**What do you like best about Shop Floor?**

I was able to use Shop Floor and notice a complete 180 in effiency and accurcy when there was an increase in production. Normally our team would be troubleshooting disruptions for much longer than without Shop Floor. It made a big difference to see that strain taken off your team.

**What do you dislike about Shop Floor?**

I was nervous about the accuracy Shop Floor's projected shipping dates for orders but turned out to be a pretty handy tool for getting a general idea.

**What problems is Shop Floor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Long term planning was a struggle but Shop Floor was helpful by coming up with models that we otherwise would not have considered. That and collecting data in a centralized location has made a lot of difference.

Getting real data in quick time and able to display the data in various formats as per my requirements.

**What do you dislike about Shop Floor?**

The system is a little complex and would take only a skilled worker to be able to interpret.

**What problems is Shop Floor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting live data from the production line to the system which helped in our analysis.
