What do you like best about Shoppingfeed?

Shoppingfeed is an easily accessible tool with simple functions. This platform offers optimal solutions to problems, is easy to configure and offers acceptable customer service. What fascinates me about this platform is the way in which it synchronizes and manages our products and thereby exponentially increases sales and the arrival of new customers. What do you dislike about Shoppingfeed?

We have had problems with some functions that are not so intuitive and we need the help of support to request help to configure. Also, sometimes orders get stuck between deliveries, but that's easily fixed as all you have to do is send an email and they solve the problem we presented. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Shoppingfeed:

The mix and inventory management of this tool are linked across all marketing channels. I recommend because this application helps to protect the functionalities and classification and in this way offer simple solutions. We were able to easily make a feed compatible with Google and Bing Merchant without having to implement many hours of work. For that and more I recommend this great application. What problems is Shoppingfeed solving and how is that benefiting you?

ShoppingFeed combines and imports our orders from different marketing platforms. This platform saves us a lot of time when executing some work. Plus, you're linking our product inventories to the mall. Since we have been using shoppingfeed, we have been able to monitor which products were included on the platform and thus obtain the required reports for bing and google. What do you like best about Shoppingfeed?

Shoppingfeed acts as my personal assistant for my online store. I wish I had imaginited something like that before because it just connects my devices together, which means I have to spend nothing on syncing and I don’t got a lot of problems anymore. In addition, the customer service is pleasant and knowledgeable, so I am never alone even when it comes to the challenging aspects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Shoppingfeed?

Some aspects seem a bit difficult to grapple with and I had to reach out a couple of times to their support team for assistance. Moreover, the orders may get stuck to freezing there, as well. What problems is Shoppingfeed solving and how is that benefiting you?

Thanks to that I do not manually need update product listings in different channels and brands. Shoppingfeed does the tedious work for me after which i can go and concentrate on areas of my business that I feel are important like Customer base development. Not only that, I am able to do quick analysis of how each product is doing across different platforms. Excellent support service. On the odd occasion we have needed assistance Max and his team have been quick to understand the problem and followed up to ensure everything is running smoothly. They are always friendly and professional and it is a real pleasure working with the company.

Amazon browse nodes don't always match up with shoppingfeed.

The upside of using Sgoppingfeed is how easy it is to access orders in Magento from eBay and Amazon. It saves so much time. It easily carries over your product and prices to these platforms as well Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
