Sesklo Reviews & Product Details

Sesklo is a home services platform serving both sides of a job: homeowners describe a project once and receive standardized, comparable quotes from local service providers, and those providers run the work on Sesklo's field service management tools — quoting, scheduling, invoicing, job costing, and reporting. WHO IT IS FOR Sesklo is built for US home-service businesses — solo operators and crews in trades like plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing, painting, remodeling, landscaping, cleaning, and handyman work — and for the homeowners who hire them. Service providers get a complete field service management suite. Homeowners get a free, structured way to request work, compare quotes, and manage the job. Both sides work in the same records: the same quote, the same schedule, the same messages. FOR SERVICE PROVIDERS Job requests come to you. Homeowners submit one structured request with photos or video; matching requests appear in your queue, ready to quote from a phone or a desktop. There are no per-lead fees — every job request is free to view and quote. Quoting. Build professional quotes from your own price book, send them as branded PDFs, and collect e-signatures on quotes, completion sign-offs, and waivers. Scheduling and dispatch. A calendar made for field work: visits, drive time, route optimization, and team dispatch in one view. Homeowners see their appointments in the same schedule and confirm proposed times. Invoicing and payments. Invoice from the job, accept online payments, and track every charge in a per-job ledger. Recurring service plans let you sell maintenance subscriptions that stay attached to the property. Job costing and time tracking. Labor, materials, mileage, and GPS-assisted on-site time roll up into a per-project P&L so you know what each job actually earned. Customer management. Every customer's history, properties, quotes, invoices, and messages in one record, plus sales and marketing campaigns with audience targeting, templates, and attribution. Reporting. A report builder with a library of ready-made reports for revenue, jobs, schedule, time, and marketing, shaped to your business rather than fixed dashboards. Also included: a professional customer portal, an automated receptionist for inbound calls and texts, AI project design renderings, document and permit tracking, milestones and checklists, work logs, flat-rate online booking for services you sell at a fixed price, and Community HQ, a private forum for members. FOR HOMEOWNERS (FREE) Describe the project once, attach photos or a short video, and receive quotes from local providers laid out the same way so they are easy to compare. Your phone number stays private until you choose to move forward. Message the provider, schedule visits, follow progress with photos and updates tied to the job, and pay securely when the work is done. PLATFORMS Web app plus native iOS and Android apps. One app covers every role — homeowner, solo provider, or crew member — so a provider's technicians and the customer who hired them are in the same product. PRICING Three service-provider plans, each with the first month free (a card is collected at signup; nothing is charged until the 30-day trial ends): • Basic — $49.99/month, 1 user. Online booking and scheduling, professional quotes, invoicing and online payments, customer portal, reporting with AI insights, Community HQ, flat-rate marketplace participation. • Pro — $99.99/month, 1 user. Everything in Basic plus the automated receptionist, CRM with sales and marketing campaigns, time tracking and job costing, milestones and checklists, AI project design renderings, full document tracking, work logs, permits, selections, and route optimization. • Team — $129.99/month, 5 users included, $15/user/month above 5. Everything in Pro for a whole crew, with owner, admin, and technician roles and per-role permissions. Annual billing is 15% off. Homeowners never pay to use Sesklo. WHY SESKLO Most field service tools stop at the provider's side, and most homeowner marketplaces stop at the lead. Sesklo covers the whole job, from "can I get a quote?" to paid-in-full, with the buyer and the provider working from the same record. Providers pay a flat subscription, never per lead, and the AI features that competitors sell as paid add-ons are included in every plan.
