I wish the customization tool was a little bit easier to use. I have trouble sometimes. I also wish you could customize more graphics (countdowns, etc) instead of just title graphics. Lastly, I wish they would release holiday graphics a little earlier in the year instead of so close to the holiday itself. They have a 4 step process to creating a website. We were not able to get past the first part of step one.

Every technical support ticket was a fumble. They operated like an uncoordinated team at every interaction.

There product is not intuitive and has many developer issues.

I would not recommend this to even the most knowledgeable website builder due to their lack of cohesion as a team.

Sharefaith has a a variety of modules for charitable giving, website hosting and design, presentation media. We use the presentation content to build our weekly on screen presentations. I wish they would add mini movies more frequently. While they regularly add new content for backgrounds, I can’t remember the last time they added a new mini movie. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
