They were either ridiculously expensive at scale or lacked enough tools in the MCP for AI agents to use. Sequenzy is by far the best tool I found. It has a full-functioning free plan that's generous compared to other platforms. And it just simply works if you have a front-tier LLM driving the workflow. I use Claude Code with Opus 5 for my Sequenzy workflows, and the experience has been pretty flawless so far. By way of example, in the LLM capabilities using Sequenzy, other systems I've tried have about 30-60 tools in the MCP; Sequenzy currently has 163! It's like having a functioning comms team when you pair that with a strong LLM. Customer service is very good too; I casually suggested having a few other social media buttons in the email footer template, and 2 days later I got a DM saying they updated the platform and it's been added. **What do you dislike about Sequenzy?** Nothing I can think of so far; its been working pretty flawlessly. **What problems is Sequenzy solving and how is that benefiting you?** It gives me AI-native automation for email campaigns and newsletters at a very good price point, and it feels like excellent value for money overall. ### 2. I never opened their docs; I simply created my account and logged in with the CLI. It gives access to my codex agent and sets up my sequences, reading my information from their tracking. All of this is done within the agent ecosystem, and that’s what I love about it. Sequenzy is very different from other platforms I've tried; it just does what I need without all the button-clicking. For me, it’s the best product out there for handling emails with agents. Also, having access to founder support has been incredibly good for my small team. They resolved product issues quickly, which is crucial for us. **What do you dislike about Sequenzy?** I think with Sequenzy, the sequences could be improved. I'm not a heavy email marketer, but I do send about 300 emails a day related to product updates and retargeting. A lot of my information is logged behind my database, which isn't too hard, but could be more streamlined, especially with their API endpoints. It's a very small thing, but I think they can improve on more logical-based sequencing. But maybe this is just an issue for me and not the product itself. **What problems is Sequenzy solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Sequenzy for sending product updates and marketing emails to my users. I got my campaign up in just 5 minutes, which was fantastic. I really appreciate the AI that writes campaigns for me, so I don't need to sit for hours manually crafting or AB testing the text. It's amazing how everything is hosted and connects to my domain in one click, saving me from spending 5 hours with AWS. The founder is also super helpful, when my saas got acquired he helped migrate everything the same day. **What do you dislike about Sequenzy?** I just don't really like the landing page of Sequenzy. I feel it's too plain. Maybe a visual on the hero would be nice. **What problems is Sequenzy solving and how is that benefiting you?** I don't need to manually craft campaigns anymore. Sequenzy's AI writes the text for me, saving hours, and the setup is super easy with one-click domain connection. ### 4.
