The reports help explain complex information to senior stakeholders in a way that no other digital marketing tool makes possible. **What do you dislike about SERPsketch?** I'd love it if there was a notification engine to let me know when something had happened that either the team or I needed to act on. I understand from conversations with the team that this will be available in the not too distant future. **What problems is SERPsketch solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use SERPsketch for three purposes when addressing our search visibility, firstly at the strategy phase where we can identify opportunities in the SERPs, understand where our competitors are active, and then build a plan to out-perform them for our must win keywords. Secondly at the tactical implementation phase, monitoring what our competitors are and are not doing allows us to react with tactical adjustments (such as bidding higher in PPC if our organic rank drops for a term). Finally we use it as the benchmark for our search visibility, measuring the overall uplift across our keyword set across the paid and organic features of Google. The metrics and historical information has been critical in proving to a client where the issues are and more importantly aren't, during the Coronavirus situation this has proved particularly interesting as the serps have never been so dynamic. ### 4.
