designs are pretty basic and it would be great if there were a few different themes to be able to choose from as a starting point. **What problems is Showcase IDX solving and how is that benefiting you?** For me personally, I am moving a lot of my clients over to Showcase IDX from other companies and the team has been really great to work with.
