In addition to producing a widget, you can configure the output directly for use as a website. Besides being easy to use, Shareables stands out with its well-thought-out and well-designed UI, which makes creating widgets or websites very easy. Data is processed immediately, making the tool highly responsive. Since data can be transferred from other sources that integrate with Shareables, the tool is highly flexible in terms of the quantity, quality, and variety of content. The pricing is fair when purchased as a subscription. Compared with other website builders, Shareables offers more than its competitors. Whenever assistance is needed, the founder responds quickly. Upon request, you can also receive a very friendly onboarding experience. As far as I know, Shareables does not use Ai—at least not yet—but in my opinion, it is not necessary. Shareables is more of a bridge or translator for content than a builder that requires AI. **What do you dislike about Shareables?** For now, there is nothing I dislike about Shareables. I love that the editing feature is easy to navigate, I know what I'm looking at and it's easy to see how to adjust things like fonts, dividers, etc. Each page I create can easily become my own with branding elements as well. **What do you dislike about Shareables?** I don't have a single complaint or dislike about Shareables so far. Ryan is incredible at implementing requests and feedback and the software only continues to improve week after week. **What problems is Shareables solving and how is that benefiting you?** I host a lot of directories and public facing info like showcases for products students have created. In the past I'd have to manually input that data into a database myself. Now I can simply send them a form and they can upload photos, bios, and any info they want to have featured. It's so easy to customize to my brand, and it just works flawlessly. I also appreciate how straightforward the setup is—literally just connecting the data source and picking a template. The seamless connection between my Google Sheets and website means I don't have to worry about updates or needing a developer if something goes wrong. I particularly value the one-click setup, which saved me from the costly custom solutions I was considering. Additionally, I found the step-level customization options really useful, allowing me to use templates or modify with CSS as needed. Free tools to get started and user-friendly (for me as well as for my widget/website user) tools make this a fantastic resource. **What do you dislike about Shareables?** I haven't found a downside yet. I've been using the widget for a few weeks, and so far everything has been working well. **What problems is Shareables solving and how is that benefiting you?** Even website creators did not know how to build a directory for a network's member organizations that was visually lovely, searchable, easy to update, and would incorporate links, logos, information, and allow for sorting in different ways. We have previously used Excel, Google sheets and Notion to manage all our courses. Our problem was that because we needed to publish our course information in different formats it was difficult to keep every thing in sync and accurate. We published details of our courses on our website, in our payment system and in print format (created using InDesign). This term I changed to use Notion as our data source. We use AI within Notion to manage, update and check content and to export formatted text for our printed brochure. The missing link was Shareables! Our course information is now displayed on our website using widgets created by Shareables. Our course information is now embedded on our website, exactly as we want it. This has been a massive upgrade to our workflow. All data now resides in 1 location making the process so much easier to manage more accurate, with a lot less effort! Key to us is how easy it is to navigate the UI in Shareables. Making a change to how our information is displayed in the widget is just a simple task and the backup from Ryan for anything else is superb! I don't always know what I want until I see it - Shareables allows me to experiment with different layouts and then choose! Adding additional features can sometimes be at the expense of keeping things simple. I think Ryan has got this just right. The Shareables widget is fast without any noticeable delays and any edits are immediately published and available to our users. Brilliant work Ryan! **What do you dislike about Shareables?** I don't have any dislikes at the moment, and judging by the development progress so far Shareables is only going to get better. The Website builder is an addition that I wasn't expecting, but builds on an already brilliant product. **What problems is Shareables solving and how is that benefiting you?** Shareables allows me to manage a large course database and reduces the risk of old information sitting on our website. I was able to get started quickly without needing much guidance. The layout makes it simple to find what you need. A bit more customization in certain areas would make the experience even smoother. I can connect Shareables with the core tools I use in my workflow, i.e. Airtable and Google Sheets. While it covers the basics, I know Ryan is always improving, so more integrations may be added over time. Overall, the platform performs reliably. I’ve had a smooth experience with minimal lag or downtime. It handles tasks efficiently, which is important when managing multiple projects. I bought Shareables through AppSumo, so the one-time price was perfect since I wanted to be sure I made a good investment. I've used it so far to create my recommended resources widget and a directory. Even if you buy it through their site, it’s a solid option, especially for those who want a simple solution without investing in multiple tools. The return on investment comes from the time saved and ease of use. Onboarding was straightforward, and I was able to get up and running quickly. Ryan is always very helpful when needed, and his video tutorials make it very easy for non-techies to follow. The AI features are useful and add value, especially for speeding up repetitive tasks. There’s definitely potential for this area to grow, and I’m sure Ryan is on top of it! **What do you dislike about Shareables?** I bought this in March 2026 and have no dislikes to share. I am still playing around with it, and it provides what I need. **What problems is Shareables solving and how is that benefiting you?** Shareables turns my raw data (like Google Sheets or Airtable) into something clean, visual, and usable on my website. I don't need a developer to do this for me. Rather than manually updating pages or juggling multiple tools, everything stays connected and updates automatically in real time. For me, the biggest benefits are simplicity and time savings. I can manage content in one place (a spreadsheet I already understand) and have it immediately reflected on a website or embedded widget. That cuts down on back-and-forth, reduces errors, and makes it much easier to maintain consistency across projects. I love the number of custom stylings they allow within their really solid widgets, making them a great plug-and-play option for templatized work, like event listings or product carousels. Shareables is really reliable, and the builder is very fast. The connection speeds between source data and the widgets are amazingly fast. The response rate when I've had questions or asked for features was just phenomenal. I enjoy its reliability, the ability to templatize and move quickly, and customize widgets with fonts and make additional tweaks with CSS code, which really makes it valuable. **What do you dislike about Shareables?** I can't think of anything that has let me down that I really wish it had that it doesn't have. Ultimately, I would just love if there was a greater variety of other widgets available, but that's the only thing I can think of.
