## About SEOcrawl
SEOcrawl AI is a unified SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) platform built for the search landscape as it exists today — where visibility is won not only in Google's results, but inside the AI assistants people increasingly ask instead of searching. It brings organic search analytics, AI brand tracking, and automated business intelligence reporting together in one place, so teams no longer have to stitch insights across half a dozen disconnected tools. On the SEO side, SEOcrawl AI connects directly to Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 to deliver a live view of rankings, clicks, traffic, and conversions. Its suite includes a rank tracker with automatic keyword clustering, site audits with health scoring, URL clustering to segment content by type, Google Discover tracking, change annotations, and 24/7 monitoring that flags shifts before they become problems. A library of free tools — SERP simulator, schema validator, sitemap and robots.txt checkers — rounds out the day-to-day workflow. On the AI side, SEOcrawl AI measures how often and how favorably a brand is mentioned across the major large language models, tracks prompts and share of voice, and separates AI-driven traffic from traditional search inside a dedicated GA4 dashboard — giving teams a defensible answer to the question every executive is now asking: "How visible are we inside AI?" What ties it together is reporting. SEOcrawl AI automates weekly and monthly reports that translate raw search and AI data into clean, presentation-ready insight, with white-label options for agencies and API, MCP, and CLI access for teams that want to build on top of their data. It scales from freelancers and in-house marketers to agencies and enterprises, and is trusted by 40,000+ companies including Chess.com, Holded, TotalEnergies, K-tuin, and Cantabria Labs.

## SEOcrawl Reviews
 ### 1. Great Visual Insights, Fast Sync, and Outstanding MCP/API Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bruno C. | Founder and Co-Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 01, 2026

**What do you like best about SEOcrawl?**

One of the best tools I’ve used for combining Google Search Console with Google Analytics 4 is SEOCrawl. I’m especially fond of its keyword heatmap feature, because it provides a highly visual, intuitive way to identify keyword cannibalization.

Annotations are another standout. They let us assess, after running experiments, whether specific annotations or tests actually align with the results we’re seeing. In addition to manual annotations, SEOCrawl offers automatic annotations that alert you to how your site has responded to known Google algorithm updates, based on publicly available information about those changes.

The platform’s visuals are a major strength overall, with colorful, easy-to-read charts that make it quick to understand the most important shifts happening across our websites.

On top of that, the recent addition of an MCP API server is excellent. It lets me connect SEO Crawl with my Hermes agent for smoother integration into SEO workflows. For example, I can set up a process where, after doing keyword research using traffic data, I check whether a new article targeting a particular keyword could cannibalize an existing high-traffic page. Similarly, I can automate Hermes to monitor traffic drops on specific pages and then adjust, rewrite, or enrich the content to help regain ranking positions.

Regarding performance, I have never experienced any disconnection, it has never disconnected from Google Analytics 4 or Google Search Console, and the synchronization is very fast, with no latency at all.

The return on investment is clearly achieved with this tool, as a great deal of time is saved by consulting the information in an aggregated way, especially and mainly because the most recent implementation of the MCP is absolutely outstanding and saves us a lot of time.

Finally, support is essential for a tool like this. It has been consistent, with regular updates. The project founder listens to users and adds new features, such as the valuable inclusion of the MCP / API, which was recommended by the user community.

**What do you dislike about SEOcrawl?**

I have no negative criticism whatsoever. Perhaps, if I could suggest a feature that I believe is missing and could enhance the product, it would be the addition, despite already having the MCP and API, of a simple AI powered chatbot with a basic LLM to summarize some of the charts, which, by the way, are really nice and beautiful, and everything SEOcrawl has to offer.

**What problems is SEOcrawl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As I mentioned before, I gather all the information from Google Analytics 4 along with data from Search Console. For example, I have a flow set up in my Hermes agent as well as in OpenClaw, where this flow performs a search for keywords that are not yet targeted on my site. Before starting to write a new article or a new topic based on a keyword query made to Data4SEO API, I first check if there is any content cannibalization. This query made by the Hermes agent verifies if there is cannibalization or, for instance, a significant drop in the traffic of a particular page. This is important so that I can understand whether the flow, this agent’s flow, justifies writing that content or if I need to iterate toward another keyword, thus avoiding cannibalization of articles. I can also use this information to try to improve a specific page by adding more content, especially on pages that the SEOcrawl report indicated have experienced a decline in traffic or other KPIs that I track. All in an automatized way.

 ### 2. Effortless Daily SEO Management with Automated Annotations and Reporting

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Asad Z. | Global SEO Consultant, Internet, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 31, 2026

**What do you like best about SEOcrawl?**

The combination of automated annotations, site monitoring, and custom reporting makes daily SEO management effortless. Being able to mark an optimization or site code change and automatically track its impact over time saves hours of manual work. The data parsing from Search Console is fast and accurate, and the automated reporting builder makes presenting performance metrics to stakeholders incredibly smooth.

**What do you dislike about SEOcrawl?**

Because the platform integrates so much data from technical crawl health to complex AI tracking and GA4 metrics, the sheer volume of dashboards can feel slightly overwhelming on day one. However, it’s a very minor learning curve.

**What problems is SEOcrawl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before SEOcrawl, I was spending hours manually stitching together data from Google Search Console, GA4, and various technical crawlers to create client reports. Now, I have a single source of truth.

Integrations & Performance: The native GSC and GA4 integrations are flawless and parse data instantly. Storing GSC data past the standard 16-month limit is a lifesaver for historical YoY comparisons. The platform is incredibly fast, even when filtering through thousands of URLs in the Rank Tracker.

UI/UX: The dashboard design is exceptionally clean. Being able to segment data by brand vs. non-brand or cluster URLs by sub-folder makes technical audits much faster. The automated annotation feature is brilliant—I can mark a site architecture change and instantly see the before-and-after impact on traffic without leaving the UI.

Pricing/ROI: The value for money is outstanding, especially for agencies or independent consultants managing multiple scaling startups. The time saved on building custom Looker Studio reports easily covers the cost of the subscription.

Support/Onboarding: The onboarding is top-tier. The team is highly responsive, and they provide excellent resources and tutorials to help you master both traditional SEO workflows and their new GEO features.

 ### 3. Excellent SEO platform for consultants managing multiple clients

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** JAIME G. | Técnico de Marketing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2026

**What do you like best about SEOcrawl?**

SEOcrawl centralizes all my Search Console data with clear and intuitive dashboards, stores historical data beyond GSC's 16-month limit, and generates client-ready reports in minutes. The native integration with Google Search Console and Google Analytics works flawlessly, and adding a new client project takes almost no time. The value for money is excellent, especially for freelance consultants managing multiple websites, and the support team is close, fast and constantly shipping improvements. It has become a core part of my daily workflow as an SEO consultant.

**What do you dislike about SEOcrawl?**

Honestly, very little. Since the data comes from Search Console, metrics are not real-time, but that is a Google limitation rather than SEOcrawl's. I would also love to see more AI features included by default, although the roadmap looks very promising.

**What problems is SEOcrawl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before SEOcrawl, I had to build and maintain manual dashboards in Looker Studio for each client, which took hours every month. Now all my clients' organic performance is centralized in one fast and reliable platform: keyword tracking, historical Search Console data and automated reports ready to send. It saves me several hours of reporting per month and helps me detect SEO issues and opportunities much earlier, which directly improves the results I deliver to my clients.

 ### 4. SEOcrawl Makes SEO Data Easy with Clear Dashboards and Helpful AI Visibility

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicholas K. | Customer Service Representitive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2026

**What do you like best about SEOcrawl?**

I like how easy SEOcrawl makes it to bring the key SEO data together without needing to jump between multiple platforms. The dashboards are clear, Search Console and GA4 data is easy to review, and the newer AI visibility features are a useful addition as search continues to change.

**What do you dislike about SEOcrawl?**

There’s a lot packed into SEOcrawl, so it can take a little time to get familiar with everything and figure out which reports are the most useful. That isn’t really a major issue, though, and once you’ve used it for a while the platform becomes much easier to navigate and work with.

**What problems is SEOcrawl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SEOcrawl helps bring a lot of our SEO reporting and performance data into one place. Instead of jumping between Search Console, GA4 and other tools, we can get a clearer view of what’s happening across multiple websites. It saves time when reviewing performance and makes it easier to spot trends, issues and opportunities.

 ### 5. A Game-Changer for Client Analytics and GEO

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Coach R. | Freelance Web Designer and Brand Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2026

**What do you like best about SEOcrawl?**

SEOCrawl has completely transformed how I manage website analytics and SEO for my digital agency. Pulling together Google Search Console and GA4 data into one intuitive dashboard saves me hours of manual reporting. The automated insights make it incredibly easy to track keyword clustering, monitor AI visibility, and improve GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) for the local service businesses I work with. I can clearly see how my optimization efforts are impacting search rankings across different markets, like Houston and Austin, all in real-time.

**What do you dislike about SEOcrawl?**

There is a slight learning curve when initially setting up custom dashboards for multiple clients, but once the views are locked in, the system runs completely on autopilot.

**What problems is SEOcrawl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the massive headache of fragmented client reporting. Instead of jumping between tabs and spreadsheets to track performance, I have a unified, real-time view to spot trends, fix technical issues immediately, and clearly prove ROI to my clients.

 ### 6. Reliable Technical Audits, Real Time Savings, and Outstanding Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fran B. | Especialista SEO, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2026

**What do you like best about SEOcrawl?**

I have been using SEOcrawl since the very beginning and I have seen how the tool has evolved over time. What I use most and value most is the technical site audit. I manage very different projects, from ecommerce and local newspapers to lead generation platforms and blogs, and in every single one it finds opportunities and issues that would take me a very long time to spot manually. I also use the MCP integration with Claude Desktop, which lets me work with SEOcrawl data directly from my daily workflow without switching tools. All that time saved on manual tasks translates into a clear return on what I pay each month. On top of that the support is outstanding, they respond quickly and actually help. If I need a tool that combines GSC and GA4 in one place, this is the one I use without hesitation.

**What do you dislike about SEOcrawl?**

I would not say there is anything I actually dislike. If anything, I would say it still has room to become the best software in the sector internationally, and that is more a sign of potential than a complaint. Everything I come across while using it I report to the team, and they either fix it directly or look into whether it is viable to implement. That constant back and forth is part of why I trust the tool long term.

**What problems is SEOcrawl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SEOcrawl solves the problem of having to manually audit a large and very varied portfolio, including ecommerce, local newspapers, lead generation platforms and blogs, each with its own technical quirks. Without the tool I would have to review each site by hand to find opportunities and issues, which given the number of projects I manage would not be feasible in terms of time. The direct benefit is that I can spend that time acting on what I already know is broken instead of spending it finding it. On top of that there is the MCP integration with Claude Desktop, which lets me work with that data within my daily workflow without switching tools.

 ### 7. SEO panel visual and productive, excellent alternative despite small speed details

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cloud G. | SEO Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2026

**What do you like best about SEOcrawl?**

What I like the most is how it makes my life easier by transforming the dry data from Google Search Console into a super visual and clean dashboard; at a glance, I can see what goes up and what goes down without wasting time with endless tables. Additionally, three things save my life: the unlimited history to compare entire years without the 16-month limit of Google, the task system to see on the graph itself if a change on the website has worked, and the automatic reports that save me hours of work with clients.

**What do you dislike about SEOcrawl?**

What I like the least is that the platform becomes a bit slow and heavy when I try to load large projects or filter thousands of keywords at once; the interface loses fluidity at those times.

Additionally, by relying so much on Google's APIs, it sometimes inherits the same delays or data limitations, and a technical analysis of backlinks or ultra-deep crawling is missed, which forces you to complement it with other tools if you're looking for very advanced SEO.

**What problems is SEOcrawl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mainly, it solves the chaos of analyzing raw data and the loss of historical data from Google Search Console for me. Before, I used to spend hours cleaning tables and cross-referencing performance data; now, SEOcrawl unifies everything visually and automatically, allowing me to see long-term trends without the 16-month limit of Google. The great benefit for me is the time saved in management and the ability to quickly and clearly demonstrate to my clients the real impact of my work thanks to its direct reports and graphs.

 ### 8. Practical Way to Track SEO Performance

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mike K. | Acting Manager Economic Development, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2026

**What do you like best about SEOcrawl?**

What I like best about SEOcrawl is how easy it is to bring all our SEO data together in one place. The dashboards are clear and make it much simpler to understand how our website is performing. It saves time when reviewing results and preparing reports, as the key information is already organised and easy to find. I also like that the platform feels practical and focused on the information we actually need.

**What do you dislike about SEOcrawl?**

There is a bit of a learning curve when you first start using SEOcrawl, especially if you want to make the most of the more detailed reporting features. Some areas can feel a little overwhelming until you become familiar with where everything is located. It would also be helpful to have more guided tips or examples built into the platform. Once it is set up and you know your way around, though, it becomes much easier to use.

**What problems is SEOcrawl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SEOcrawl helps us bring data from different SEO tools into one clear platform, rather than having to check multiple reports separately. It makes it easier to track performance, spot trends and understand what is working or needs attention. This saves time and gives us a much clearer view of our SEO progress. It also helps us make better decisions based on the data, rather than relying on guesswork.

 ### 9. Actionable SEO Insights Without Spreadsheet Overload

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael L. | Chief Burnout Officer, Executive Office, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 25, 2026

**What do you like best about SEOcrawl?**

I've been using SEOcrawl AI as part of my SEO workflow for several months across my own business websites and client projects. My work includes content marketing, podcast promotion, and SEO consulting, so I spend a significant amount of time analyzing search performance and deciding where to invest my efforts.

Before using SEOcrawl AI, I spent a lot of time switching between Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and spreadsheets to identify which pages were improving, which keywords were losing visibility, and where I had opportunities to optimize existing content. SEOcrawl AI brings much of that information together in a way that's much easier to understand and prioritize.

The features I use most are the Google Search Console integration, keyword tracking, page performance analysis, and AI-powered recommendations. I regularly use these reports to identify content that is close to ranking on page one, pages that have lost impressions, and opportunities to refresh older articles instead of constantly creating new content.

One thing I appreciate is that the platform encourages continuous optimization instead of a publish-and-forget approach. I've been able to make better decisions about which pages deserve attention first because I can quickly see where relatively small improvements could have the biggest impact.

SEOcrawl AI has also helped me become more disciplined in my SEO process. Instead of making changes based on intuition, I'm making decisions based on actual search performance and historical trends. That has made my content planning much more efficient and has reduced the amount of time I spend digging through raw Search Console data.

The interface does have a learning curve because there are a lot of reports and metrics available, but once I became familiar with the platform, navigation became much more intuitive. I'd also like to see even more integrations with other marketing tools and additional executive-level reporting options for agencies and consultants.

Overall, SEOcrawl AI has become one of the SEO tools I use on a regular basis. If you already use Google Search Console and want better visibility into your search performance without manually analyzing spreadsheets, it's a worthwhile addition to your SEO toolkit.

**What do you dislike about SEOcrawl?**

While SEOcrawl AI has become a regular part of my SEO workflow, there are a few areas where I think the platform could improve.

When I first started using it, the amount of data and the number of available reports felt overwhelming. I spent time exploring the different dashboards before I fully understood how they connected. A more guided onboarding experience or recommended workflows for new users would help people get value from the platform more quickly.

I also use the AI recommendations regularly, but I'd like to see more explanation behind some of the suggestions. For example, it would be helpful if the platform explained why a page or keyword was being prioritized, estimated the potential impact of making the recommended changes, or showed similar examples from historical performance data. That additional context would make it easier to prioritize optimization efforts.

Since I work on both my own websites and client projects, I'd also appreciate additional integrations with content marketing and project management tools to streamline my workflow. The reporting is useful for analysis, but more customizable dashboards and executive-level summaries would make it easier to communicate SEO progress to clients and business leaders who don't need to see every metric.

These are enhancements rather than major shortcomings. The core functionality is strong, and the platform has helped me make more informed SEO decisions. The improvements I'd like to see would make an already valuable tool even more effective for consultants, agencies, and businesses that rely on SEO as an ongoing growth strategy.

**What problems is SEOcrawl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SEOcrawl AI solves one of the biggest challenges I face in SEO: deciding where to invest my time for the greatest impact. I manage multiple websites and publish content regularly, so it's not realistic to manually review every page or search through Google Search Console looking for optimization opportunities. SEOcrawl AI helps me quickly identify which pages are improving, which have lost visibility, and which keywords are close to breaking into higher rankings.

The biggest benefit has been the amount of time it saves. Before using SEOcrawl AI, I would export Search Console data into spreadsheets and manually compare performance over different time periods. Now I can log in, review the dashboards, and quickly identify pages that deserve immediate attention. That has made my weekly SEO reviews much more efficient and allows me to spend more time improving content instead of analyzing raw data.

I also use the platform to monitor the performance of both new and existing content. Rather than constantly creating new articles, SEOcrawl AI helps me identify older pages that can be refreshed to improve rankings and increase organic traffic. The historical performance data and AI-powered insights make it easier to spot trends that I might have otherwise missed.

From a business perspective, the platform has helped me adopt a more structured, data-driven SEO process. Instead of relying on intuition or chasing the latest SEO trend, I can prioritize work based on actual search performance and measurable opportunities. That has improved the quality of my content planning, helped me make better optimization decisions, and given me greater confidence that my SEO efforts are focused on activities that are most likely to produce results.

 ### 10. Quick, Clear, & Actionable Insights with SEOCrawl

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Steve W. | Steve West, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 25, 2026

**What do you like best about SEOcrawl?**

I love being able to monitor all my Google Search Console data from different websites all in one place. SEO Crawl also makes it much quicker and easier to interpret the data so I can use it to make real positive changes to my websites.

**What do you dislike about SEOcrawl?**

The plan limitations. I would like to be able to add more websites on my plan without needing to upgrade to a higher tier. At the moment I can only add 5 websites.

**What problems is SEOcrawl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SEOcrawl helps me turn Google Search Console data into something much easier to understand and act on. Instead of working through spreadsheets or switching between different tools, I can quickly see which pages and keywords are gaining or losing visibility, spot trends, and identify areas that need my time and attention. The biggest benefit is the time it saves. It gives me a clearer overview of SEO performance and makes it easier to prioritise what to work on, track progress, and create reports without having to manually organise all the data myself.

 ### 11. Real GSC/GA4 Data + White-Label Reporting That Saves Agencies Hours

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yuriy L. | Предприниматель, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 25, 2026

**What do you like best about SEOcrawl?**

Real GSC/GA4 data, not estimates. Every dashboard and report pulls actual clicks, impressions, sessions, and conversions from Google. No modeled traffic inflation. This matters when clients see the numbers and you need to explain variance.
Annotations with automated impact measurement. This is genuinely unique. Mark a change — content update, technical fix, Google Core Update — with the affected URLs, and the system generates a before/after report at 7, 14, and 30 days. For agency-client reporting, this eliminates hours of manual correlation.
White-label reporting with CNAME. Automated PDF reports with your own branding and subdomain, delivered on a schedule. Clients never see SEOcrawl. This alone justified the cost for us.
Unlimited rank tracking. No keyword caps on any paid plan. Daily updates with smart clustering and brand/non-brand segmentation.
Prompt Tracking for GEO. Define prompts your buyers actually search for, and the system checks ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini for brand mentions, competitor presence, and cited domains. The Cited Domains report surfaces content gaps and link-building targets that traditional tools miss.
GA4 AI Dashboard. Cleanly separates AI-referred traffic from organic in a single view, with LLM breakdown and trend lines. Useful if you're investing in GEO and want to know whether it's actually driving sessions.
Active development. The public roadmap shows consistent investment: Google Discover dashboard, MCP and AI chatbot, Bing Webmaster Tools integration, WordPress plugin, log analysis, and Google Ads API are all in the pipeline. The product has evolved noticeably even within the year I've used it.

**What do you dislike about SEOcrawl?**

Not a full-stack replacement. There is no backlink database, no keyword gap analysis, no content explorer, no PPC tools. You still need Semrush, Ahrefs, or something similar for competitive research. SEOcrawl sits beside those tools, not on top of them.
Crawler is limited. It finds common issues — broken links, redirect chains, missing tags — but it does not handle JavaScript-heavy sites reliably and is significantly less thorough than Screaming Frog or Sitebulb for technical audits above 50k URLs.
Credit system for AI features. Prompt Tracking and the crawler consume credits (10–250/month depending on plan). Additional credits cost extra. This creates a variable cost layer on top of the subscription that budgeting needs to account for. No BYOK option either.
Custom report flexibility. The widget builder covers the common metrics well but hits a ceiling if you need complex GA4 segments, calculated fields, or custom visualizations that aren't in the template library.
Historical data retention. While SEOcrawl markets "unlimited history," in practice the granularity of historical GSC data depends on when you connected the account — you don't retroactively get data you didn't feed into it.

**What problems is SEOcrawl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I needed to pull clean, client-ready reports from GSC and GA4 without rebuilding dashboards every time Google updated its interface. SEOcrawl solved this by providing ready-made dashboards connected directly to my Google data, plus automated white-label reports that I can schedule and brand. The benefit is that I went from spending 3–4 hours per week on manual reporting to about 30 minutes

 ### 12. Excellent SEO Insights, Reporting, and Monitoring Tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Muhammad U. | Project Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 25, 2026

**What do you like best about SEOcrawl?**

What I like most about SEOcrawl is how it brings SEO data from multiple sources into one clear and easy-to-use platform. The dashboards, automated reports, annotations and AI-powered insights save a lot of time and make it easier to understand performance trends. It helps identify opportunities, track SEO improvements, and communicate results with clients or team members without spending hours building manual reports.

**What do you dislike about SEOcrawl?**

For new users additional onboarding resources or guided tutorials could help them get the most value faster. I would also appreciate more customization options for reports and integrations as the platform continues to grow.

**What problems is SEOcrawl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SEOcrawl solves the challenge of managing SEO data across multiple platforms by bringing Search Console, GA4, rankings, technical audits and reporting into one centralized dashboard. It reduces the time spent on manual data collection and reporting while making it easier to identify trends, track SEO improvements and find optimization opportunities. This helps me make faster data-driven decisions and provide clearer performance reports to clients and teams.

 ### 13. An Absolute Game Changer for SEO Tracking

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jijo J. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 25, 2026

**What do you like best about SEOcrawl?**

I've been using SEOcrawl since 2023, and it has completely streamlined my workflow. The standout feature for me is how it handles Google core updates. Getting immediate, clear updates about my rankings and visibility after a Google algorithm update has been a total game changer. I no longer have to guess how my traffic was impacted.

**What do you dislike about SEOcrawl?**

Honestly, I haven't found any significant downsides. It does exactly what I need it to do.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is so comprehensive that I actually cancelled all my other expensive SEO tracking tools shortly after I started using it. Highly recommended!

**What problems is SEOcrawl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SEOcrawl solves the problem of needing multiple, expensive SEO tracking subscriptions. Since starting with the platform in 2023, I was able to completely cancel my other tracking tools, saving my business money and streamlining my workflow. The biggest benefit, however, is the clarity it provides during Google algorithm updates. Getting immediate, accurate updates on my rankings right after a core update rolls out has been an absolute game changer, removing the guesswork from how my site's traffic is impacted.

 ### 14. Great tool - SEO and now AI

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jean Christophe H. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 25, 2026

**What do you like best about SEOcrawl?**

As a freelance SEO consultant managing multiple client sites across different niches, I use SeoCrawl.ai as a complementary tool alongside [Screaming Frog / Ahrefs /.
lpease note that I have also used other tools like seo powersuites, semrush
SEOCRAWL is quite easy to use and nearly plug and use

**What do you dislike about SEOcrawl?**

One thing I'd like to see added: a summary/overview view. On complex audits, having a synthesized recap (beyond the raw data) would save time when reporting back to clients or picking up where I left off.

**What problems is SEOcrawl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

What I particularly appreciate is the ability to assign actions directly within the tool — it turns a raw audit into an actual workflow, which matters when you're juggling multiple client sites and need to track what's been fixed versus what's still open.

 ### 15. A practical, easy-to-use SEO tool with Top-Tier Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elia Z. | Freelance SEO Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2026

**What do you like best about SEOcrawl?**

I’ve been using SEOcrawl since 2023, and it’s become a genuinely useful part of my SEO workflow.

I don’t use it every single day (although I probably should…), but whenever I need a clearer view of performance and SEO data, I find it practical, straightforward, and easy to work with.

I’d recommend giving it a try, especially for SEO professionals who are still relying only on the usual tools or who feel they don’t need another platform. In my experience, it can be a helpful addition to the workflow for both junior SEOs and more experienced practitioners.

Top-tier support and continuous product updates are also worth highlighting.

**What do you dislike about SEOcrawl?**

Sometimes the changelog page isn’t kept fully up to date, but overall it’s fine.

**What problems is SEOcrawl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It gives me a clear, detailed overview of all the projects I’ve connected there.

 ### 16. Quick Setup, Powerful Filters for Content Opportunities

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ivana T. | DIYMarketing Expert, Marketing Strategist and Small Business Marketing Advisor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 25, 2026

**What do you like best about SEOcrawl?**

I love how quick and easy it is to set up and use. It took me just a few minutes to hook up GSC and get some insights.

I also love the ability to filter and customize fileters so that I can spot opportunities for new content.

**What do you dislike about SEOcrawl?**

One feature that I don't use very well is the tags. I can see how others might like it, it's just not something I use very much or very effectively.

**What problems is SEOcrawl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem this solves for me is helping me identify pages and posts with opportunities for improvement with just the click of a button - specifically filtering my GSC data.

I also like the AI features although I think you need to upgrade to see exactly the articles or keywords that are driving that traffic.

 ### 17. Clear and actionable SEO panel with complete history (Search Console + GA4)

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Félix D. | manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 26, 2026

**What do you like best about SEOcrawl?**

I've been using SEOcrawl for a while and it has become the center of my SEO data: it combines Google Search Console and GA4 into a dashboard that is finally clear and actionable, with 100% real data and without the 16-month limit, allowing me to compare full years and make decisions based on real historical data.

**What do you dislike about SEOcrawl?**

As a point for improvement, the API and integrations part is still lagging behind the rest of the product: although there is a REST API and options like MCP/CLI, the coverage still seems incomplete to me.

**What problems is SEOcrawl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SEOcrawl is solving three big problems for me on a daily basis: fragmented data, little historical data, and very manual reporting. My idea is to use the API with all the data from my domain to create better texts using AI writing tools.

 ### 18. Clear Weekly Email Reports, Needs More Tutorials

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Navid A. | director/founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 26, 2026

**What do you like best about SEOcrawl?**

I like the email report feature in SEOcrawl because it's a simple and clear summary with graphs and basic information. I don't need to log into Google Analytics to get the data, which makes it really convenient. Additionally, the initial setup of SEOcrawl was very easy, which was a nice plus.

**What do you dislike about SEOcrawl?**

SEOcrawl has too many tools that I don't use, which can be overwhelming. I'd like video tutorials to learn more about all the features. Additionally, the site is not mobile responsive, so I need to log in from my desktop.

**What problems is SEOcrawl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use SEOcrawl for a weekly report with Google Analytics. It helps me understand Google Analytics better and provides a simple, clear summary with graphs, so I don't need to log into Google Analytics to get the data.

 ### 19. All Your GSC & GA4 Data in One Place, Polished Reports and Great Value

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gerrit v. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2026

**What do you like best about SEOcrawl?**

SEOcrawl pulls all Search Console and GA4 data into one place. I'm not jumping between accounts all day. I also like that the historical data goes back further than GSC's own 16-month limit, and the reports look polished . For the price, it's hard to beat, especially when you're running multiple sites solo. Support is responsive and the team ships improvements like now with AI keyword tracking.

**What do you dislike about SEOcrawl?**

Not much. The data lags a bit since it's pulled from Search Console, but that's Google's limitation, not theirs. I'd like to see more AI features built in as standard rather than as an add-on.

**What problems is SEOcrawl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I gives me a quick overview where I stand, I log in and see all my dashboards right there. Multiple websites in one view.

 ### 20. A complete SEO workspace with useful AI integration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michel D. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2026

**What do you like best about SEOcrawl?**

What I like most about SEOcrawl is that it combines many important SEO activities in one platform. I use it regularly for analysing Search Console and analytics data, monitoring rankings, running technical audits and reviewing changes in website performance.

**What do you dislike about SEOcrawl?**

Because the platform covers many areas, it can take some time to learn where all the features are and determine the most effective workflow. Some users may initially find the number of dashboards and options extensive.

**What problems is SEOcrawl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The crawler presents technical issues such as broken links, duplicate metadata and indexing problems clearly enough to investigate and act on. The reporting and dashboard features are also useful for keeping data organised and making performance easier to understand.

 ### 21. Comprehensive SEO Tool with Excellent Data Integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2026

**What do you like best about SEOcrawl?**

SEOcrawl excels at consolidating data from Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and other SEO sources into one user-friendly platform. Its clear dashboards and intuitive analytics make it much easier to monitor SEO performance across multiple projects. A standout feature is the automated reporting, which saves a lot of time and helps streamline client communication by delivering presentation-ready insights. On top of that, the AI-powered features strengthen brand tracking and keyword clustering, adding useful depth and clarity as the search landscape continues to evolve.

**What do you dislike about SEOcrawl?**

While the platform is powerful, the sheer volume of features means there's an initial learning curve. Navigating the various functionalities can be overwhelming at first, and more guided onboarding tutorials would be beneficial. Additionally, loading large projects occasionally impacts speed, and there are areas where deeper integrations and reporting customization could improve the overall experience.

**What problems is SEOcrawl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

EOcrawl efficiently unites disparate SEO data sources, effectively eliminating the need for switching between multiple tools. This centralisation aids in faster trend identification and more data-driven decision-making. The tool's automation and analytics capabilities have significantly reduced the manual workload, allowing for a clearer, holistic view of SEO strategies and their outcomes. As a result, it serves as a reliable cornerstone for improving SEO efforts, particularly in client-based projects.

 ### 22. Intuitive interface and complete functionality for SEO consultants

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rafa T. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2026

**What do you like best about SEOcrawl?**

I like the variety of functions that SEOcrawl has within a quite intuitive interface, which makes managing day-to-day tasks easier. The ability to have all the information from my clients' accounts in one place facilitates the review and control of tasks. The interface where I upload all the data on impressions, clicks, CTR, and average position allows me to analyze each project and its evolution in a more comprehensive way than the search console itself. Additionally, the initial setup was very simple.

**What do you dislike about SEOcrawl?**

It's not just with SEOcrawl, but with almost any tool of this type, and it's the issue of keyword tagging. In the end, the process is simple, but I really don't find that it makes my day-to-day easier, although perhaps this is something very personal.

**What problems is SEOcrawl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have all the information about my clients' accounts in one place, which makes it easier for me to review and control tasks. Its intuitive interface allows me to analyze project data more comprehensively than Search Console.

 ### 23. Clear, Actionable SEOcrawl Reports That Save Us Time

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gelo A. | Podcast Host, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2026

**What do you like best about SEOcrawl?**

We use SEOcrawl as part of our agency workflow for technical audits and ongoing website monitoring. What I like most is how easy it is to spot technical SEO issues without having to dig through multiple tools. The reports are clear, actionable, and help our team prioritize fixes quickly. It has saved us a lot of time when managing multiple client websites and has become a reliable part of our SEO process.

**What do you dislike about SEOcrawl?**

The only minor downside for me was getting familiar with all the reporting options at the beginning. Since the platform offers quite a lot of data, it took a little time to figure out the best way to use it within our agency workflow. After using it consistently, though, it became much easier to navigate and has been a reliable tool for our technical SEO audits.

**What problems is SEOcrawl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use SEOcrawl to streamline our technical SEO audits and monitor the overall health of our clients' websites. Instead of spending time manually checking for crawl issues, indexing problems, metadata errors, and other technical SEO concerns, the platform helps us identify them quickly and prioritize what needs to be fixed. This has improved our team's efficiency, made our audit process more consistent, and allowed us to deliver clearer recommendations to clients while saving a significant amount of time on every project.

 ### 24. Clear Dashboard, Powerful MCP Integration, and Responsive Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Craig H. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2026

**What do you like best about SEOcrawl?**

What I like best about SEOcrawl is the clarity of the dashboard and how it presents complex SEO data in a clear, understandable way. I use it regularly in my day-to-day SEO work, particularly for analysing client performance and preparing reports.

I also really value its MCP integration, which allows me to work with SEOcrawl through AI and query connected data from Google Search Console and GA4. This provides a flexible way to explore performance, investigate changes and uncover useful insights.

The platform has also continued to develop over time, with new features and improvements added regularly. It feels like a product that is actively evolving in response to the changing needs of SEO professionals.

Support is also responsive with timely answers to support queries and feature suggestions.

**What do you dislike about SEOcrawl?**

I have not encountered any major drawbacks in my regular use of SEOcrawl. As the platform has grown and new features have been added, it can take a little time to explore everything available and understand how best to incorporate the more advanced capabilities into your workflow. However, the clear interface and presentation of the data help to make this manageable.

**What problems is SEOcrawl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SEOcrawl helps me bring together, analyse and present SEO performance data in a clear and structured way. This is particularly valuable when managing SEO work for multiple clients and preparing reports, as it makes complex information easier to interpret and explain.

Its integration with Google Search Console and GA4 gives me a clearer view of organic search performance and website activity. The MCP integration adds another useful dimension by allowing me to query this connected data through AI, investigate performance changes and uncover insights more efficiently.

Overall, SEOcrawl helps streamline my analysis and reporting workflow while making the resulting information more understandable and useful for my clients.

The pricing is also very competitive for the features available, and has saves my agency money compared to other tools on the market.

 ### 25. Powerful Keyword Insights, Tricky Setup

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eric R. | Business Owner, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 26, 2026

**What do you like best about SEOcrawl?**

I actually like how the graphs and charts on SEOcrawl are very easy to read. Once you get all that set up, in my opinion, it works a lot easier and is more intuitive than a lot of the competitors. SEOcrawl gives a visual to tell you exactly what the SEO health is of your site, breaking down exactly what you're missing or what you have plenty of, as opposed to a lot of other tools which are a lot more vague.

**What do you dislike about SEOcrawl?**

SEOcrawl is a bit difficult to use at first, which is the only downside. It takes a bit to get used to. The initial setup was hard and took me almost a week. Other tools often get you going in minutes, but once you get everything set up, SEOcrawl works way better than those quick tools.

**What problems is SEOcrawl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use SEOcrawl to find missing keywords on my web page. It works better than competitors in showing exactly what's lacking. The graphs and charts are easy to read and break down site SEO health clearly, unlike other vague tools.

 ### 26. Platform for SEO with visibility in LLMs and useful integrations

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Online Media | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 25, 2026

**What do you like best about SEOcrawl?**

Gather in a single platform functions that are usually spread across various tools: GA4 dashboards, SEO traffic tracking versus AI traffic, reports, positioning, and technical control. It displays data that helps organize them to make more operational sense. It can facilitate a team to better understand what is happening and react more orderly to updates and changes in SEO.

I find the visibility part in different LLMs particularly interesting because it introduces a layer of analysis that is already becoming relevant today. Try to accompany the change in the way people search for and consume information.

Regarding integrations, the idea of centralizing Search Console, GA4, and other signals in a single flow seems very practical. In terms of performance, the platform gives the impression of being designed to work with real data and maintain a clear reading of performance with simple navigation. Regarding price/ROI, the different plans suggest a scalable structure according to the size of the team and the volume of work, which can help better assess the return according to the needs of each case. And in support, the presence of onboarding and guided configuration conveys a proposal aimed at facilitating adoption from the start.

**What do you dislike about SEOcrawl?**

Bringing together so many functions in one place can be somewhat overwhelming at first for those who are just looking for a simple SEO tool. The platform seems very powerful, but that also implies a learning curve before being able to take full advantage of everything it offers.

Another point is that, based on the available information, it seems more designed for teams with a broad SEO and reporting workflow than for users who only need a specific function. In other words, the value is clear, but it probably takes time and configuration to truly make the most of it.

**What problems is SEOcrawl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

On a single platform, you find the data and tasks that are normally spread across various tools. It brings together Search Console, GA4, technical crawling, automated reporting, visibility tracking in AI, and action management, which makes it easier to have a more organized view of SEO and GEO performance.

It allows for a better understanding of what is happening at each stage of the work, and to detect opportunities. It helps move from looking at isolated metrics to making more informed decisions. It also adds value to change tracking, as annotations, alerts, and reports make it easier to relate specific actions to real results.

 ### 27. The best tool for SEO's at this moment

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Thomas F. | SEO Strategist, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 26, 2023

**What do you like best about SEOcrawl?**

The best thing about SEOcrawl is the annnotations feature. It allows you to mark any updates you make to your website or specific pages. Then SEOcrawl lets you track the impact of these changes on key metrics like clicks, impressions, average position, and click-through rate (CTR) at intervals of 7, 14, 28, and 90 days. This feature is super easy to use and provides massive value.

**What do you dislike about SEOcrawl?**

I've been using SEOcrawl for a long time now (over a year) and there's nothing I don't like about it.

**What problems is SEOcrawl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the issues of:
-remembering when optimizations/ changes went live

And with that, it solves a bigger issue: knowing what impact different website optimizations have.

 ### 28. A Reliable SEO Tool with Robust AI Features

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Viktor S. | Deputy Head of SEO, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 25, 2026

**What do you like best about SEOcrawl?**

I use Seocrawl AI for both personal projects and enterprise-level work, and it has become one of the two tools I open every day. I like that Seocrawl AI combines data from Google Search Console and Google Analytics, which is crucial for my SEO work across clients globally. The tool's AI assists by combining this data into highly useful dashboards, which I find very valuable. They keep adding interesting features and AI functions, which now allow me to analyze referral traffic more precisely. I also appreciate its easy setup, as connecting it with Google Search Console profiles and Google Analytics was straightforward and only took a few minutes. Plus, using the Seocrawl MCP connector with Claude AI has been great for accessing data through AI, enhancing my data analysis.

**What do you dislike about SEOcrawl?**

I think it would be really cool if Seocrawl AI could add integration with more tools, like Bing webmaster, to enhance its capabilities. An AI bot to analyze data within the tool and provide insights would be beneficial, as we already use MCP connectors and AI integrations that help us a lot. So, adding and improving these AI features could significantly boost its usefulness for us.

**What problems is SEOcrawl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Seocrawl AI combines data from Google Search Console and Google Analytics, crucial for data-driven SEO across global clients. Its features create useful data boards, providing real traffic insights. These data and updates improve our work and client results.

 ### 29. SEOCrawl Centralizes SEO Data with Powerful Tracking and AI Insights

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Chemicals | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 25, 2026

**What do you like best about SEOcrawl?**

I use SEOCrawl to monitor SEO projects and create customized reports. One of its main advantages is the ability to centralize data from Google Search Console and Google Analytics, avoiding the need to constantly work across several platforms.

The Keyword Tracking and Page Tracking modules are very useful for analyzing groups of keywords, specific pages, and their performance over different periods.

I would also highlight the platform’s continuous development. AI Tracker, for example, makes it possible to monitor prompts, assess a brand’s presence across different LLMs, and analyze traffic from artificial intelligence platforms.

**What do you dislike about SEOcrawl?**

It requires some time to learn at first, but once you understand how it works, it feels logical and quite intuitive.

**What problems is SEOcrawl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SEOcrawl helps me centralize SEO data from Google Search Console and Google Analytics, monitor keyword and page performance, and create reports more efficiently. This saves time, simplifies analysis, and gives me a clearer view of each project’s performance.

 ### 30. SEOcrawl simplifies SEO analysis and the performance of your website with great time savings.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ederson V. | Web designer, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2026

**What do you like best about SEOcrawl?**

What I like the most is the ease with which we can organize and visualize SEO data and the traffic that comes to our website.

I used to use Google Analytics and Data Studio. They are very good tools, but their setup can be extremely complicated when you want to get exactly what you need. With SEOcrawl it's different, because it simplifies the process a lot and makes it more straightforward.

The tool integrates with Google Analytics and Google Search Console, extracts all the information, and organizes it in a clear and easy-to-understand way.

In terms of price/benefit, this tool saves a lot of time. It's possible that someone with a small website might not want to pay and would prefer to continue using Google Analytics, but if you manage several projects at once or more complex websites, it helps a lot to understand how we are doing.

The support is excellent: they always respond to me and look for solutions to the questions we have.

**What do you dislike about SEOcrawl?**

It seems to me that they are growing fast. On some occasions, I have felt slowness when viewing the data, and the support, although excellent, sometimes takes a long time to respond.

Although they have been creating several drag-and-drop dashboards that show us the information, I understand that there are still many more missing.

**What problems is SEOcrawl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows me to easily see the performance of our website on search engines like Google, which helps us make quick decisions to improve positioning and solve the SEO problems we have.

 ### 31. SEOcrawl AI Makes SEO Reporting Fast with Actionable Dashboards

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robert C. | Search Engine Optimization Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 25, 2026

**What do you like best about SEOcrawl?**

What stands out to me about SEOcrawl AI is how seamlessly it brings together data from Google Search Console and Google Analytics - an essential capability for managing SEO campaigns across clients worldwide. Its AI transforms this information into practical, insightful dashboards that make analysis far more efficient.

The platform continues to introduce useful features and AI-powered tools, including more precise referral traffic analysis. Setup is refreshingly simple: connecting Google Search Console profiles and Google Analytics took only a few minutes. I have also found the SEOcrawl MCP connector for Claude AI particularly valuable, as it provides convenient AI-driven access to data and adds another layer of depth to my analysis.

**What do you dislike about SEOcrawl?**

There isn’t much to dislike. I rely on SEOcrawl for all of my important SEO work, and it consistently covers what I need.

**What problems is SEOcrawl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SEOcrawl solves my important SEO work, which benefits my company greatly.

 ### 32. Easy to use for everyday SEO monitoring

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ziaur R. | Blogger, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 25, 2026

**What do you like best about SEOcrawl?**

The dashboard is my favorite part. It combines Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 data in one place, so I don't need to switch between different tools all the time. I am not a heavy SEO analyst, and the interface makes it much easier to understand what is happening on my websites.

**What do you dislike about SEOcrawl?**

I don't have any major complaints. Some reports could offer a little more flexibility for advanced users, but for my needs it works well.

**What problems is SEOcrawl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me monitor my websites more efficiently. I can quickly check important SEO and traffic data in one place, which saves time and helps me notice changes faster.

 ### 33. Comprehensive SEO Data manangement and reporting, Massive Time Saver.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Naz H. | Marketing Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2026

**What do you like best about SEOcrawl?**

I like the comprehensiveness of the data and how it's almost becoming a centralised option for a variety of technical and LLM optimisation. The founder is also really proactive with upgrading the tool and adding new features to keep it competitive and cutting edge, and reviewing the new trends to add other tools to our tech stack. SEOcrawl greatly cuts down the time needed to use Google Search Console. It helps take data from it, predict future trends, and check impressions and clicks each month. The variety of new MCP and LLM tracking tools is also helping us. There are so many features that we constantly seem to be learning about more and more functions we can use it for, which saves us a lot of time. Compared to Google Looker, which had limitations on the volume of data you can collect and present and was very manual and labor intensive, and Google Search Console, which whilst rich in data is extremely slow, SEOcrawl removes those issues. The data and visibility, the reporting, dissecting, and analysis journey is significantly improved, and it helps you, at a glance, see changes and measure differences very quickly. The initial setup was very straightforward.

**What do you dislike about SEOcrawl?**

In some respects, the user interface feels a little bit dated. To be fair, compared to other SEO tools like Screaming Frog, it's quite modern, but the reporting visuals seem a little basic. The data is so rich and robust that if the UI was improved there, it would make it appear more polished. This isn't a deal breaker or a major problem for me. It's more about feeling like we have a more modern visual impression when comparing it with other tools. When you're presenting to clients who have a baseline understanding of your standards, it helps if that's represented, or at least mimicked, by the tools you're using.

**What problems is SEOcrawl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SEOcrawl significantly reduces the time we spend working with Google Search Console, taking data to forecast and monitor impressions and clicks month by month. The reporting and analysis journey is much improved, so we can see changes and measure differences very quickly. The MCP LLM tracking tools also help save us a lot of time.

 ### 34. Quickly Spot Winning Keywords and Track Clicks & Impressions

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zunnun R. | Internet Marketing Specilist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 02, 2026

**What do you like best about SEOcrawl?**

It helps me quickly identify winning and lost keywords, discover useful search questions, and monitor changes in clicks and impressions without spending too much time on manual analysis.

**What do you dislike about SEOcrawl?**

Some sections take time to understand at first, and parts of the interface can occasionally feel slow. More flexible reporting visuals would also improve the experience.

**What problems is SEOcrawl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SEOcrawl helps me reduce the time spent manually reviewing SEO data across different reports. It brings key performance insights together, making it easier to identify keyword gains and losses, spot content opportunities, and prioritise the pages that need attention.

 ### 35. Designed by SEOs for SEOs: total project control on a daily basis

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adrián S. | SEO Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 03, 2026

**What do you like best about SEOcrawl?**

It is designed by SEOs for SEOs. It helps you a lot in your daily tasks and, above all, to have greater control over the actions and the project.

**What do you dislike about SEOcrawl?**

The limitations when it comes to integrations, as it is not easy to see information from other tools, especially from Google, in some panels. Also, the tool sometimes gets overloaded when there is a high volume of requests.

**What problems is SEOcrawl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Above all, the management and control of the project. It helps me keep everything under control and understand the impact of the actions we are developing. Indispensable.

 ### 36. SEOcrawl has become one of my go-to tools

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hugo G. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 25, 2026

**What do you like best about SEOcrawl?**

Clean dashboards that turn Search Console data into something you can actually act on. Annotation and task tracking make it easy to follow changes across client sites over time. Good value for the feature set.

**What do you dislike about SEOcrawl?**

Primarily built for desktop use — mobile experience still has room to grow.

**What problems is SEOcrawl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SEOcrawl has become one of my go-to tools for keeping tabs on client sites. It pulls Search Console and GA4 data together into dashboards that are actually easy to read — no more jumping between five tabs to figure out why traffic dropped.

 ### 37. Effortless SEO Tracking with Supercharged Insights

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pedro M. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 25, 2026

**What do you like best about SEOcrawl?**

I use SEOcrawl to track organic performance and find the MCP integration valuable for running Claude directly on data to get insights in plain language. The automated weekly reports are very useful and help me stay updated. SEOcrawl makes my SEO efforts more focused, and it simplifies tasks I previously did on Google Search Console. The MCP integration and weekly reports make it easy to work with and keep me on track with evolving results. The initial setup was easy, making the transition smooth.

**What do you dislike about SEOcrawl?**

Nothing

**What problems is SEOcrawl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use SEOcrawl to track organic performance and get insights in plain language with MCP integration. The automated weekly reports keep me updated, and it points my SEO efforts in the right direction, making things easier than with Google Search Console.

 ### 38. A must-have for SEO professionals

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marcos A. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

What I like most about SEOcrawl is how easy it is to understand the impact of SEO changes over time. It helps connect website updates with organic performance, making it much easier to identify what’s working and what needs improvement.

**What do you dislike about SEOcrawl?**

The platform has a slight learning curve at first, and some advanced reports could be more customizable. Other than that, it has worked very well for my needs.

**What problems is SEOcrawl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has helped me better understand how website changes affect organic performance and made SEO reporting much more efficient.

 ### 39. Great Way To Pull A Lot Of Disparate Data Together

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 01, 2026

**What do you like best about SEOcrawl?**

Great for pulling together disparate bits of data from multiple sources into a useful dashboard. The UI/UX is very good, though there is a short learning curve. Integration with GSC is excellent, GA4 is good, hopefully other sources (Bing?) coming. Dashboard performance isn't quite as snappy as the authoritative source but certainly good enough. Pricing/ROI for me is outstanding, I as purchased an LTD off of Appsumo. Support is adequate, though I wish there were better help docs and walkthrough's.

**What do you dislike about SEOcrawl?**

Doesn't seem to be able to pull all the data it needs yet, particularly from GA4.

**What problems is SEOcrawl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dashboards let me see a high-level look at my website better than the origination platforms. I'm using the new MCP-feature to have my ChatGPT account pull a bunch of reports together, making seo-related strategy decisions MUCH faster.

 ### 40. Streamlined SEO Management with Room for Keyword Growth

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andre Van Der M. | Global Executive Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 26, 2026

**What do you like best about SEOcrawl?**

I like how SEOcrawl streamlines our daily SEO client work with quick views on what is working and what is not. I also appreciate the easy dashboard KPIs which make managing SEO projects for clients much simpler. The initial setup was very easy, as it involved just adding a website URL and connecting Google Analytics.

**What do you dislike about SEOcrawl?**

We need more keyword tools - such as establishing keywords, clusters, and figuring out which keywords competing websites are ranking for. It's important for us to be able to find new keywords and conduct keyword research for our projects.
