Serviche Reviews & Product Details

Sergio is an AI customer operations teammate designed specifically for residential cleaning companies. It brings your booking data, phone conversations and email into a single customer workspace, then uses that context to help your office team and Virtual Assitants respond faster and follow up with the right customers. Instead of adding another CRM to learn, Sergio sits alongside the tools you already use. It pulls customer and booking history from BookingKoala, call and text context from Quo (formerly OpenPhone), and email context from Gmail, and presents each customer as one record: bookings, past cleaners, preferences, conversation history and lifetime value. When a customer reaches out, Sergio drafts a reply grounded in that history and your company SOPs, and your team reviews, edits and sends. Sergio also automates customer reactivation. It identifies one-time customers who have gone a set period without rebooking, excludes anyone with an upcoming booking, an opt-out or an unresolved issue, and enrolls the rest into a rolling winback campaign. With Auto-send, qualified messages go out on the schedule you set, so past customers come back on the schedule without your team running a spreadsheet every week. Key features: Unified customer workspace across BookingKoala, Quo and Gmail Full customer context: bookings, cleaner history, preferences and lifetime value AI-drafted replies grounded in customer history and your SOPs Automated one-time customer winback campaigns with eligibility and exclusion rules Auto-send with a configurable schedule and offer Shared handoff so any team member can pick up a conversation with full context Best for: Residential and home cleaning companies using BookingKoala that want to give their office team and VAs better customer context and automate follow-up, without replacing their booking system.
