The billing and support experience. My trial auto-converted to a paid $99/month plan on 11 August 2026. Not having noticed that I provided billing information and missing the cancellation window was my mistake, but I emailed support within hours of the charge asking for a refund and cancellation, having used none of the paid period. No reply. I followed up five days later with all the details. Still no reply. As of 20 August, nine days on, support has not responded once, and I've had to dispute the charge with my card issuer instead. A company that bills automatically needs to answer billing emails.
