Great design templates to choose from for bulletin covers and other church media needs. **What do you dislike about ShareFaith?** The GUI for personalization and customization of the templates was not user-friendly. I found myself downloading the templates and then customizing in other softwares. **What problems is ShareFaith solving and how is that benefiting you?** Streamlining the turnaround time we have for creative services to turn graphic ideas into reality. ### 2. We use Sharefaith designs frequently for all sorts of different ministries, events, etc. I like the option to customize some designs as well. **What do you dislike about ShareFaith?** I wish the customization tool was a little bit easier to use. I have trouble sometimes. I also wish you could customize more graphics (countdowns, etc) instead of just title graphics. Lastly, I wish they would release holiday graphics a little earlier in the year instead of so close to the holiday itself. By then I've already got designs for that holiday made up **What problems is ShareFaith solving and how is that benefiting you?** Using Sharefaith has made the design process so much easier for our church. Instead of spending hours on a design, I go to Sharefaith and use a pre-made design that's way better than what I would have made and that's customizable ### 3. That proved to be misplaced. **What do you dislike about ShareFaith?** They have a 4 step process to creating a website. We were not able to get past the first part of step one. Every technical support ticket was a fumble. They operated like an uncoordinated team at every interaction. There product is not intuitive and has many developer issues. I would not recommend this to even the most knowledgeable website builder due to their lack of cohesion as a team. We wasted a whole month on working on this website, only to have them delete our work time and again. They customer blamed and rarely took ownership. **Recommendations to others considering ShareFaith:** Do not bother, selling snake oil. **What problems is ShareFaith solving and how is that benefiting you?** none. We waisted a whole month with their team. Now we are back at square one. ### 4. Not that many new powerpoints that I find attractive. Cannot use motion backgrounds with text. **Recommendations to others considering ShareFaith:** I do not recommend ShareFaith. **What problems is ShareFaith solving and how is that benefiting you?** I received an email that my subscription couldn't be renewed because my credit card info was not up to date. According to Capital One, sharefaith has an agreement with VISA to get the updated info without the consent of the card holder. ### 5. We use the presentation content to build our weekly on screen presentations. I like the variety, quantity, and quality of the bacgrounds. They have both still and animated backgrounda available. **What do you dislike about ShareFaith?** I wish they would add mini movies more frequently. While they regularly add new content for backgrounds, I can’t remember the last time they added a new mini movie. **What problems is ShareFaith solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed to have backgrounds for our presentations that were fresh and attractive. Sharefaith fit the bill. We also needed content that could be downloaded and implemented on the fly. Again, sharefaith met our needs. ### 6.
