**What do you like best about SendScale?**

With my retail and e-commerce background, I have a strong appreciation for  efficiency and automation.  SendScale is amazing at creating multi-channel drips where you can engage on LinkedIn, with email drips. The conditional workflow logic is very visual and easy to configure and allows us to easily guide prospects if they accept a connection request or open an email. The software has automated outreach to new leads, saving our sales team hours of prospecting every week.

**What do you dislike about SendScale?**

The main problem of the manual campaigns and ad creatives optimization functionalities is their update lag.  After you start a high-volume step, the email opens, clicks, and replies will take a couple of hours to sync. This delay can cause real-time sequence optimization to be cumbersome with tight multi-channel marketing schedules. For e-commerce or typical SMB CRMs, the native integrations could be a bit better.

**What problems is SendScale solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SendScale does the heavy lifting of multi-channel outreach for us which has strengthened our B2B sales pipeline. Simultaneously sending leads over email and LinkedIn, the tool is a highly effective lead machine. While the dashboard reporting is slightly delayed, the campaign sequence builder is powerful, plus heavy account safety features are great for any results driven marketing team.

**What do you like best about SendScale?**

To provide IT services we needed a platform that can provide high technical security to our outreach and client onboarding. I applaud SendScale’s ability to effortlessly manage our multi-domain architecture and observe IT compliance (SPF, DKIM, DMARC). The automatic warm-up policy, along with domain rotation, is the solution that helps us maintain our email server’s identity and reputation. This is essential for any IT infrastructure.

**What do you dislike about SendScale?**

While the core performance of the tool is excellent, its API documentation and custom Webhook system need some further improvement. Our development team faced some limitations while performing advanced integration with our internal IT tools and custom CRM. In addition, security monitoring would have been stronger if there were more detailed data logs and audit trails for the enterprise level.

**What problems is SendScale solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our biggest challenge was trying to ensure that our domain will not get blacklisted from massive outreach and not drop our email deliverability. Domain risks are completely managed by SendScale’s automated technical oversight.  Having a healthy and secure company mailbox will reduce IT admins’ manual monitoring time. What’s more, this will ensure that business development email delivery pipeline is working at full capacity.

**What do you like best about SendScale?**

As the CEO of a marketing agency, our revenue directly depends on the success of outreach campaigns. SendScale has fully automated our multiple domain management and inbox warm-up process. Thanks to its advanced deliverability feature, our clients' campaigns go straight to the inbox instead of spam, which has significantly boosted our agency's performance and client retention rate.

**What do you dislike about SendScale?**

While the platform is great for outreach, its analytics dashboard needs to further improve its client-facing reporting (White-label reporting) capabilities. Currently, some manual work is required to show reports directly to our agency's clients. In addition, the interface sometimes takes a little time to reload the data, which needs to be fixed.

**What problems is SendScale solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our main challenge was to maintain domain reputation and scale the campaign. SendScale protects our domains from being blacklisted and allows us to securely send thousands of emails every day. It has freed our team from technical complexities, allowing us to focus more on strategy and agency growth.

**What do you like best about SendScale?**

What stood out most about SendScale was how much time it saved our team. Instead of worrying about domain setup, inbox health, and email deliverability, we were able to focus on campaign strategy and messaging. The platform made it easier to launch outreach campaigns across multiple client accounts without constantly monitoring technical issues. The analytics were also helpful for identifying which campaigns needed adjustments.

The reporting dashboard is useful, but I would like to see more options for custom reports. Some features took a little trial and error to fully understand, especially during the first few weeks of use.

What I like most about SendScale is how easy it makes email outreach management. SendScale made scaling outbound campaigns much easier than I expected. I really liked how much of the setup process was automated from inbox preparation to warm up and campaign management. Instead of spending hours dealing with technical configurations, I was able to focus more on outreach and actual lead generation. The platform feels beginner-friendly while still offering enough functionality for teams handling larger campaigns. I also noticed that managing multiple inboxes became more organised and less stressful.

**What do you like best about SendScale?**

At The Coaching Masters, it is extremely important to maintain regular communication with our clients. SendScale's 'Inbox Warm-up' and 'Sender Reputation' management features ensure that the updates I send are reaching the client's inbox directly. Its automation system is extremely reliable; it monitors domain health in the background, eliminating the hassle of manually checking technical settings every day.

**What do you dislike about SendScale?**

Although the software is very effective, it would be better if it had some more customisation options at the user permission level. Currently, there are some limitations in giving different access levels to different team members. In addition, if the bulk action features (such as posting multiple campaigns at once) responded a little faster, it would be very convenient for a busy team like ours.

Our main problem was that outreach and follow-up emails were going to the promotions or spam folder. SendScale has permanently resolved our inbox placement issue. This allows us to now be sure that our clients are receiving our important coaching updates on time. **What do you like best about SendScale?**

When we started cold outreach at scale, the main challenge was maintaining email deliverability. SendScale's 'Smart Sequencing' and Domain Health Monitoring have been game-changers for us. It's very easy to manage multiple inboxes at once from its dashboard, and its warm-up process is extremely realistic. Its interface is much cleaner than other tools, which has made it easier for new members of our growth team to quickly master it.

**What do you dislike about SendScale?**

Although the software is great, it would be better if there were some more custom data filters in its reporting section. Currently, when we export bulk data, we have to do some manual work to get it into our own format. Also, if the onboarding guide were a little more detailed, the domain configuration could be completed even faster.

Our main problem was that emails went to spam during high-volume outreach. Since using SendScale, our open rate and engagement have become much more consistent than before. We have used quite a few tools for our cold outreach campaign, but SendScale's Multi-Inbox Management and Domain Health Tracking features impressed us the most. This tool is very reliable in terms of how to send emails directly to the inbox while maintaining the domain's reputation. Its interface is simple and easy to use for team members. Especially the automated warm-up process works much more naturally, which has helped us increase our deliverability.

**What do you dislike about SendScale?**

Although the tool works great, it would be better if there were some more advanced options for filtering data on its analytics dashboard. Currently, it sometimes seems time-consuming to separate specific data for large campaigns. Also, if the customer support response time is reduced a little more, it will become an even better tool.

**What do you like best about SendScale?**

As a Business Development Manager, my main goal is to reach potential clients. 
SendScale's Auto-Warmup and Deliverability Tracking features have made my job much easier. I particularly like how seamlessly it works to maintain domain reputation. 
Its interface is very clear, which makes it very easy for me to track multiple email sequences. What's more, the assurance that emails will land directly in the inbox is greater here than with many other tools.

**What do you dislike about SendScale?**

Although the features work brilliantly, it would be great if there were a dark mode option in the user interface (UI). Also, it would have been even quicker to launch a new campaign if a few more ready-to-use professional templates had been added to the email template library.
However, in terms of core functionality, I did not encounter any major issues.

**What problems is SendScale solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In the past, we regularly experienced issues with our domain being blacklisted, which brought our outreach process to a halt. With SendScale, we are now able to run long-term and secure campaigns. 
Its AI-powered sequencing is saving us time compared to sending emails manually, and our response rate has increased by 10–15% compared to before. 
It is proving extremely helpful in keeping our sales pipeline flowing and ensuring inbox deliverability.

**What do you like best about SendScale?**

We were trying to manage the deliverability of multiple inboxes at the same time. SendScale's Inbox Warm-up tool is highly efficient and greatly assists in ensuring the well being of the domain. The straightforward and uncluttered interface makes it easy to set up cold email sequencing from a new domain without hassles. We can also track the deliverability status from the dashboard, thereby saving a lot of operational time.

**What do you dislike about SendScale?**

The initial setup and domain configuration take some time, and the onboarding guide could have been more detailed,  especially for those who are completely new to the platform. Furthermore, although the integrations currently available are sufficient, our workflow would be even smoother if we had native connections with some additional third-party CRMs.

**What problems is SendScale solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using SendScale, our emails often ended up in the spam folder, and it was impossible to warm up the domain manually. Since switching to SendScale, our deliverability rate has increased significantly. It now serves as a centralised hub for us, where we can access email sequencing, domain monitoring and contact management all in one place. As a result, our outreach campaigns have become much more stable, and our ROI is improving compared to before.

The manner in which everything is centralized. To have the ability to measure the performance of my campaigns as well as the health of my domain in one location without having to go back-and-forth from three different tabs is a huge advantage for someone who is always on the go.

**What do you dislike about SendScale?**

To be honest, nothing major. People like me who check the stats on mobile, might find it better if the dashboard gets a few extra mobile-friendly features. I did not enjoy the experience.

I liked the 'Placement Tracking' and 'Campaign Performance' features the most. Time is very valuable in the entertainment sector, so the ability to see campaign performance in real-time and check delivery latency has greatly increased the speed of my work.

Since data points and partnerships are constantly changing in our industry, it would be beneficial for me if third-party CRM integrations were a bit more flexible or customisable.

environment you don’t want to manage technical roadblocks separately, that’s where SendScale come in handy and it makes life easier.
