What do you like best about Shop Floor?

I was able to use Shop Floor and notice a complete 180 in effiency and accurcy when there was an increase in production. Normally our team would be troubleshooting disruptions for much longer than without Shop Floor. It made a big difference to see that strain taken off your team. What do you dislike about Shop Floor?
