It is easy to use, quick and the best way to get in touch with candidates when confirming interviews, and checking in on how they like the job. I haven't used anything else, I know when Google Messaging was free that was an okay tool but the ability to store templates and not have to type out everything every time is quick and easy. The app for iPhone at least is not great. It doesn't load properly and if there are new messages, they won't show unless you click another message to scroll back to the top. Sense is so easy to use! Communicating with teammates couldn't be any easier. I use the template feature the most. I also love that you can insert brackets to customize your templates messages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only thing that I'd say I dislike about Sense is that I wish the cursor automatically was ready to type when you click on a teammates' message or when you are creating a new message. But this is such a minor flaw. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
