Sheetminer Reviews & Product Details

Sheetminer is a Google Sheets add-on that extracts data from documents and images into spreadsheets. The software converts invoices, contracts, tax documents, and other files into structured rows. Each extracted value links back to its original document, creating an audit trail that connects data to its source. This traceability allows verification of where each piece of information originated. The add-on integrates with Google Sheets and Drive, fitting extraction, review, and source lookup into the spreadsheet environment. The software processes documents in seconds, converting manual data entry tasks into review workflows. Sheetminer includes Sum Snip for extracting numerical values, Table Snip for capturing table data, and an Inspect feature for verification. The AI-powered technology handles over thirty document types, including PDFs and images. The software allows selection of values from documents and placement into cells with automatic source linking.
